Beautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable. I would go here again with my family.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso questo albergo che pare essere un quattro stelle. Abbiamo trovato cordialità da parte del personale soprattutto dall’addetto ai fuochi presente sabato mattina, un uomo sorridente e gentilissimo con tutti! Peccato per altre cose che lasciano a desiderare. In primis una vista terribile, comprendo che sia una responsabilità relativa, ma il nostro affaccio era davvero terribile. Ho chiesto una stanza con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati (quindi anche lenzuola singole). Lo scopino del WC si trova sotto al lavandino e non vicino alla tazza, per utilizzarlo abbiamo lasciato una scia d’acqua su tutto il pavimento e non è stato piacevole. Non sono presenti veri e propri accappatoi ma due salviette per le mani e due poco più grandi, è presente un set di cortesia ma manca la cuffia per i capelli. Le lenzuola presentano qualche taglio così come le sedie della zona colazione. La cosa più “grave” è sicuramente l’asciugacapelli non funzionante, abbiamo quindi avvisato la reception che purtroppo non ne aveva uno di scorta e il tecnico sarebbe arrivato solo alle 8:00 della mattina successiva. Si trattava della nostra ultima sera di vacanza, siamo rientrati in stanza appositamente per darci una sistemata e passare la serata nel centro di Palma, ma grazie a questo fastidioso inconveniente ho dovuto pazientemente attendere che i miei capelli lunghi fino metà schiena si asciugassero all’aria senza un raggio di sole. Suppongo che reperire un asciugacapelli non fosse di una complessità eccessiva, sarebbe stata una cortesia certamente apprezzata. In conclusione, non è il quattro stelle che ci si aspetta di trovare, ma per passarci la notte e fare colazione va bene se non si hanno troppe pretese.

Siamo stati qui per 7 giorni e scrivo questa recensione subito dopo il check-out, nel complesso è un bell'hotel ma con alcuni pro e contro. Contro: - La camera è MOLTO più piccola di quanto pubblicizzato, con spazio appena sufficiente per camminare intorno al letto. Abbiamo pagato per una camera decente e ci aspettavamo ciò che veniva mostrato nelle immagini per la categoria ”la nostra camera”, ma era una pubblicità falsa. - Il cantiere è rumoroso e irrita gli occhi mentre si è seduti intorno alla piscina. In realtà lo sapevo prima di prenotare, ma guardando le foto delle recensioni precedenti sembrava che la maggior parte della struttura fosse sollevata, quindi le parti rumorose erano finite, mi sbagliavo. Sento che dovrebbero dirlo alle persone al momento della prenotazione. - Nessun tavolo o sedie sul balcone. Abbiamo pagato molto anche per la camera tramite *********** e le foto pubblicizzate per quella camera non corrispondevano per niente a quelle che avevamo prenotato. Ho chiamato la reception ogni singolo giorno durante la mia vacanza di 7 giorni per chiedere una sedia e mi hanno promesso che il giorno successivo avremmo potuto prenderne una, ma non ne abbiamo mai avuta una. Sarebbe ok se ci fosse un altro posto dove sedersi nella stanza, ma non c'è altro posto oltre al letto. Quindi la sera ci sdraiavamo sul letto e giocavamo a carte e non usavamo il balcone. Avevamo anche una vista sul mare, quindi è un peccato non poterci sedere fuori. - Il bar della piscina chiude alle 17:00, hanno una bellissima area bar con TV, divani ecc. Davvero adorabile ma nessuno si siede lì la sera perché il bar è chiuso e durante il giorno tutti sono seduti intorno alla piscina. È un peccato avere uno spazio così sprecato che è così bello. - Nessun set per la preparazione di tè e caffè in camera, non ho preso una tazza di tè per tutta la vacanza. - Niente acqua in bottiglia in camera (non mi ha disturbato perché compravo solo una bottiglia grande ogni sera dal supermercato) - Niente ferro da stiro in camera, quindi indossavamo solo vestiti stropicciati. - I lettini intorno alla piscina sono davvero scomodi a causa di una barra di metallo che li attraversa e ti scava nella schiena, non c'è modo di aggirarla. - La cameriera ha preso una delle chiavi magnetiche della nostra camera per qualche strano motivo. Professionisti: - Il personale è davvero adorabile, l'addetto alla reception, la signora del bar, il bagnino (che ti dà gli asciugamani ogni giorno) tutte persone davvero gentili e amichevoli che non possono fare abbastanza per te. - La camera viene pulita ogni giorno. - Posizione eccellente! Una breve passeggiata fino al centro di Cala Major, dove troverai la spiaggia e tutti i ristoranti/supermercati. - Il centro commerciale Porto Pi è a 10-15 minuti a piedi ed è FANTASTICO, hanno Zara, Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius e altro ancora. - Il centro di Palma è molto vicino a soli 10 minuti con l'autobus numero 4 2 Euro a persona a tratta. - Asciugamani freschi ogni giorno, li abbiamo portati anche in spiaggia senza problemi. - Devo ammetterlo, la doccia in camera è adorabile. Acqua calda nessun problema. - La colazione è deliziosa, non mi aspettavo molto ma era davvero buona. Se sei britannico non aspettarti cibo completo di tipo inglese (cosa che comunque non abbiamo fatto) ma hanno un'incredibile selezione di formaggi, carne, pane, frutta, biscotti, pasticcini, brownies e persino churros. Hanno salsiccia e pancetta ma è come la salsiccia di hot dog. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno perché AMIAMO Cala Major ma per

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo con camere ampie e spazi puliti e ordinati. il personale è sempre disponibile e molto cordiale. Torneremo.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel nella zona porto di palma di maiorca a circa 3 km dal centro, disponibile il parcheggio. La camera ha tutto l'occorrente compreso il balcone, unica pecca la cassaforte è a pagamento. Colazione completa eccellente. Sicuramente consigliato

Prima di dire che non era soddisfatto perché quando ero in pensione, quando i miei due erano in camera, ho fatto un check-in. Il giorno dopo non ho detto che avrei dovuto pagare un'ulteriore notte di 30 euro. Penso che non fosse molto soddisfatto. Il check-in è il presupposto che non avrei avuto alcun parere il giorno dopo. E'inquietante dire che il secondo hotel è un po'vecchio, ma dopo tutto, ci sono anni di apertura. Inoltre, il buon ristorante è buono, il grande hotel dell'isola Mallorca, che richiede circa un'ora per guidare a attrazioni come il mare di frutta, e guardare ad accettare. Il secondo bagno è bellissimo, ma considerato ogni autunno Il prezzo della casa circa 1500 la sera non può essere detto alto

We were excited to stay at Belle Marivent while we were in Majorca for a wedding but sadly - overall - we were left disappointed. Firstly, the positives - the reception area is gorgeous, and almost lulls you into a false sense of security. Smells lovely and looks lovely and actually Lucia on reception was really great. The rooftop pool is also great, albeit extremely small with barely anywhere to sunbathe. The hotel itself just gives the overall feel it is very understaffed and is doing anything it can to save money. The rooms are crammed into an extremely tiny area - your sink is practically at your bedside, there is no bathroom per se but just tiny rooms of a shower and a toilet. Breakfast is really awful. All three mornings they had 'run out of yoghurt because it went off'. With a supermarket down the road, they could have easily replaced this. There was only one waiter in the room on each morning. This meant the (extremely limited) buffet frequently ran out, and was not replaced unless you got up and walked to the kitchen/bar area to ask the waiter/waitress to replace it. The jugs of water were empty for around 15 minutes which was really frustrating. When ordering a hot breakfast prepare to wait 20 minutes for it to come, even if there is literally no one else in the restaurant. Another shocking moment was when I called reception and asked for a small jug of fresh milk to have with my self made coffee from the coffee machine in our room, as I really dislike the tiny long-life milk pods. I was told sorry there is no fresh milk. I asked whether I could just be brought some from the kitchen - to be told that the restaurant is not in fact connected to the hotel at all. Just found this baffling, as I've never ever been refused some fresh milk at a hotel before. The coffee cups in our room were also dusty and unclean. Lastly, while the man on reception and Lucia were great, the cleaning staff were extremely rude. We were getting ready for a wedding that started at 2pm so naturally we were showering/getting ready at 11am. The cleaners repeatedly banged on our doors insisting they needed to come in. When we said we needed another 20 mins or so, we were met with eye rolls and sighs. I understand it must be frustrating as they have a schedule, but it is also a very small hotel. All in all, I would say the Belle Marivent is absolutely not worth the price we paid. A few glimmers of greatness but overall a disappointment.

Questo hotel è vicino al porto centrale di Palma, ma sulla montagna, non importa che facciamo un giro da soli, ma è un po'inconveniente per gli ospiti a piedi. L'intero edificio dell'hotel si sente più vecchio, ma la stanza può essere più pulita e secca. E'bello fare la separazione secca. C'è balcone. La piscina sottostante è il punto luminoso dell'hotel. Ci sono salotti e sedili massaggi nella piscina, e una piccola piscina per i bambini, e ci sono salotti e salotti. Ci sono anche un grande palco di vista. La vista è buona e il rapporto costo-beneficiario complessivo è buono.

.Stay away from this disgusting overpriced dieases wridden den of filth. Liked · Nothing, rude staff, disgusting room with dirty walls pillows and a complete lack of hygiene. At 8.30 pm I was informed I would have to wait until a room was ready and it would be a least a 30-minute wait minimum for the room to be cleaned.. seriously who in the hotel game doesn't know when their rooms will be ready for an 8.30 pm arrival. Hotel photos are a complete misrepresentation - refer to mine for the real state of the room. The room smelt of mould, found human fingernails on the floor, mouldy, rotten woodwork, grubby hand prints on the wall, mould in the bathroom, the smallest room with no space for your bag. Completely overpriced. A putrid stream with animal faeces / the smell of raw sewerage flows into the water out front with any rainfall. Seriously... STAY AWAY and save your money. By far the worst room in all of Europe ( yes that is a big call) Disliked · Guantanamo bay but smaller & noisier!! Don’t do it.. go next door, go anywhere but do-not waste your money here.. JUST DON’T. Worst hotel in Majorca award, in fact the whole island chain. Value for money = poor Staff Friendliness = poor Facilities = poor Cleanliness = disgusting Photo’s to actual = false The photos make it look nice but its just not. You will need good earplugs!!!! The noise coming thru the above floorboards gets you intimate with your neighbours movements from walking to toilet use. The hall floor boards, the lift, even the stair case is noisey. Thankfully most of this internal noise is drowned out by the road traffic noise. The rooms are clearly what Guantánamo Bay was modelled on, tiny & with sleep deprivation in mind. The rooms are shabby in need of repair, paint, tidy. It’s time for a face lift or a demolition. The front staff member didn't want to be there & made it really clear she was doing me a favour checking me in. It was 8:30 in the evening & she still required half an hour to check if the room was clean & ready. This being after waiting for the *********** booking that apparently hadn't come through to the hotel. Rather odd as I had an email copy of the booking delivered earlier. It more like a run down backpackers with a nice entry. Seriously just don't do it
