Completely comprised by the worst checking-in experience of our lives 5.0 Liked · The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent coffee, good variety of options. Nice breakfast room, not over crowded. Disliked · Checking in at reception was the worst experience of many years of checking in at many types of hotels, in many countries, for both business and pleasure. It was the most unwelcoming process, where my wife and I felt like potential criminals. We had paid in full, in advance, when making the booking, for the six nights. That's fine. We were asked for our credit card to be scanned for a pre-authorisation. Why? we asked. ”Its for security for the room” we were told. My wife asked ”is this in case we damage or trash the room”. The receptionist smiled and nodded. Then came the ”terms and conditions” which we were asked to sign. This was four A4 pages of small font script, in SPANISH. ”Fine we said, Can we have the English version?” We don't speak Spanish and are from Ireland. We can't sign a four page document we can't read. Besides which we are fully paid in advance and you have additionally taken an authorisation of our card for any damage that we cause. What further assurances are required in a four page document. We explained very calmly and politely that we can't sign a document we can't understand. Another receptionist colleague offered to translate the ”important bits” of the document for us verbally. We declined. A signature on a document is a legally binding acceptance of the document in its totality. Ignorance is no defence in law. They had another mini conference about this with what appeared to be a shift manager, ( who didn't acknowledge us or come over to where we were standing at reception) and then they advised us that they would translate the document using A.I. but after another 15 minutes of us waiting then announced that they couldn't translate it. They would allow us to complete check-in and if we came back to the reception desk the following day they should have a translation for us to sign. We didn't go back to the reception.

Estuvimos alojados en el hotel 5 días del 21 de agosto al 26 de agosto, en familia.Es un buen hotel , para ser un tres estrellas tiene un buen buffet .La cercanía a la playa , aunque tiene una piscina pequeña, es suficiente para darte un chapuzón y usar el jacuzzi. El personal del hotel es muy amable , quisiera darle las gracias a Sanna , por ser una gran profesional y por ayudarnos en todo momento. Sin duda es un hotel que merece una estrella más .

Hotel con unas 50 habitaciones con muy buena ubicación. El personal de recepción, todas son mujeres, muy profesional, agradable y empático. Un encanto de chicas. Esto es muy importante en los hoteles porque son el ”escaparate” del establecimiento. Te aconsejan, te orientan con agrado en todo lo que necesites. Igualmente el resto del personal, siempre dispuesto a contentar. Y la labor de las chicas de la limpieza encomiable. Todo estaba impoluto. El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario. Un pequeño comedor, acorde con el tamaño del hotel, con un desayuno buffet bastante aceptable y aunque no la utilizamos tiene piscina. El paseo marítimo y las playas y los restaurantes muy cercanos. Una línea de autobús a 50 metros del hotel te lleva al centro del pueblo que está a unos 5 kilómetros. La relación calidad-precio: buena. No es muy complicado aparcar en la zona, al menos por estas fechas de principios de junio. En definitiva, un hotel recomendable.

Ho pernottato per 7 notti a settembre, camere pulite,ampie e confortevoli. Il personale attento,cordiale e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Colazione a buffet abbondante e di qualità. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Spettacolare è la parola. Installazioni di 10, posizione immaginabile, personale molto gentile e attento sempre in tutto. La camera che ci hanno dato una Suite era una passeggiata con la vasca in.camera E l'impianto Uniq è una splendida esperienza che deve assumere se sei qui per qualche giorno. L'unica cosa che fai è che se ti serve la colazione sulla terrazza non è lo stesso buffet che nel salone e questo è inteso per un tema logistico ma chiaro, paghi lo stesso e non è lo stesso buffet solo per godersi la terrazza. Il resto è fantastico tutto senza eccezione.

Uno dei miei figli e io sono rimasto in questo hotel per 7 notti in giugno. È un hotel visitato principalmente da ospiti spagnoli, abbiamo visto e parlato con un coppia francese, ma diverso da quelle famiglie spagnole e coppie anziane. A mio parere, l'accento dell'hotel sarebbe il cibo, e questo era eccellente: pesce quotidiano, salate, cibo messicano, cibo indiano, paella, humus, frutta, anche loro avevano latte di soia o latte lattosio libero. Il mio compleanno era in un giorno che li trascorreva e mi sorpresero con champagne e una torta. Sono davvero grato per questo gesto, è stato molto pensativo di loro. Grazie mille! La stanza che abbiamo ricevuto era sul primo piano, di fronte alla piscina e al parcheggio, con 2 enormi letti. Pulizia e pulizia ogni giorno. L'hotel è a circa 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ho visto delle spiagge di sabbia prima, ma più piccole, questa era davvero grande e con sabbia liscia. Quello che non mi piaceva era che gli altri ospiti con bambini non si importavano che i loro figli fossero davvero alti, urlando in qualsiasi momento di giorno e di notte, ovviamente non era colpa dell'hotel, ma forse potevano essere ricordati che non erano solo in hotel. Ciò che consiglio è che pensano a qualche intrattenimento anche per gli ospiti di mezza età, ora sembra essere fatto solo per i bambini e per gli anziani. In tutto questo è stato un vero piacevole soggiorno e io ritornerò.

Spent a week there with my husband and my young daughter. We paid for all three meals that does not include any drinks. The Spanish tables were served tap water in a jug. We were only offered bottled water for a fee. The wine is cheap and not very nice so don’t bother paying for it. The food is ok but the selection is very limited and if you are a vegetarian you could easily end up not eating much. Service was very average and they don’t speak English. In fact, they make it clear that they look at you as a walking wallet and have no time and respect for you. We got the smallest room in the hotel while it was rather empty. The view was to the next door neighbour’s bathroom window combined with the view of a dirty backstreet. The room was clean and the cleaner greeted us with a smile. That was nice. The pools are tiny and the “spa” means that you have a steam room. The gym is a joke and the hotel lounge seats are uncomfortable. The hotel entertainment is unbearable. The roof top bar is actually really nice and they play lovely live music and the view is spectacular. By the time you add up all costs, you are better off going 4star all inclusive somewhere else.
