Veniamo dalla Turchia con la mia famiglia come 5 peogle, attraverso gli organizzatori turchi tour312, jollytour, tatilbudur, gezinomi .... come squadra di 40 persone, famiglia e bambini sono venuti all'hotel per il turismo ... Le camere dell'hotel sono sporche. Il bagno e la doccia sono troppo repulsivi per essere saliti. Non c'è nemmeno sapone. Non ci sono tende, frigo, acqua e aria condizionata. Non so ancora perché.. La triste cosa è che le società turche di cui sopra ci hanno rammaricato di averci consigliato di accettare questo come normale e accettabile... Non prendono assolutamente in considerazione le parole di queste società. Sono ingiusti e non sanno dei loro contratti.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. I proprietari erano super amici e forniscono un sacco di snack e cose per colazione. L'hotel non ha un ristorante, ma c'è un bel ristorante entro pochi cento metri, quindi niente problema. La stanza era grande e pulita, e molto vicino all'inizio della pista di cammino che andava su la montagna, che era eccellente.

So this review is split into two very distinct parts, but overall this is my go-to hotel in the Barcelona area as it has great access to all the major tourist and transport zones of the region, so highly recommended. Rooms Huge rooms, even their basic standard rooms. Comfy beds. Quiet location. Spacious and well equipped bathroom. Good number of sockets and locations. Good lighting. Light and airy, modern decor. Parking You don't need to pay a fortune for the rip-off underground car park which is usually virtually empty. Park for free on the street, as this is a super safe area Location Great access to main roads towards Barcelona, Tarragona, Sant Sadurni & everywhere else in Spain. 10 minutes away from Martorell for trains to Barcelona etc. Setting is stunning with a golf course and views of beautiful Montserrat mountain. Spa & Leisure Indoor pool and spa facilities are at extra cost, only open a few hours a day, have to book in advance. Such a pointless and overpriced facility, and a shame not to have an indoor pool for guests to use in the winter or on bad weather days. The outdoor pool is lovely but obviously a spring/summer facility Food & Beverage Please fire your entire team from chefs, to waiters and most of all the F&B manager. Not least in a country where you can eat so well, the head chef is clearly useless, the waiting staff are slow and clueless and the management team can't deal with numbers when it's busy and the food is shockingly bad, both at dinner and at breakfast, where the coffee machines turn out revolting, undrinkable coffee, the food is not replenished quick enough and is mediocre quality (the salmon looked like it had been put out for 3 days in a row). The audacity to charge extra as I'm forced to go to the bar to get a proper, decent coffee is outrageous! So, in summary, bedrooms great, book ROOM ONLY at this hotel. Do NOT have breakfast or dinner or any other meal here. The bar is fine though for a drink, and the balcony you can sit on with views to Montserrat is beautiful and especially pretty as the sun sets. As a final point, versus the prices you pay in Barcelona this is at least half the price, so great value. But overall I would call this a 3* superior hotel, definitely not a 4* superior so don't expect that level of quality or finesse.

Big suite with jacuzzi

Super buon hotel, il personale è molto piacevole. Molto bene situato a soli 800m dalla stazione per spostarsi a Barcellona. Le tariffe sono molto corrette in vista dei servizi offerti intorno. Sala sportiva poco attrezzata ma sufficiente. Le camere sono molto ben attrezzate, il colazione è fantastico. Il ristorante è buono, il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile (15€) il menu del giorno (ingresso+plato+dessert).

Amazing sized room in this circular built hotel after talking with Reception staff polite ,helpful with all our requirements. Good humour made you feel welcome from the moment you walked in. Room on 4th floor views over several areas ,openable window which helped to maintain the right room temperature air conditioning available. Bed very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with easy to use shower beautiful towels etc. Helpful staff for all your additional cups,towels. TV and Internet, tea and coffee making facilities and fridge.Everywhere spotless very relaxing chairs and table in front of large windows. Quiet at night. Restaurant and bar available inside or out. Near Metro station ,shops cafes etc 10 minute walk to Ramblas. Under ground car parking available ample street parking also. Car rental desk in reception. Good value for money.
