Personale molto cordiale , ci ha spiegato tutti gli angoli della zona da visitare , cosa che mi capita raramente. Inoltre ci hanno dato una camera superiore a quella prenotata con un terrazzo enorme anche se affacciava di dietro sul vicolo ma comunque visto il periodo autunnale non lo abbiamo potuto sfruttare. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite , il bagno molto grande ,i letti comodi , il WIFI funzionava bene , avevamo solo un po' freddino in camera nonostante avessimo acceso la climatizzazione sul caldo.

Albergo molto accogliente con ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Colazione abbondante non inclusa. Bella la sala bar. Dista 10min. dal centro in taxi. Non abbiamo provato il bus in quanto ci hanno detto che impiega 1 ora. Il costo del taxi e'dai 12,00 ai 15,00 euro. Consigliato se si vuole risparmiare sull'alloggio. Livia

Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel, arrivando a Valencia in auto. Hotel bellissimo, camera bella, spaziosa e sempre sempre pulita, bagno enorme, camera elegante e funzionale. Piscinetta rilassante , parcheggio coperto. Fuori dal centro , ma in 3 minuti di auto o 15 Min a piedi, si arriva al paese di Alfafar, dove si trova parcheggio facilmente e gratuitamente e alla stazione di prende il treno e si va a Valencia in 5 minuti, poiché è la fermata successiva. Per chi viaggia in auto è ideale e sicuro. Prezzo super onesto data la stagione e la posizione non centrale, seppure ottimo hotel

After a long drive this is one of the best paradores to unwind and disconnect. The room is spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The cuisine is superb. This is a beautiful location and very interesting considering the environment and information provided on protecting the wildlife,preserving the ecosystem and protecting the environment.

I was charged for a hotel reservation but did not stay there because there was no parking space in their car parking. When I booked a hotel, I look at hotels with car parking because I have a car rental so I chose this hotel. Me and my husband drove from Madrid to this hotel and we were very upset to find out there’s no parking available for our car so we left and slept in our car at a gas station since that was late at night and there wasn’t any hotels available. I was even more upset to find out this hotel charged my card for a stay that didn’t happen. I called several times to speak with Sonya the manager and she refused to speak to me. They refused to issue a refund saying this is non refundable. They were very inconsiderate. This hotel is a crook and will steal your money. This is a very valid reason why we can’t stay and there wasn’t even a space in our car along the hotel! Their website is saying otherwise! That theres car parking available when there’s none! That hotel is in a very shady area and you run the risk of your car getting broken into or stolen. Priceline, the agency I booked the hotel from, can’t do anything for me as their “VIP” customer. I wouldn’t reach a VIP status if I didn’t book so many hotels and flights with this company. And they couldn’t even give me a credit or do anything to resolve this issue. This is how Priceline treats their customer or their VIP customer with this matter. Stay away from this hotel . These are crooks and will steal your money. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and have lodged a complaint against Hotel Benetusser on several other travel websites.

La struttura, moderna e pulita, staff estremamente disponibile e gentile. La zona non è centrale ma servita in maniera eccellente da bue e tram. I bus 99 e 95 hanno una fermata proprio davanti all'hotel e sono ottimi per arrivare ovunque. Le camere sono pulite ed attrezzate di ogni confort. Letti e cuscini comodissimi! Al pian terreno c'è anche una caffetteria dove poter fare delle ottime colazioni. Complimenti a STEFANO per l'ottimo caffè. I ragazzi e le ragazze dello staff sono un ulteriore valore aggiunto grazie alla loro disponibilità e simpatia. C'è stato un piccolo inconveniente e un guasto in camera ma il tutto è stato risolto in maniera egregia e in tempi RAPIDISSIMI. Conclusioni? Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo fantastico Hotel per visitare la splendida Valencia! UNICA nota negativa: Alcune camere hanno affaccio delle finestre su un atrio interno di passaggio. Per quanto i vetri siano oscurati non è una cosa molto gradevole ;)

El hotel es bonito sus instalaciones son cómodas y agradables, malo el desayuno el costo es elevado para un desayuno tan pobre no dan huevos cantidad de panes dulces, fruta y cafe, solo por eso mi estadia no fue la mejor, los huevos no son caros y hacen que un desayuno sea muy apetitoso y nutritivo para un turista. Relacion costo-beneficio 👎🏼Ojo con eso!
