We were loyal customers of the hotel. We have been there for many times. Due to the pandemic, we did not visit the hotel for three years and we were unpleasantly surprised by the changes that we saw in August 2023: 1. The buffet became meagre, especially of a dinner. You can see savings in everything. The menu of dishes became smaller, from the main dishes - fish, pork, poultry and rabbit. The menu has not changed for 2 weeks. They do not know how to cook rabbit at all, some kind of dried mummy. We did not see beef and lamb even once in 2 weeks. The choice of soups is limited, gazpacho, which was always wonderful in this hotel, disappeared. 2. The choice of fish dishes is also meager. There is no seafood at all, except in paella. 3. Regarding fruits there were melon or watermelon for dinner and apples. No peaches, no flat peaches, no grapes. This was in August, the time of the harvest. 4. The location of the hotel is really great because it is on the beach. The hotel has its own lawn under the eucalyptus trees, on which the sunbeds were placed. The lawn was always limited by a wooden fence and bushes on the sea side, which created a certain privacy for the hotel guests. We were very unpleasantly surprised that the hotel opened a through passage to the beach through this lawn in front of the hotel to everyone who wanted to, cutting down the bushes and opening a passage through the fence. The place became accessible to everyone and unsafe for safety of things. Previously a calm and quiet place turned into a passage tunnel. The access to this lawn, which belongs to the hotel, became accessible to everyone. If you go to lunch and leave the rented sunbeds, strangers immediately took it and sat for free for the rest of the day. In addition, strangers came to the lawn, just sitting on the grass and even with dogs. The hotel staff turned a blind eye to this, although previously outsiders were not allowed into this area at all. Accordingly, the trees now smell of urine, not eucalyptus. 5. The sunbeds and towels are now paid for, and the hotel saved on an employee who supported the sunbeds, cleaned the territory, and was a gardener. The sunbeds were given out by bartenders, who were very unhappy with this additional responsibility. In fact, if in previous years the lawn was always well-groomed, filled only with hotel residents, now there are 2-3 people from the hotel and a crowd of strangers. 6. There are no more entertainment programs in the evenings, they even removed the stage for this. Before that, the entertainment was every evening. 7. The once beautiful Spanish-style hotel has deteriorated greatly. The rooms are old, there are chips and damages on the furniture. The towels and bed linen leave much to be desired. The air conditioning system in the rooms also requires updating, as it clearly cannot cope with the load in the evening and at night, or the hotel is also saving on electricity consumption. 8. Come da titolo, si salva solo il personale, molto gentile e cortese e sorridente (quasi tutti), tutto il resto è andato male. L'hotel è un edificio degli anni '70, quindi le camere sono vetuste e mal attrezzate. Sentivo i vicini di camera parlare e camminare, diciamo che l'insonorizzazione è lontana anni luce da questo posto Ho chiesto una camera silenziosa e mi è stata data una camera giusto sopra il bar, dove, fino alle 24, si suona musica dal vivo. Il cibo a buffet è pessimo, non ci sono i cartellini che spiegano cosa c'è nei piatti da portata e quindi si va a caso: tutto scotto e sciapo. Ma la cosa più grave è che ho commesso un errore, al momento della prenotazione (ore 2 di domenica notte),ho prenotato 2 camere invece di una sola. Parlando con il personale della reception ho spiegato che, evidentemente, essendo da sola, è stato un errore e ho chiesto, per favore, di annullare senza penale una delle 2 prenotazioni, sono 9 anni che non faccio una vacanza, mi sono permessa queste 3 notti, finalmente, ed ho commesso un errore. Per farla breve, mi è stato addebitato il 50% dell'importo della prenotazione errata.Ora, qui non stiamo parlando di macchine e logaritmi, stiamo parlando di esseri umani che hanno deciso di farmi pagare quell'errore: Io stessa lavoro nel settore turistico ma, prima di tutto, sono un essere umano e so scindere tra il professionale e l'emotivo. Ultima cosa, non da poco: booking mi aveva assicurato che i dati inseriti della mia carta di credito sarebbero stati cancellati il giorno del check out., 5 giorni dopo, mi sono ritrovata l'addebito su carta del famoso 50 della seconda prenotazione. Quindi, poca umanità da parte dell'hotel e menzogna da parte di booking.

Situazione perfetta con splendida vista sul mare , sulla spiaggia e sul boulevard. Belle camere spaziose , quasi un appartamento. Un salone separato con TV e sedile e tavolo, un mini bar frigorifero! Un consigliere veramente Personale super utile e amichevole Buffet di colazione ampiamente. Hotel perfetto in posizione perfetta!!!

Trattamento perfetto in particolare Manoli cameriera in servizio ristorante notturno professionalità, sapere di essere e magnifica attenzione, hotel tranquillo ci ha sorpreso per le sue tre stelle che non hanno nulla da invidiare uno di quattro, pulizia, comforte e buone viste, la ristorazione molto buona (cucina con mimo) molto buona, in sintesi magnifica esperienza che per niente ci aspettavamo di essere un hotel costo.
