Vorrei vivere più vicino per poter stare in questo hotel più spesso! Immagina un giorno pieno di camminare sul Camino del Norte e arrivare alle porte di questo stupendo hotel. Era perfetto in ogni modo. Il nostro ospite Gesù era estremamente affascinante e molto accogliente. Questa è una famiglia di proprietà e operata, situata su terreni spaziali, pacifici e attentamente mantenuti. Gesù era molto attento e rispose tutte le domande sulla casa e la sua storia familiare. La casa è ben decorata con ritratti familiari, mobili antici e mostrata orgogliosamente al piano superiore, è una lettera di suo nonno a Woodrow Wilson, la nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. Il frigo del bar era stato immaginatamente conservato. I miei amici e io godevamo in particolare la Codorniu Benjamin Cava che condividiamo nel confortevole soggiorno principale piano. Il colazione era generoso e ben presentato. E' stato davvero un soggiorno più piacevole e memorabile.

The hotel has no land and is bordered by a 30,000 seater stadium and 20+ story blocks of flats to the rear. This is not the idyllic retreat that the web site photos show. Anti-social youths gathered in the public park to the front which is literally under the bedroom windows shouting and yelling. The hotel staff were reluctant to deal with the problem, so after four hours at 10.00 pm, when we could not sleep I had to pressure them to call the police. The Paradores organisation and the local management need to take ownership of this problem and find a solution. We cancelled our second night's stay. The irony was months before when we booked, we asked for a ”quiet room”, only to given the worst room in the hotel!

Ottimo hotel ,pulito in buona posizione per gli spostamenti, cordialità pulizia e sicurezza sono d’obbligo. Bagno con bidet...emozione! Colazione ricca e varia. Personale gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite....fantastica spaziosa elegante e silenziosa. Consiglio vivamente. Unica pecca I CUSCINI....

Oltre alla camera spaziosa pulita e la posizione perfetta per visitare la città e fare passeggiate sullo stupendo lungomare, vorrei segnalare la cortesia delle ragazze alla reception che ci hanno aiutato ad acquistare un mazzo di fiori recapito in hotel e ci hanno fornito ottime indicazioni su dove acquistare vino e prodotti locali. L’hotel è davvero bello e moderno. La colazione molto ricca sia di prodotti dolci che salati di ottima qualità in modo da incontrare il gusto di tutti. Torneremo

Loving Gijon for remaining Spanish and not going for mass tourism, and, having stayed at the Abba in San Sebastien, we were very much looking forward to our two night stay here. The prices is what should have made us aware of the differences and not just because of differing geographical positions. During our stay, there was nowhere to sit outside during the day when the temperature was excellent even in a stiff breeze. The swimming pool is only open for three months to early September although never found it in any case! The Roof Terrace which is excellent with tables snd settees only opens at 17.00 - why? For hotel information you have yo go the ubiquitous internet site which gives more questions than answers and herself loves to read the printed information which is a lot more referable! The rooms are smaller (but comfortable enough) but totally lack sound proofing as clearly heard the busy traffic below all day, people in other rooms and moving in the corridor. Parking underneath was spacious and readily available during out stay. No food, from end of lunch, is apparently available anywhere in the hotel until 20.00 in the evening and the same, rather simple, menu is served in the bar and internal dining room. I would add, though, it is pretty good and remarkably cheap! It is a good 10/15 minute walk to central town and maybe 20/30 to the old town area for oldies like us. It was an adequate stay but would not be looking to repeat it on our next visit to this city

L'hotel è molto ben situato, vicino al passeggiato e al tempo stesso ritirato. Siamo molto felici di come ci hanno trattato, soprattutto Victor in sala ristorante curando molto lontano e dettaglia la celiachia di mio figlio. Questi sono i dettagli che marcano e attivano l'immagine aziendale di un hotel. Con persone come Victor si costruiscono grandi ricordi. Grazie per tutto Begoña Park, fino alla prossima
