A perfect hotel located just outside the city centre of Barcelona and close to BCN El Prat airport. An value for money hotel, reasonably priced. No hotels are cheap here. Small garden with swimming pool. Excellent communications with city centre. A huge shopping mall not far away. A Japanese restaurant only across the street. Quiet location and good breakfast. The rooms are nice enough. Just perfect for a shorter stay in Catalunya and Barcelona

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Comodo per il centro e per l'aeroporto. Ci ha permesso di goderci ogni minuto del nostro weekend! Al ristorante siamo stati serviti da Giorgio, cameriere che ci ha consigliato al meglio.

All'inizio mancava l'acqua in bottiglia gratuita (solo 1 bottiglia), ma è stata sostituita dopo aver chiesto. Abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto, circa 20 euro dall'aeroporto in taxi. La fermata dei taxi è appena fuori dal cancello dell'hotel, il che è abbastanza comodo. Ma non sarà facile accedere a nessuno dei principali siti turistici. Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile e accogliente, le camere sono pulite ma gli asciugamani sono piuttosto sottili che non potrebbero essere definiti così comodi.

L'hotel è ancora molto nuovo, ci sono anche molti portacavi in casa, l'effetto climatizzato in casa è anche buono, il cameriere è molto entusiasta, anche se è tardi, ma può ancora gestire il soggiorno.Molto consigliabile!

Apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Habitación aparte del comedor-cocina y balcón. Lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado

Un albergo che le 4 Stelle le vale tutte, stanza ampia e confortevole come anche il bagno grande con vasca / doccia...in particolare mi é piaciuto il personale, giovani, dinamici, attenti e bravi almeno in due lingue straniere , ottimo il buffet della colazione come le ragazze che servono gli ospiti !!!!

Hotel abbastanza lontano dal centro ma con mezzi pubblici accessibili a pochi passi ( Tram e autobus). Occorrono circa 35-40 minuti per arrivare a Plaza de Catalunya. La struttura non è nuovissima ma personalmente ho trovato tutto pulito e nella norma. Tutto il personale, specialmente alla reception, gentile e professionale. Nei dintorni si può trovare un grande supermercato ma poco altro visto che si trova in zona limitrofa. Unico neo ( andando a scavare) è il TV vecchiotto con pochi canali. Ma è un dettaglio…nel complesso ci siamo trovati BENISSIMO

Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Hotel ben posizionato, camere rinnovate (escluso il bagno) e confortevoli. Pulito e con personale molto cordiale. Comodo per lo scarico e con possibilità di parcheggio. È molto vicino a Barcellona in auto e con i mezzi pubblici. Dispone di un servizio di caffetteria con pacchetti colazione a prezzi molto convenienti.
