The hotel is lovely with fantastic views of the sea and local hospital! The pool was inviting a tad cold but that’s to be expected this time of year. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms big lounge and 6 sunbeds. The apartment needs some updating but the beds were very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant only drinks which were a bit pricey The rooms were not cleaned unless you asked them to be neither were the towels changed again unless you asked. We didn’t bother in the end and picked up new towels from reception. There are pool towels if you want them. If you want a takeaway reception will give you a menu which was very good There is a small supermarket up the hill for basics and if you are happy to walk 10mins up a hill the treehouse restaurant is a must. The biggest downfall is the location you can not walk into town due to it being on a main road. The accommodation is very close to the main road so always woken up by motorbikes and cars from 5am. Taxis are easy to get hold of through reception or you can try getting a bus either the 418 or 482 but the times are hit and miss. Overall if you want something out the way but very comfortable this is the place for you.

Questa è la prima volta che ci fermiamo qui, ma saremo di sicuro indietro, non poteva essere nulla di male in e intorno all'hotel o al campo da golf. Il personale era eccellente nei loro lavori e molto attento e amichevole, cibo eccellente, camera bella, zona piscina bella e tranquilla.Il campo di golf era in grande condizione e la procedura di avere i vostri club immagazzinati nelle serrature pronti a mettere sul vostro Il mio buggy, poi, guidare direttamente al primo tè, era sorprendente.Come ho detto prima, ho già prenotato per tornare a questo piccolo pezzo di cielo.

Just returned and quite happy with our room, cleaned regularly and at a decent standard, unfortunately we didn't have much of a view from our balcony, no people watching, but didn't bother us too much as we only used the room to sleep and chill in, we were out most of the day. I wouldn't like to think of more than 2 people in our room, as it was quite small, but adequate for our needs, as a couple. We had a bit of road noise as our bedroom was roadside and street level, but not horrendous, you can hear the room above moving about, it seemed as if the floors were quite hollow. The complex was quite echoey and the getting out and putting away of sunbeds was irrirating, being clapped together while being stacked. We didnt use any of the facilities on site, so couldn't comment on those. It had more of a hotel vibe than apartments, we didn't love Los Cristianos like we love Playa de las Americas, so we probably wouldn't return, but this is no reflection on the accommodation or resort, just our own personal choice. We had a great week, found some fab bars and restaurants and enjoyed some cracking views 😁😁

Sono andato in vacanza con il mio compagno lontano per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e siamo stati molto fortunati e abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade a uno dei duplex con vista sul golf, assolutamente bellissimo e massiccio per noi due, ma è stato un po' deluso perché la camera non era abbastanza pulito e la governante è dovuta venire a pulire un po' meglio il bagno e anche le orribili macchie sul pavimento della stanza, ma dopo è stato tutto perfetto e siamo rimasti molto contenti. L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione se stai cercando un posto tranquillo dove stare lontano dal trambusto, ma tieni presente che devi prendere un taxi per raggiungere la spiaggia o noleggiare una bicicletta o un'auto, la distanza a piedi non è un'opzione. Le piscine sono davvero belle e hai molto spazio per prendere il sole. Il personale dell'hotel è eccezionale e con un servizio clienti di alto livello e sempre pronto ad aiutare, menzione speciale a Martin del ristorante e anche a Raul e Diana della reception, ottimo servizio clienti e felice di aiutare. La colazione era davvero buona e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall'abbondanza di varietà per tutti e dal personale davvero efficiente. Sul lato negativo vorremmo menzionare che avremmo voluto un piccolo tocco da parte dell'hotel per congratularci quando ci siamo fidanzati e abbiamo parlato con Diana e Raul della reception e anche con Martin, ma non una piccola cosa per dire congratulazioni come una carta o 2 bicchieri di prosecco o qualcosa del genere. Per quanto riguarda la camera, vorremmo menzionare che il materasso non è molto comodo come ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel 4 stelle e anche se la camera era molto ben attrezzata abbiamo perso un cestino in camera e abbiamo dovuto usare quello del bagno nel soggiorno. Non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante, quindi non posso dire del cibo lì e non abbiamo nemmeno usato la palestra o il centro benessere. Ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo.

Andrea's Hotel is towards the best 2 * hotel I've ever stayed in, clean, unexpected comfort and excellent service. The location is perfect, away from the hurly burly but close enough to walk to the beaches and harbour. Some good restaurants close by. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, adequate storage, air conditioning that's works well; also a quiet, effective ceiling fan. The bathroom is fine. There's a kettle, tea and coffee; TV, safe, hair dryer, plenty of duvets etc. We had a balcony with table and 3 chairs. The hotel has a good size lounge with a vending machines selling, crisps, chocolate bars, sodas, etc. Reception is manned 24 hours a day, good English spoken. . The lift works well. They have a secure lock up to leave cases etc. They don't do breakfasts but there's a number of cafes reasonably close; also a supermarket underneath the hotel. We paid about 60 euros per night and stayed there twice. Highly recommend.

Basta tornare da una bella settimana al Sol Arona. Bella stanza, grande vista sulla piscina e mare. Cibo era eccellente, grande scelta disponibile. La mia unica scelta è che dopo il vostro pranzo serale non c'è nessuna struttura per un caffè o un tè. La stanza è servita ogni giorno e con asciugamani freschi. Sì, il mobilio è un po' date, ma pulito, tesoro e letti molto confortevoli. Non c'è caldaia o frigo nella nostra stanza, ma lo sapevamo prima di andare. Lo consiglierei certamente.
