Nuestra estancia en la Hospedería Villa de Castro fue fantástica. El personal (Montse y Mario) es maravilloso, muy amables y con una atención personalizada y profesional siempre que lo precisábamos. En cuanto a la hospedería, se encuentra super bien localizada a escasos metros de buses y del centro histórico de Castro Urdiales. La habitación era perfecta para 3 personas, limpia y con un precioso ventanal. Muchísimas gracias. ¡Sin duda repetiremos!

Todo muy correcto en su sitio. Muy cuidado. El exterior con parking gratuito. Ofrecen cafe agua y zumos gratis . Todo muy a laano. Volveremos sin duda. La playa en coche a 5 minutos Gracias

Stato qui per una notte prima del passaggio di Bilbao - Portsmouth. Hotel è davvero buono sui siti di alloggio, ha molte recensioni positive. Ha un ristorante che è utile quando arriva dopo un lungo viaggio di giorno. Il ristorante non era aperto, ma il bar aveva tapas. È stato difficile entrare, perché tutte le porte sono state chiuse. È necessario chiamare un campanello per ammissione, anche a 5.10pm. Ciò che non è chiaro dalle foto o menzionato nella descrizione è che l'hotel è vicino ad un'enorme raffineria di benzina. L'aria puzza molto forte di fumi, il che significa che non si possono aprire finestre a meno che non si vuole riempire la stanza con fumi. La stanza era climatizzata, ma la temperatura più bassa era preimpostata a 25 gradi. Per me troppo caldo per una temperatura di notte, anche se può essere buono per gli altri. Le camere nel palazzo principale possono essere bellissime, ma abbiamo avuto una camera in un allegato in legno. La camera era grande e pulita con un letto confortevole e una lenzuola decente. Il bagno era dotato di bagni, che erano ancora grandi con una doccia buona, e non c'era nessuna porta che separasse il bagno dalla camera da letto, ma un giardino di doccia figo! Abbiamo pagato un colazione in più, che era in quantità, se un po' stupido, e come ci siamo messi in macchina per lasciare il proprietario, è venuto a correre dopo aver gridato che non avevamo pagato per il colazione. Ho fatto la mia parte per mostrare la prenotazione e spiegare che avevamo pagato, e ho trovato questo molto imbarazzante e irritante, soprattutto perché il proprietario non si scusava per il suo errore, ma si è appena fermato. Non c'è abbondante alloggio vicino al porto di traghetto, ma ho trovato questo posto troppo costoso e non rimarrei più.

Fui a comer con mi mujer un menu especial, la verdad es que nos sorprendio el sitio lo bien que esta para estar en un poligono. El menu especial muy rico, buena cantidad y buena calidad. El trato del petsonal muy amable y profesional. Habia bastantes trabajadores comiendo el menu del dia que tenia muy buena pinta. Calidad precio perfecto. Seguro volveremos.

Our five night stay at the Parador de Limpias, was a mixed experience of pleasure and frustration. Upon arrival, we were allocated a first floor room that immediately impressed our visual sensibilities with spacious, polished wooden floors, a heavy rug (mostly under the bed), a lovely view over the garden and surrounding woodland, and everywhere so clean, neat and tidy. When we went to bed and switched off the lights, and just as we were about to drop off to sleep, however, our aural sensibilities were to be overwhelmed by disturbing, invasive noises: the clattering staccato of high-heeled shoes, followed by the scraping sound of furniture being shoved across polished wooden floors then the indiscriminate and random thud of cupboard doors or drawers being opened and closed. All sounds amplified by the hollowness of the room’s acoustics. We asked if we could change our room the following morning. Immediately after breakfast, at reception, I requested a move, if it was possible, to the third (top) floor - in the hope of peace and quiet. Permission was very kindly and sympathetically granted and our luggage transferred. Peace and quiet, however, turned out to be a forlorn hope. There were no rugs at all in the top rooms to minimise and suppress the transfer of sound. As a result, we had four nights with fluctuating levels of anxiety as bedtime approached; sometimes justified other times not. The Parador de Limpias was immaculate with very comfortable areas to sit and read. Other key areas however - especially the bar and breakfast room - were understaffed in our opinion. Guests were often seen left on their own at the bar or in the breakfast room waiting for assistance or service. We would like to commend the maitre-de who was present at evening meal times in the dining room for his professional commitment. And two young female waitresses who, when on duty, displayed a genuine work ethic in the bar/ cafeteria, to ensure guests received the best possible service - despite often having to manage on their own - with politeness and enthusiasm.

Recentemente, il nostro hotel è un po' vecchio e, mentre alcune recensioni che ho letto sono state molto critiche per lo stato delle camere e in effetti il servizio, non è stata la nostra esperienza. L'hotel è situato a un isolato da una splendida spiaggia che ha una passeggiata 4K. Il check-in era senza saldatura e la receptionista era molto amichevole. La nostra camera era una decente, pulita/ tranquilla anche se potevamo fare con l'aria condizionata, perché il tempo era piuttosto caldo. La città dispone di numerosi bar/restauranti a 5/7 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.
