Veniamos de un viaje muy largo. Cansados no cansadisimos. Entre tantas otras opciones decidimos parar aquí a pasar la noche, por sus buenas criticas y buen precio. Resulta que al llegar nos dieron la habitación de justo al lado de recepción y de la puerta que daba a la calle. Me extrañó recibir esta hab pero del cansancio, no pensé en las consecuencias: cada vez que alguien entraba de la calle a hacer el check in ( a más de la 1 de la noche) me despertaba... se oían voces muy fuertes. Gracias a dios solo hubo un checkin a esta hora. Pero por la mañana la simpatica y por lo que creo corta de mente de la recepcionista, nos volvió a despertar a las 7 y media de la mañana. Escuchabamos el sonido de su móvil cada vez que recibía un wassap!! Absolutamente vergonzoso. ¿Qué recepcionista en su sano juicio deja el movil a todo volumen habiendo habitación al lado de su recepción? Además, mi querida recepcionista habló por teléfono en manos libres en varias ocasiones. Portazos... gente saliendo..... Despert**** así no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Me dió coraje!! La hab hubiera sido de 10 de no ser por esta falta de respeto.

Il fascino del sito lo nube il cattivo servizio e cattiva gestione dei responsabili del cortile. La ricezione era dannosa, molto atrofiata e poco ci hanno dato le chiavi , sono andati senza spiegarci né fornire alcuna informazione sul complesso, così come le opzioni che offrono in termini di caffè, uso della piscina e possibilità di effettuare La colazione era inclusa, ma non rispettavano l'orario, perché cominciava alle 8.30 e apparve la responsabile alle 8.53, sostenendo che aveva esigenze fisiologiche. Non hanno potuto contrastare questo malinteso sgradevole , affermando che , c'è scarso personale e hanno altre esigenze più importanti da soddisfare ( mettere le tasche , raccogliere la bambina del college, ecc). , quando la cosa più importante è di coprire i clienti che, come noi, abbiamo deciso di andare a questo sito per avere rilassamento e buon soggiorno . Questa esperienza ci lascia con cattivo gusto di bocca e poco ci invita a tornare . Peccato che il servizio sia caricato in un posto così bello.

MMariaje AIl fascino del sito lo nube il cattivo servizio e cattiva gestione dei responsabili del cortile. La ricezione era dannosa, molto atrofiata e poco ci hanno dato le chiavi , sono andati senza spiegarci né fornire alcuna informazione sul complesso, così come le opzioni che offrono in termini di caffè, uso della piscina e possibilità di effettuare La colazione era inclusa, ma non rispettavano l'orario, perché cominciava alle 8.30 e apparve la responsabile alle 8.53, sostenendo che aveva esigenze fisiologiche. Non hanno potuto contrastare questo malinteso sgradevole , affermando che , c'è scarso personale e hanno altre esigenze più importanti da soddisfare ( mettere le tasche , raccogliere la bambina del college, ecc). , quando la cosa più importante è di coprire i clienti che, come noi, abbiamo deciso di andare a questo sito per avere rilassamento e buon soggiorno . Questa esperienza ci lascia con cattivo gusto di bocca e poco ci invita a tornare . Peccato che il servizio sia caricato in un posto così bello.

UUtente ospiteVeniamos de un viaje muy largo. Cansados no cansadisimos. Entre tantas otras opciones decidimos parar aquí a pasar la noche, por sus buenas criticas y buen precio. Resulta que al llegar nos dieron la habitación de justo al lado de recepción y de la puerta que daba a la calle. Me extrañó recibir esta hab pero del cansancio, no pensé en las consecuencias: cada vez que alguien entraba de la calle a hacer el check in ( a más de la 1 de la noche) me despertaba... se oían voces muy fuertes. Gracias a dios solo hubo un checkin a esta hora. Pero por la mañana la simpatica y por lo que creo corta de mente de la recepcionista, nos volvió a despertar a las 7 y media de la mañana. Escuchabamos el sonido de su móvil cada vez que recibía un wassap!! Absolutamente vergonzoso. ¿Qué recepcionista en su sano juicio deja el movil a todo volumen habiendo habitación al lado de su recepción? Además, mi querida recepcionista habló por teléfono en manos libres en varias ocasiones. Portazos... gente saliendo..... Despert**** así no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Me dió coraje!! La hab hubiera sido de 10 de no ser por esta falta de respeto.
