Fuimos a pasar sólo una noche y nos sorprendió muy gratamente! El personal muy amable, parking exterior gratuito. Nos dieron una habitación muy grande (supongo que una suite) ¡Gracias! con bañera de hidromasaje (aunque por más que leímos las instrucciones aquello no funcionaba, Hab 101). Cama de matrimonio super cómoda y desde la ventana se veía la catedral. El desayuno buffet normalito pero más que suficiente (no entiendo a la gente que pretende que un desayuno buffet sea una ofrenda de un marajá... ) Para nosotros una estancia de 10.

Buon hotel, povero ristorante e personale impolito. La camera sembra buona e pulita. Prenotammo un letto matrimoniale per un prezzo aggiuntivo, in quanto una camera con due letti singoli è stato 10 euro più economico. Alla reception, ci hanno detto che un letto doppio è solo 1.50m larghezza .... quindi abbiamo scelto di andare per 2 letti singoli, ma non ridurrebbero il prezzo di 10 euro come avevamo già prenotato via carta di credito. Il ristorante ha un menu quotidiano che abbiamo bisogno di scansionare tramite un codice QR. Ordiniamo dal menu quotidiano. Ho ordinato il primo piatto principale sulla scheda di menu e ho ricevuto il piatto sbagliato. Ho ordinato pesce e ho ricevuto il maiale. Quando l'ha detto al guardiano, la sua risposta era: “Questo è il modo in cui lo servemo in Spagna, forse è diverso nel vostro paese”. Ci ha mostrato il menu e sembra che il menu che aveva era diverso da quello che abbiamo scansionato attraverso il codice QR che ci ha dato. Dopo una lunga discussione, si rendevano conto del loro errore e mi hanno dato il mio pesce. Mia moglie ha avuto un piatto principale, così salino che non poteva mangiarlo. L'ho provato e mi è sembrato disgustoso. Quando l'ho detto al cameriere, non ha reagito. Così un servizio molto povero e un personale molto poco professionale. Se vuoi dormire, le camere sono grandi per il prezzo. Se vuoi anche usare il ristorante, è meglio trovare un altro hotel nel quartiere di Salamanca.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe zahlreicher Läden und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die eher kleinen Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, das Bad hat eine Wanne. Klimaanlage nicht regelbar (no tocar). Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, die Nachbarn aber ruhig. Die Rezeption schloss ungewöhnlicherweise nachmittags um 5 Uhr. Die Bar war ständig geschlossen. Die vier Sterne sind daher nicht berechtigt. Das mit € 6,50 günstige Frühstück war recht einfach. Warmspeisen oder normales Brot gab es nicht, Milch und Butter suchte ich vergebens. Der Kaffeevollautomat verwendete Bohnen . Preis meist günstig.

Let me start by saying this is the most unwelcome hotel I have ever stayed in. Tripadvisor and *********** both clearly state the Spa was open on Sunday which was a major attraction after a long day’s driving as was the highly recommended restaurant. We were informed a few days prior to arriving that the Spa was now closed and 2 days before arriving that Restaurant and Bar were also closed. By that time we were already traveling and not able to change our journey to look for another hotel. Upon arriving the hotel was shrouded in darkness, we had to offload our overnight belongings in the dark garage, we felt we were the only ones staying there, which we later found was not the case. Naturally we were quite dismayed at the prospect of no food or drink. The receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative and accused us of having a bad attitude! He recommended the golfclub café up the road, which had just some deep fried tapas on offer, which were not bad incidentally but not what we came for. We were surprised to find our room was pretty much the furthest away you could possibly get from entrance given the hotel was mostly empty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, rock hard basically, no airconditioning and no wi-fi. After an abominable night sleep the breakfast was not filling us with joy either. All the hot food, fried/scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage at the buffet was already stone cold at 8.30! This hotel should be stripped of it’s 4 stars as I would not even give it a 1 star status. If you cannot offer the 4 star facilities and service you should not charge the prices. False pretences springs to mind. I’m sure the rude receptionist will come up with a counter argument such as “the Spa is always closed on a Sunday and is not included in the price anyway” or something along those lines but this is not what’s advertised and what the guests expect when they reserve a room at the given prices! Avoid at all cost if you are looking for a pleasant hotel experience!

Hotel fuori città, ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti vicino.Non ci sono ristoranti e altri paesaggi intorno, devi guidare per cena in città.La stanza è più grande. La città è bella.

All'esterno della vecchia città, al ponte di Roma, si può camminare per la vecchia città, ci sono grandi giardini, bassa temperatura della piscina, ricchezza della colazione, più grande della stanza, rispetto ad altri hotel nazionali, questa casa non è troppo antica e adatta per le vacanze.

L'hotel è meraviglioso e a buon mercato, e noi andavamo in auto, cercavamo un posto facile da raggiungere, aveva parcheggio e abbastanza vicino al quartiere storico da camminare.
