Molto bene in pulizia e cura dell'appartamento. Molto buona attenzione ricevuta in reception. Mi piace il trattamento ricevuto, la cortesia del receptionista. Un sito consigliabile

The rooms were clean the staff was amazing and so welcoming from reception to cleaning and the staff at the bar took excellent care of us - especially Edith. I give it 4 stars because the trim was coming apart in the rooms and we found the bed quite hard for our liking but the distribution size and water pressure was excellent. The hotel supplies shampoo, soap, dish soap sponge and a cloth for washing dishes. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and are full size. We did not use the stove top so can’t speak to that. Cleaning staff came every day and replaced toilet paper and used towels if left in floor/in bath. You need a car to get to and from Sevilla (15 min drive to the centre). There is private parking if needed but we never had a problem parking on the street by the hotel. The hotel’s address is calle chile, but that is the entrance to the bar. The entrance to reception is on calle Mexico. Overall an excellent stay - we would definitely return.

Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.

Traffico conveniente, l'hotel si trova nella città satellitare di Seville.La camera è ampia e confortevole e le strutture sono molto nuove.Ci sono supermercati e centri commerciali sottostanti.Il servizio è entusiasta, il parcheggio sotterraneo è 3 euro ogni notte

Hotel splendido, comodissimo per chi arriva a Siviglia in auto. Dotato di parcheggio esterno gratuito, mettono a disposizione una navetta per chi volesse raggiungere la città senza spostarsi in macchina. Struttura imponente e curata, camere grandi, letti comodi e bagni con bidet. Colazione ottima.

Surpreendeume este hotel. Alem do preço a localização era boa apesar de ser longe da cidade. Bons acessos, local agradável. So reservei quarto pois apenas fiquei 2 dias e não tinha tempo de usufruir do hotel. Recomendo e voltaria a este se voltar a Sevilha. Quartos espaçosos com mini bar, limpeza boa, em apenas 2 dias trocaram-nos as toalhas de banho que achei que não havia necessidade.

Soluzione ideale per famiglie. Personale gentile, soprattutto Helena. Appartamento ben attrezzato ma la pulizia non è stata il massimo. Sotto il divano ed il letto c'era abbastanza polvere ed un porta pasticche vuoto chissà da quanto lì. Abbiamo raggiunto il centro con la macchina (indispensabile). Vicino c'è il LIDL comodissimo. Il parcheggio all'aperto davanti alla struttura è completamente gratuito.

Nel cibo c'era troppa cipolla e le lenzuola non venivano lavate e i bagni non venivano pulite abbastanza bene. Non era malissimo ma ci sono molte cose da migliorare. In più nella reception le persone non erano sempre disponibili.
