Hotel is lovely, very picturesque. Receptionists and the rest of the employees were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The rooms are cute but by no means what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Our son was constantly woken by the noise of our neighbours as the walls are paper thin and clanking and footsteps from the people above. You can hear TV, over hear phone conversations and things one would not like to hear (it is kind of romantic hotel). Also the noise from the motorway is not blocked by the windows. Other than breakfast, we never ate at the hotel as the food was served only after 8.30pm which is too late for our son. Also, when I asked to see the restaurant menu, I was told that the only menu we can choose from is the cafeteria menu with burger and sandwich or something similar on it. Not quite a dinner we’d like to have in Spain or in a romantic getaway. What also really bothered us was a lack of storage - no shelves or drawers. One big wardrobe with 6 hangers and one shelf - for 3 peoples clothing for 7 days. Sick of living off from a suitcase. We definitely won’t be coming back here, as it’s far from our expectation of a 4-star getaway (we have stayed many times at a 3-star hotel near by and this won’t compare, maybe few stars have been given for the sauna and pool?). If little things like missing a wardrobe door, towels with holes (they are nicely scratchy though!) and noise from the neighbours doesn’t bother you, then it is a lovely hotel to stay in. (Stayed on second floor with the balcony overlooking motorway). Just not for our taste. Ps! Also the car park is tiny and if you come back later in the evening you might struggle with finding parking.

La verità è che vale la pena sottolineare il trattamento e la cordialità di Trini e Noelia. Ha una buona posizione se hai bisogno di spostarti in questa zona. Appartamenti spaziosi. L'arredamento necessita di qualche revisione. Almeno in quello che avevamo, non c'erano quasi grucce. È un'ottima opzione per andare con animali domestici. La taverna al piano di sotto offre un gran numero di birre e il prezzo è abbastanza ragionevole.

La camera dell'hotel era prevista - buona dimensione, pulizia ok e vanità separata e lavanderia (camera gemella). Nessuna sciarpa, nessun tessuto e nessun acqua potabile. Non aspettare di avere alcuna comodità secca. Si prega di evitare colazione perché non c'era nulla da mangiare. Non nemmeno un uovo o croissants. C'è un Burger King vicino che credo sia un posto migliore per colazione. Il servizio sia per il front office che per i locali di cibo era povero.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Staying here for a week on business. The rooms are basic with some of the fittings a bit worn but the bed was comfortable and plenty of space. The restaurant had good food served quickly. Not a huge choice but enough for my needs. It doesn't open until 20.30 but they will serve drinks before then. The hotel is well situated for the business park and you could walk to it. About twenty minutes or so. Just as well because the parking spaces at the business park fill up quite quickly. There is some noise from the road but not enough to keep me awake at night. I would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel ben situato vicino alle grandi linee. Grand parcheggio davanti all’hotel. ricevitore molto simpatico e servibile, camere grandi, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Bagno tutto conforto. Da raccomandare, prezzo più che conveniente

Siamo stati molto attirati dall'alluvione di un hotel 4* in una zona che era piuttosto costosa, ma dato il premio che pagate per un hotel come questo, posso dire che non vale la pena. Il secchiere di capelli nella stanza non aveva alcun filtro che significasse che avrebbe continuamente preso i capelli, ma la più grande questione era che la doccia si sfuggesse profondamente fino al punto che ha inondato l’intera stanza. Dopo aver avvertito il ricevitore, che non sembrava essere stato in fase di fase, ci sono stati consegnati una pila di tovaglioli e lasciati a gestirla da soli. L'inondazione ha causato un considerevole danno sia a una stanza già danneggiata che alla nostra proprietà personale, che mi può solo portare a concludere che non è stata la prima volta che si è verificato questo. La soglia della striscia della porta era danneggiata, ma la fuga della doccia significava che la porta del bagno non si chiuse nemmeno; la stanza non era come descritta, e le camere non sembravano niente come le foto. La posizione dell'hotel è isolata senza collegamenti di trasporto che significano eventuali risparmi potenziali che si può aver fatto in hotel che si finirà spendendo in misura significativa più sui taxi. L'hotel era sconvolto da questo e non solo ci fu dato il messaggio sbagliato per inviare le nostre preoccupazioni, ma hanno risposto essenzialmente a difendere il fatto che erano 4* e non c'era nulla che potevamo fare, perché non lo avevamo segnalato all'epoca, Tuttavia, se leggessero correttamente il mio email, avrebbero visto che lo facevamo. Non volevo lasciare un esame negativo, ma l'hotel non mi ha lasciato alcuna scelta, ma per farlo perché non hanno risposto adeguatamente alle mie preoccupazioni, nonostante le loro ampie opportunità di farlo. Credo che l'apatia del presunto direttore dell'hotel dimostra che questo stabilimento è in attesa del suo 4* status e non crede che il prodotto che fornisce debba corrispondere a questo status. Spero che questa revisione onesta con le foto dissuadera altri viaggiatori di rimanere qui, perché non vale la pena aggravarsi e annoiare.

Hotel magnífico a 10 minutos del centro se valencia a destacar su limpieza de habitación y de Hotel en general utilizamos el spa y estuvimos genial el desayuno por 12 euros persona cumplió nuestras expectativas y el parking por 6 también enhorabuena a toda la gente que trabaja ahí y en especial a los limpiadores/as porque lo hacéis genial 👏👏

We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast and would highly recommend the hotel. It is very clean and well located, a short walk to the metro, bus and tram stations. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of hot food, cold meats, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries, hot drinks and fresh juice. We very much enjoyed the pool too which has parasols, loungers and beanbags. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia di 5 persone una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci hanno riservato una camera molto grande con 5 posti letto ed avevamo a disposizione due bagni. Ho trovato tutto molto pulito e profumato. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile e sono anche molto elastici.
