Personale accogliente e disponibile che parla inglese. Posizione ottima vicino alla corniche e alla stazione. Camere semplici, ma sufficienti per il prezzo pagato, quindi tutto sommato va bene. Pulizia ok.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent walking distance to shops, restaurants and the corniche and its traffic :( The bed was very comfortable and water pressure strong in the shower. The ”light dinner” provided in the evening was a nice touch and introduced us to some Egyptian wines that we then bought after tasting them :) The surroundings and antiques were lovely and the lift was like a step back in time to another era....loved it! The wi fi worked much better than the rest of Egypt :) But, smoking was allowed in the foyer and unbelievably in the restaurant......you never knew when someone would light up beside you when you were eating!!!! Come on guys, this is the 21st century.....didn't think there were places still in the world where you can smoke when others are eating or just as bad.....everyone who enters or leaves the hotel has to walk through the smokers....why not set aside an area on the first floor that is sealed so that the smoke can't be inhaled by us poor asthmatics?? Would have scored better if there was a no smoking policy and breakfast was improved....it was pretty ordinary.

Situazione perfetta, camere perfette, vista meravigliosa, ospitalità perfetta, molto pulita e autentica. Un hotel storico completamente modernizzato, ma conservando il suo autentico patrimonio. A mio parere ha una delle migliori viste marine in Alessandria, Egitto e Mediterraneo. Era stato visto da Celeberties di tutto il mondo con camere chiamate dopo i loro nomi.

La posizione è troppo lontana da attrazioni come Stanley Bridge e il palazzo di Montazah. Ma vicino alla stazione ferroviaria se viaggi in treno! Nel complesso è più come una casa per una grande famiglia.

La fotografia e la descrizione della stanza (1o piano 28 metri quadrati) non corrispondevano alla stanza effettivamente assegnata (4o piano. 18 metri quadrati).. Questo è illegale in molti paesi, ma apparentemente non per questo hotel. Il responsabile del lavoro del giorno era pronto a assegnare una stanza migliore, ma solo a un costo aggiuntivo, e non ero felice di questo, quindi non ho pagato un costo aggiuntivo. La colazione era piacevole, la vista è bella, l'aspetto è attento. Ottimo alloggio. Le finestre del pavimento dell'hotel che si trovava di fronte al mare erano vergognose. Pittura di peeling abbandonato contenitori decorativi vuoti, rifiuti alimentari. Manutenzione lazy e mancanza di orgoglio. Claramente nessuno controlla o segue. Questo potrebbe essere un ottimo hotel, ma è un e ora un ricordo di indifferenza e di apatia. Il responsabile del check-out è stato più utile e ha offerto un aggiornamento per visitare di nuovo. Tuttavia entrambe le parti sanno che è improbabile. Ho compilato il questionario dell'hotel registrando queste questioni. Spero che vada alla persona giusta. La foto allegato mostra la camera molto più bella e la descrizione decorata nell'annuncio. E' chiaro che tutte le foto e le misurazioni devono essere aggiornate in modo da corrispondere effettivamente alle camere vendute. Dopo aver espresso le mie preoccupazioni il 20 marzo 2023, non c'è stato alcun aggiornamento.
