I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent stay at Fourseasons Cairo First Residence. Specifically, I am grateful to Mr. Mustafa Hassan and Mr. Mohd Abdelbaset for their outstanding management skills and prompt problem resolution. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the welcoming atmosphere. However, a check-in issue arose, causing concern. Fortunately, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Abdelbaset swiftly stepped in, displaying professionalism and efficiency. Their exceptional customer handling skills were evident as they actively listened to my concerns, displayed genuine care, and took immediate action. I am grateful for their efforts. Their dedication to customer satisfaction reflects the high standards upheld by Fourseasons Cairo First Residence. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the exceptional service once again.

This was one of the strangest accommodations I ever had. I booked four nights at a bargain rate. However, the address and ‘hotel’ phone number were incorrect, creating a stressful situation when I arrived after dark. The address near the pyramids is sketchy. After contacting trip.com I was able to call the owner the next morning (after getting a room in another hotel at a high rate) who walked me to his guesthouse about 5 minutes away. For the price, the room, bathroom, washing machine and free breakfast at another property (looking at the pyramids) was a good bargain. The owner is a nice man who even brought me fruit and drinks every night. My advice is to contact the owner days before arriving to get a specific address and correct WhatsApp number.

We have atayed here well over 15 times over the last 3 years. It is not the newest of most glamour 5 star hotel but certainly the best in so far as service, care, attention and the old style 5 star charm that Egyptian hospitality is best at. The hotel is NOT in a tourist area and is in the heart of Cairo so you get the real city with shops, kiosks and all the amenities within 2 or 3 minutes walk, The hotel breakfast is the best in Cairo and be sure to ask for Hela, she is incredible, The hotle that always fees like home for us - stay in real Cairo

Such a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to accommodate and provide whatever is needed. The hotel is very safe with high level security, and a great location with short driving distance to the Nile. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and felt very luxurious; we also very much enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the Nile. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I ate in Egypt, they had a large spread with the perfect selection. The staff brought us water bottles daily and allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room while we traveled to Luxor and Hurghada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and team, you could not go wrong booking with them!

Ho soggiornato per quattro giorni in questo bel hotel sul fiume Nilo al Cairo, l'hotel è maestoso, molto classico, con negozi all'interno, ottimi ristoranti, e soprattutto super ristorante al 40esimo piano con piattaforma girevole che da una vista sul Cairo, sul Nilo molto molto molto romantico ed ovviamente con un servizio e cibo di altissimo livello. Cosa non va: - camere vecchie e obsolete, tenute bene ma senza prese usb e soprattutto con prese europee anni 80... - personale non tutto cortese con i clienti - Le key card delle porte...in 4 giorni ho sostituito 16 volte le card perché si smagnetizzavano e senza di esse non puoi entrare in camera e neanche in ascensore...tantissimi clienti adirati in reception perché non si può passare una vacanza a pregare che la porta si apra soprattutto quando hai urgenza di andare in bagno o hai un figlio in braccio che dorme...e soprattutto non ti mandano nessuno ad aprirti la porta devi obbligatoriamente rifarti 20 piani in ascensore, camminare fino alla reception, fare la fila e ritornare su...ecco immaginate questa cosa fatta 3/4 volte al giorno... Assenza di un lampadario in camera...ci sono solo abat-jour che devi accendere se non vuoi stare all ombra la sera e magari leggere qualcosa... - in 4 gg per 2 volte ci hanno rifatto la stanza, prese le asciugamani e non sostituite... Ci ritornerei sicuramente ma ci sono troppe cose che da un hotel 5 stelle non si possono accettare. Sono stato in altri hotel 5 stelle al Cairo e ci si sente nel presente ..questo hotel vive ancora negli anni 80.
