Molto bel hotel, piuttosto semplice, ma con tutto il comfort necessario e buon mattoni. Calmo. Personale attraente, attento, che si sforza molto di rendere il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole. Buffet di colazione eccellente con tutto ciò che potrebbe essere incluso nel colazione - sia autunno o dolce, anche per i vegani molto buona scelta. E anche qui il personale più affascinante.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno, è stato un piacere e le strutture sono vecchie, ma non così male. La mia stanza era vicino a un guardaroba con asciugamani e letti freschi, quindi apprezzo davvero questo, perché tutto in hotel è bianco, così potevo avere degli asciugamani freschi ogni volta che mi servivano.

Arrival Experience: As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a warm welcome with complimentary breakfast and lounge access, though no welcome drink was provided. Free parking is available a short walk away, or you can opt for on-site parking for a fee. The check-in process was a bit slow. Rooms: We stayed in two separate rooms as no connecting rooms were available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location: The hotel is located in a Daimler group city, not very close to Stuttgart. The drive from Stuttgart is slow and takes at least 30 minutes, so plan accordingly. Despite its proximity to a main road, there was no road noise. Breakfast: The breakfast was very good, offering a solid continental spread with some German specialties, including omelettes and a variety of meats. The staff was helpful and kind. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor seating. Overall, the breakfast is in line with 5-star hotel standards. Executive Lounge: This was probably the most disappointing executive lounge I’ve visited in Europe. It is quite small(up to probably max 20-25 people) and very crowded, mostly with long-term guests. During our weekend visit, spaghetti was the only hot dish offered, with no soup or other warm options. While the lounge is clean and adheres to Marriott’s design standards, the limited offerings were a letdown. According to Tripadvisor, there aren’t any alternative options within a few kilometers apart from the hotel’s own steakhouse. Problems: We encountered no issues during our stay. Departure: Billing was accurate and handled promptly. Kid Activities: There is no kids club or nearby public park for children. Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend in Stuttgart, but I would recommend finding a hotel closer to the city. While the staff was very kind and engaged, the hotel’s location is not ideal for Stuttgart tourists, and the executive lounge was quite disappointing (though the lounge staff, particularly one gentleman who may have been of Indian descent, was very polite and kind). Despite the free breakfast for Bonvoy elite members, I don't think it is of good value for Stuttgart tourists.

Siamo stati li per una notte, 2 persone con cane. Ci siamo stati molto amichevoli e i dipendenti si sono scusati più volte per il fatto che fosse appena trasformato e non erano disponibili il ristorante e la sala colazione. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera confortevole per 80€ che era molto pulita e spaziosa, avevamo già stanze molto cattive per molto più soldi. Un altro complimento al personale, qui, credo, tutti i dipendenti hanno prenotato il buon pacchetto di premi. Abbiamo avuto così tanta gentilezza che il capo di questi dipendenti può apprezzare felicemente queste persone nella squadra. Ci è stato consigliato il Paulaner per cena intorno all'angolo, che è stato anche un successo completo. La notte abbiamo preso un altro drink al bar. La notte (camera non per strada) era molto piacevole e i letti erano molto buoni. La mattina seguente abbiamo ricevuto un altro pacchetto di pranzo (incluso nel prezzo) con il ritorno, che ci ha dolcito il viaggio. Qui ci piacerebbe stare di nuovo.

We had a problem with the reservation due to the travel agency, they were able to solve everything quickly, effectively and with extreme gentleness. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool correctly managed, and the sauna well organized. The breakfast was great (extremely appreciated by children), and the beer, before going to sleep, was good.

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).
