Overall good suburban hotel but nothing too fancy. I didn't use the gym, sauna, or restaurant, so would try it out next time. As a solo traveler, this hotel was good. Nice and warm inside whilst cold outside. The single room is small but the queen bed is very good. They also have single rooms with single beds. The room is clean and the floor in the bathroom is nicely heated. There is a carpet in the room that looks used and could do without. I didn't use their WiFi. The lighting everywhere is very poor. It's a dark room. Check out is at 11.. this should be changed to 12 as with usual global norms. The hotel is slightly more expensive than what you get for but overall I would rate it as good. The hairdryer is next to the toilet and has deep yellow marks. Toilets is small No slippers. Bring flip flops No complementary water in the room There is a minibar you have to pay for. Big mirror but poor lighting so dont see details. Good repetion people. Tried to help when I had questions. I would stay here again. Tip for the management. Put slippers in the room and a complimentary bottle of water. Change checkout time to 12. Move the position of the hair dryer away from the toilet seat. You are charging prices like any other big hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti lì, circa 20 minuti a Hamburg Centro. Parcheggio gratuito e sufficientemente disponibile. Dritto vicino all'hotel è una posizione per grandi eventi privati, quindi era abbastanza alto. Fino a mezzanotte, si è parlato al parcheggio (direttamente sotto la nostra finestra). Purtroppo, le camere non sono nemmeno molto pulite, matite molto diffuse, danni all'acqua ovunque, punti indefinibili nel lavabo. Il personale della reception non sembra molto impegnato, nessuna domanda di soddisfazione ect. Purtroppo, nel corridoio alla sala colazione puzza estremamente di sigarette calm. Colazione molto buona, pane fresco, succo 100%, frutta a guscio, uova specchi, selezione di salsa, formaggio, mosli, marmellate, miele e nutella ma anche dolci come pomodoro- mozzarella.

Abbiamo già soggiornato la seconda volta e tutto è stato di nuovo fantastico. Sebbene la stanza sia abbastanza piccola, ha tutto quello che ci serve. La colazione è stata molto deliziosa. È stato fantastico che dopo un accordo precedente abbiamo potuto accedere anche a 22Uhr. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

In einem öden Industriegebiet im Niemannsland vor den Toren Hamburgs gelegen, erwartet man auf den ersten Blick nicht ein so schönes, hervorragend ausgestattetes kleines Hotel, das zimmermäßig durchaus Vier-Sterne-Standard bietet und das zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis. Das Zimmer, ich hatte aus Kapazitätsgründen sogar ein Familienzimmer für mich allein, ist mit einem neuen (wenn auch etwas eigenwillig designten) Badezimmer ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz, sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, kostenloses Begrüßungswasser und einen freundlichen Service. Das alles zu einem wirklich guten Kurs. Einziger, allerdings wirklicher Nachteil: Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht gut erreichbar. Wer es für einen Hamburg-Besuch buchen möchte, sollte mit dem Auto unterwegs sein. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man über anderthalb Stunden unterwegs - pro Strecke. Und auch wichtig: das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei, es gibt keinen Aufzug..

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mitten in der Natur ideal zum Wandern und Rad fahren. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück sehr vielseitig. Ist für jeden Gast etwas zu finden. Nach Hamburg in die City kommt man mit der S-Bahn. Entweder ca. 10 min laufen und dann mit dem Bus zur Haltestelle der S-Bahn oder mit dem Auto zum Park & Ride Parkplatz Mit der S-Bahn sind es ca. 20 min bis zu den Landungsbrücken.
