Ottimo luogo, buon colazione, pulito, ben comunicato con il trasporto pubblico, eccellente servizio. Internet funziona perfettamente, buon prezzo in confronto, tutto all'interno della stanza è in perfetta condizione.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Wir bekamen Begrüßungsgetränke und obwohl wir spät angekommen waren, wurden wir noch gefragt ob wir noch etwas zu essen möchten. Das war wirklich nett. Unser Zimmer war unglaublich gemütlich und sauber. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Charme zog sich vom Garten durch das ganze Haus. Eine gelungene Mischung aus Nostalgisch und Modern. Eigentlich wie bei mir zu Hause und genauso wohl habe ich mich auch gefühlt. Sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht aufdringlich, aber es fehlte uns an nichts. Eine gute Auswahl. Wir hatten 24/7 freie Warmgetränke Wahl am Automaten und der Kaffee schmeckt ausgezeichnet (illy?). Wir bevorzugten im Garten zu frühstücken, weil es so muckelig war. Kostenfreier Parkplatz und W-LAN. Wenn wir nicht auf der Durchreise gewesen wären, wären wir gerne ein paar Nächte länger geblieben. Das Hotel war eine Zufallsbuchung und ich empfehle es absolut weiter. Von uns 5-Sterne Danke, dass Ihr Euch wirklich um das Wohl Eurer Gäste kümmert.

I had a single room in attic/sloping ceiling €52 3rd cheapest on *********** booked day before. I arrived 23:30 and had to phone for a PIN code to get in.. was emailed straight away 👍. (Number above pin pad at main door) Small room but ideal for my needs sleep and business next day. Rooms clean.. staff very polite. On checkout asked me if it was too hot… I said yes a fan would have been nice. She said they are putting them in the rooms today. Coffee to go was offered at reception where breakfast is served. Breakfast and coffee good. I could really ask for more. Breakfast extra €13-14 I think. To sum up I will revisit if price is right.

L'ambiente è molto sano, non c'è colazione, molto economico rispetto a Dusey, ma il segnale di rete non è troppo buono

The hotel is very close to the airport the rooms are very clean and upscale, staff are very friendly. My suitcase was lost and transferred to me the next day so the staff had toothbrush and shaving equipment for me. . The rooms where cleaned every day I got a complimentary bottle of water and some sweets. Breakfast is very up class and worth the extra money . The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 are too small issues. The first one is none of the staff speak English so you can communicate only by a translation app, and also my suitcase has arrived in the afternoon but I wasn't informed by the front desk even though I asked them to inform me when it arrives so I only found out about it the next day after I call the airline. Except for those two issues great hotel next time I'm going to the dusseldorf I'll be sure to book it again.

El hotel muy bien situado, bastante cómodo y acogedor. Personal de recepción muy amable. El personal de la plancha deja mucho que desear.. Variedad del desayuno muy extensa. Por lo contrario la limpieza fatal… deberían tomar medidas cuanto antes.. pelos en la bañera.. en otros rincones del baño… se percibe que es suciedad que lleva tiempo

The headline - Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a business trip. Great front of house staff and overall acceptable when the weather is cool. Check-in was super smooth and the reception team were very welcoming. They gave me all the information I needed; WiFi, breakfast local eating options. The only down side was that I asked for a fan as there was no AC in the room. They were unable to locate one until the next day… 28.5 degrees in the room overnight. Upon entering the room, I had a single room on the 2nd floor which was snug but had all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel within this class. Initial inspection showed all was clean except for the toilet. There was something left by the previous guest that needed clearing with a flush. Not a great start to the room. The next morning, during my first shower, it was evident that the drain was blocked as my entire room filled with water. This was a disappointment from an otherwise great shower - temperature and pressure was great. As I left for work I mentioned the fan requirement and shower issue. I was glad to see both had been resolved by the time I returned after work. Housekeeping - the room was cleaned everyday to good standard. I had to ask for a change of sheet on one day as there were some strange marks on my 'new sheets'. On my penultimate day, the shower gel dispenser had run out. This was not picked up on the subsequent cleans until my check out. Again, nothing major but not great. Breakfast - They had plenty on offer and all was presented well. My only complaint would be for the juices to be served cold instead of room temperature. Summary - I'll probably stay here again due to the location to my work as it's an OK option. However, this will be dependant on the weather. It's too hot without AC.

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel per l'ultima notte per 2 notti a metà novembre. Dopo aver letto alcune recensioni, abbiamo chiesto una stanza intorno alla schiena, lontano dalla strada. Ciò è risultato inutile, poiché l'intero hotel è piuttosto tranquillo a causa della doppia qualità del vetro e della costruzione solida. Sì, è sotto la rotta di volo dell'aeroporto di Dusseldorf, ma ha un curfeo dalle 11:00 - 6:00 e la maggior parte dei voli che si sbarcano (e quindi più tranquillamente). La vista fuori dalla nostra stanza (#210) era sublime con foglie d'autunno gialla su tutti gli alberi e sul terreno. La camera è stata molto spaziosa, con un letto di grandezza re eccellente e supportante, e le nostre valigie erano così grandi, e le opzioni di stoccaggio con tappeti e cave sono state progettate con pensiero. Il bagno grande e luminoso ha un bagno molto grande! L'acqua calda è veloce e molto calda, e le attrezzature sono solide ma saporite.Abbiamo trovato i pannolini da bagno marcati per essere super spesso e confortevole, grande lavoro! La camera da bagno ha una buona porta, quindi abbiamo lasciato la luce tutta la notte con un solo slitta di luce sotto per aiutarci a vedere il nostro cammino nel buio. La fermata dell'autobus (Bus #751) è direttamente fuori per portarti alla stazione locale chiamata Hosel. Vorremmo lodare l'hotel per l'impiego di personale più maturi che abbiamo trovato caldo e paziente e che sembrava davvero interessato a noi.
