Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere un pomeriggio e una serata lì in occasione di un matrimonio. E siamo entusiasti. La posizione sul lago, il gioco, il parco, la terrazza al ristorante, il servizio tutto il sera - molto bene. E la qualità dei cibi, ma anche l'arrangement (per la quantità di ospiti) è molto buona. Esempi: piccolissima dopo il matrimonio, ad esempio, si serve salate di frutta in piccolo vetro di sveglio. La sera, i numerosi pasti sono anche organizzati in vetri di sveglio, non vengono gettati in quantità inutili. Il supporto è anche molto buono. La posizione è un vero profitto e si può anche soggiornare in loco.

Zahlreiche Details haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut gefallen. Highlights waren sicherlich das Frühstücksbuffet und die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeitenden - vielen Dank! Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr gepflegt, überall im Haus spürt man, dass Einrichtung und Dekoration geschmackvoll zusammengestellt wurden. Warum dann nicht die höchste Bewertung? Wir fanden unser Zimmer (Altbau, Straßenseite) leider nicht überzeugend: der Fußboden knarzt, man hört die Straße deutlich, und die Deckenhöhe von knapp über 2 Metern in Kombination mit einem winzigen Fenster und einer furchteinflößenden Stahltür (dem Brandschutz sei’s gedankt) vermittelt einen finsteren und bedrückenden Eindruck, zumal - offensichtlich aufgrund der Raumhöhe - auf eine Deckenlampe verzichtet werden musste. Da rettet dann auch die abgesehen von den Kunststoff-Pflanzen durchaus gelungene Deko nichts mehr. Angesichts dieser Einschränkungen empfanden wir den Zimmerpreis als nicht angemessen. Wer aber dem Altbau-Charme den Vorzug vor zeitgemäßem Komfort gibt, wird im Mohren sicherlich zufrieden sein.

Un hotel al bordo della città che compensa questo Manco con super servizio, buone camere e molto più importante, con personale sognante. Amo il salsa epatica e quando ho chiesto il primo giorno, perché non c'era, organizzano sempre salsa epatica per me per i giorni successivi! Se qualcuno vuole vivere servizio e gentilezza in hotel, allora qui! Meglio di molti 5* case! Grazie per 5 giorni fantastici

This hotel has been is renovated and feels like a boutique hotel in a big city. Great modern design, decor and well-appointed rooms. At 3 stars, it exceeded expectations and was better than hotels with a 4-star rating. The hotel is situated within a Catholic monastery and is owned by nuns as a way to generate income. The hotel is run by secular management and includes conference facilities. My room was spacious, comfortable and had a private balcony. The TV was huge and modern, although no English channels were available. The bed had USB outlets at the nightstand, which was a life savor since I lost my electrical outlet power adaptor. Breakfast was phenomenal. A very extensive buffet with something for everyone’s food preferences. Dinner was also a buffet. The food quality at dinner wasn’t as good as breakfast, in my opinion. But the wine selection was sufficient and the prices cheap. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a properly translated welcome letter in English and French. I recognize 90% of guests are probably German-speaking but it would be helpful if all of the information was available because not every staff member can speak English. The only real complaints I have are the horrendous parking situation and the lack of a gym. In terms of the gym, the hotel is hosting business conferences. It would be nice if there was a small gym with treadmills and other basic fitness equipment. Thankfully, there is a temporary parking section at the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise, it is a little bit of a walk with luggage. The parking is an issue for anyone with bags or during bad weather. Besides those two complaints, anything else is a problem with the 3-star and 4-star hotels in Germany and not this hotel. It’s a problem I’ve only encountered in Germany: No coffeemaker or tea pot in room. You can’t get coffee until breakfast at 7 a.m. Only 1 or 2 pillows, compared to the 4 pillows that most hotels outside Germany feature. No lotion or other toiletries in bathroom of room. Bar soap replaced with liquid soap, which is cheaper but not as sanitary because dispensers can spread diseases. If I was in the Constance area, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I liked the religious connection and thought it was great in terms of value for money. With a few changes, it would be a superb 4-star hotel. Right now, they have a 4-star product, but more of a guesthouse/B&B standard.
