I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. However, be aware that parking comes with an additional cost of 15 EUR per night, which might be a downside for those driving. The hotel itself was very clean, which is always a big plus. The room was small but fine for a couple; however, for a family with a child, it felt a bit cramped. It was manageable for a short stay, but if you're planning to stay longer or need more space, it might not be ideal. Breakfast was suitable for those accustomed to a typical German breakfast—bread, cold cuts of cheese and sausage, yogurt, and muesli. For those looking for more variety, particularly Asian travelers, the options might feel limited as there were no warm dishes or other typical Asian breakfast items. One minor inconvenience was that our bottled water was not refilled after the first night, which was a bit disappointing. Also, be sure to lock your door because the cleaning staff may enter in the morning without warning, which can be quite startling if you're not expecting it. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stay, with a solid, reliable atmosphere and great cleanliness. Just be prepared for a few minor drawbacks, especially if traveling with family, needing more space, or looking for specific breakfast options.

L'hotel è stato bello, molto conveniente, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Tuttavia, non c'è nessuno là in caso di problemi. Ad esempio, una persona nel nostro gruppo aveva problemi con il suo schienale e doveva aspettare fino al giorno dopo per chiedere un bastone e non ci hanno dato nessuno perché hanno detto che la loro politica è di avere solo 1 per persona (un po' estrema e non troppo bello per i clienti). Quindi, siate ben informati che questo è buono per il prezzo, ma non il meglio se avete qualche problema.

The staff was the best, very professional and polite. We had a group of 20 people which is not easy to deal with. They handled it perfectly, service was great. We are staying there on a regular basis with big groups. Location is good and central.

Vengo appena da un seminario di 4 giorni all'isola Hotel. In anticipo e come ritengo molto importante, il personale era in modo eccezionale, a qualsiasi ora di giorno molto amichevole e anche utile. Abbiamo avuto 13 persone e il primo giorno siamo stati collocati in un piccolo e stretto seminario, qui sembra che qualcosa sia andato male nella pianificazione, ma si è scusato immediatamente e si è trovato un modo di rimediare a partire dall'indomani. Abbiamo mangiato 4 volte a mezzogiorno, abbiamo potuto scegliere tra due piatti. Ci sono stati due giorni di Gnocchi e pesce con spinazie e patate, qui avrei voluto un po' di più fantasia nel programmare il menu. Ho avuto una camera da letto al terzo piano. Il bagno era relativamente nuovo, ma la stanza aveva ancora il fascino degli anni '80. Il letto aveva alcuni punti insoddisfacenti quando ho messo in aria questo, è stato immediatamente riparato e riacquistato. Il secondo giorno la TV a distanza non funzionava più, anche qui è stato reagito immediatamente e gentile. In realtà, ero deluso dal Housekeeping. Nel mio letto, solo il coperchio mi è stato un po' abbattuto e purtroppo il bagno non è stato pulito. La porta di vetro può essere ottica, ma il disagio è che deve essere pulita regolarmente e se non lo fai, allora sembra molto impuro. Un punto chiaramente positivo che deve essere menzionato è la qualità del coperchio e del cuscino! Solo top!!! Incredibilmente facile e morbido! Ho letto alcune recensioni qui che hanno criticato la colazione. A mio parere, la scelta non era troppo grande, ma non è necessaria, forse solo un altro formaggio... è stato riempito anche quando vuoto e le seghe erano deliziose! Tra qualche settimana sarò di nuovo qui e forse avro' fortuna e potrò avere una delle camere ristrutturate.

La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, cioè il pagamento del parcheggio di 15 euro non è ragionevole. Il cameriere non ha ricordato il pagamento del parcheggio al momento della fattura, che ha portato a essere messo all'uscita e a correre indietro al posto di ricezione per pagare il parcheggio

era una notte lì e erano positivmente sorpresi ... buona relazione prezzo, camere spaziose, sala fitness e sauna, delizioso colazione, personale amichevole, la sera il ristorante non ha meritato il suo nome, ma per una serata perfettamente ok

We booked 3 rooms for 5 days in June. One of our party is severely disabled with very limited mobility. On arrival we were dismayed to find that despite several messages to the hotel in advance, the property is NOT wheelchair accessible contrary to what the hotel stated on ***********. The rudimentary stairlift is not appropriate for a disabled immobile person and is actually dangerous as it doesn’t lie flush with the floor at the top. We spent half an hour with the manager Bedran Tas who was very unsympathetic and not interested in our situation. He didn’t care at all and just kept refusing to refund us for the 3 nights we would not be able to stay at the hotel due to it not being wheelchair accessible. Other false claims on hotel’s listing:- a 24 hour front desk - a lie as all the staff leave the property by 21.00, a garden - none there, soundproof rooms - what a joke, it’s ridiculously noisy from traffic and nearby establishments and room service…… none of the rooms has a telephone and no staff on site after 21.00!! The rooms are very Spartan and ridiculously hot with no air conditioning and it’s impossible to leave windows open due to traffic noise. One of our rooms also had an infestation of ants on the surfaces as well as floors. Only one fridge was working out of the 3 rooms we booked. No travelcot was provided either. All in all this “hotel” was awful, similar to the type of place where rooms are booked by the hour…… We left the establishment first thing the following morning and went to stay elsewhere.

Ich habe eine Nacht in Heilbronn und dort in der ”Pension am schönen Theater” in der Nordbergstr. 13 übernachtet. So wirklich schön ist die Ecke nicht, vielspurige Straßen, viel Verkehr, aber die Pension liegt ein bisschen am Anfang einer Seitenstraße und deshalb ist es nicht ganz so laut dort. Probleme gabs beim Einchecken, weil ein Automat dies übernahm, aber dieser nach Eingabe meiner Daten das Einchecken plötzlich abbrach und damit kam ich nicht ins Haus! Die Pension ist dem Hotel am schönen Theater angeschlossen, wo nach meinem dortigen Anruf dann auch schnell ein Mitarbeiter rüberkam und den Automat wartete, dass ich meine Karte bekam, womit ich ins Haus und mein Zimmer kam. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut möbliert, das Bad groß, alles sauber und vom Straßenlärm war nicht alt so viel zu hören. Im bzw. am Haus gabs Automaten mit Getränken und Snacks, Frühstück gab es leider nicht. Vorm Eingang war eine große Raucherecke, wo Leute bei offener Haustür saßen, rauchten und sich unterhielten. Für eine Nacht ging das für mich noch, aber länger wollte ich da in der Ecke nicht verweilen! Übrigens, ich war halt durchradelnder Fahrradtourist für eine Nacht, für mein Fahrrad gabs dort keine Unterstellmöglichkeit und auch nichts zum Anschließen, notgedrungen kettete ich mein Rad an einem Stuhl in der erwähnten Raucherecke. Ich persönlich fand den Preis nur für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück und vor allen ohne jeglichen Service nicht ganz so kostengünstig.
