This hotel is located in an industrial area with good bus connections.  Perfect as an overnight stay if you need an overnight stay on a longer trip.  Parking is free and there are plenty of places (not fenced parking). Breakfast costs extra, is an ok breakfast buffet with basic items but lacks that little something extra.  The service on site is good and the rooms are nice!  No safe/minbar/coffee maker in the room, but still a fresh hotel at a good price. No hotel that you stay in for a long time unless you have a reason to be here such as, for example, that you work with SAP.  You stay one night to go on a longer tour and don't have time for tourism. There is also two restaurants close to the hotel, one asian and one pizza/burger. Open late as well.

We (3 adults) arrived at the hotel after 5:00, having travelled several hours by car from France, and the reception had closed. It was very difficult trying to get checked in. First, the phone number posted on the door was reported as unassigned; so I looked up my booking and fortunately there was a number provided that worked. Unfortunately the woman who answered did not speak English. Eventually she was able to connect someone who did. I was told to look for a “safe box” at the front door… assuming the “front” is on the street side where the Hotel Leo sign is. I got locked out when I tried to look for a lock box of some kind. With the interpreter still on the phone, I walked around to the back of the building again, circling along the driveway and parked cars to where I’d entered a door from the parking lot initially. It did not feel like the “front”. Eventually I found the lock boxes and got our keys to our rooms. Our first room was terrible, on the main floor between the maintenance storage rooms and the breakfast kitchen. We assumed it was a room specifically for people with dogs. Needless to say, it was very noisy at 6:00am. However, the Receptionist was very friendly, accommodating and spoke English very well. She put us into a room on the second floor, next to our son, so that he could help us with carrying our bags up and down the stairs, etc. The room was comfortable but the noise from the parking lot in the mornings was loud, with people checking out, trucks revving engines or just loud people going out for a cigarette. We’d hoped to be able to open our windows for fresh air, as there’s no air conditioning in the hotel, but the level of noise was too much. I’d think a room on the street side might be a bit less loud, but I don’t know… it’d have traffic. The hotel is fine for a quick overnight. We stayed 4 nights, but had no other option considering we were visiting people in Mühlhausen. I do give full kudos to the woman at the front desk… her job is not an easy one but she was very friendly.

Abbiamo potuto trascorrere 3 notti in questo hotel estremamente buono. Il nostro Superior DZ, il ristorante con i suoi eccellenti cibi, la sala fitness e la piscina con sauna, è stato facile sentirsi ben curato e ben curato. I desideri come i fiori e la colazione nelle stanze sono stati soddisfatti. Congratuliamo la famiglia di molti per un ottimo hotel e ristorante. Ma congratulazioni speciali, vorremmo rendere i vostri dipendenti molto attenti, estremamente amichevoli e sempre pronti a aiutarli!!! Torniamo sicuramente 🙂

Incredibilmente sporco, personale inamichevole e hotel senza atmosfera. Non costoso, ma troppo costoso per quello che è stato richiesto. Non pulito. Capelli nel bagno di doccia, muffa, asciugamani inodore e il shappo e sapone più economico che sembrava trovare. Un aria condizionata troppo rumorosa che non si raffreddava e abbiamo avuto entrambi problemi di prurito tutta la notte. L'ispezione di notte è andata incredibilmente lenta. Ci sono stati due ospiti e il loro processo di check-in durò più di mezz'ora. Tutto sbaglio insensata. Quando ho informato se c'era qualcosa, non c'era alcuna risposta imprudente; nessuna spiegazione e l'ospite fu detto che ero un ”@&€&&&” che doveva aspettare a sua volta. Quando alla fine sono tornato, il ricevitore disgustoso ha negato di averlo detto e sapeva anche dire che tutto non era un suo problema, e poi mi è stato detto che c'era un problema con il processo di automatizzazione. Tuttavia, l'altro funzionario (che è venuto più tardi) poteva accedere a noi in tre minuti ... NUOVO. Bah, che esperienza noiosa.

Das Seehotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, insbesondere hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit in der Gastronomie sowohl beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück. Das Doppelzimmer war prima, das Badezimmer modern mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche und einem riesigen Duravit-Waschbecken ausgestattet, dazu gab es flauschige dicke Handtücher, alles bestens. Bei der Buchung bzw. bei Bezug des Zimmers empfehle ich, darauf zu achten, dass man ein Zimmer mit Balkon in den oberen Etagen mit Seeblick erhalt, unser Zimmer 103 lag ebenerdig mit einer Terrasse und nur eingeschränkten Seeblick und direkt in der Nähe des hauseigenen Biergartens, das wäre bei entsprechenden Wetter laut geworden.
