Le norme di salute, sicurezza e servizio dell'hotel non erano soddisfacenti durante il nostro soggiorno recente.Nonostante la nostra lunga assistenza durante il periodo ISPO, la qualità non ha mai corrispondeto al portato quattro stelle. Quando arrivai quest'anno, il mio collega e io eravamo dotati di una stanza con molle e raffreddore, e di un'altra inconveniente vicina alle zone rumorose, e il ricevitore ha risposto con coraggio e disinteresse, esprimendo la sua preoccupazione per le potenziali disturbi. Nonostante le condizioni sgradevoli, abbiamo deciso di non discutere, ma di chiedere un nuovo soggiorno il giorno dopo, e la situazione del letto era abominabile, con odori disgustosi e con buchi visibili. La mattina, un altro ricevitore ha riconosciuto le condizioni inaccettabili, soprattutto la forma, e ci ha assicurato di cambiare la stanza al nostro ritorno. Tuttavia, al nostro ritorno tardivo, il nuovo personale non ha richiesto alcun record della nostra questione, insistendo che l'hotel fosse completamente prenotato nonostante prove contrarie. Dopo che il mio collega insisteva sul lasciare, la sua camera si mise a disposizione improvvisamente, ma non mi fu offerta alcuna soluzione; nonostante le garanzie di sconti, la sala di sostituzione aveva ancora problemi di mold. I tentativi di riesame del progetto di legge sono stati negati, con il manager non disponibile sul sito e solo offrendo un rimborso. Quando il manager ha chiamato, invece di scusarsi, ha rivolto la colpa alla nostra presunta difficoltà come ospiti e si è lamentato alla mia compagnia del mio comportamento. La colazione ha ulteriormente sollevato il nostro soggiorno, con il personale dell'ufficio del fronte a gridare con cordiale sollievo. Questa esperienza inaccettabile mi obbliga a prendere provvedimenti e intendo contattare il Dipartimento tedesco della Salute e della Sicurezza per un'ispezione delle camere colpite da molle e pulizia inadeguata.

The staff did everything to make my stay comfortable even tough Corona is making it difficult. They stayed longer after reception times to check me in and provided me with everything i needed. Room was clean and had all I needed. Only negative was the water pressure in my bathroom sink was very low.

I booked accommodation for a group of delegates attending a WEEK long congress at the end of July. Website looked good and overall reviews were fine. The website is a COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION of the reality experienced at the hotel. We paid premium prices for below substandard rooms & customer service at a 4-star hotel. On arrival at the hotel my client was SHOCKED by her first impression. The staff at the reception were not helpful or able to offer solutions to any of the issues presented to them. There was no one available to help her move her 3 big suitcases to her room. The hotel was dirty – paint coming off the walls. Dirty & smelly carpets in the hallways. A POORLY maintained hotel. One of our guests was told they had to pay for an early check in, when the room had been booked from the previous day. Still waiting for a refund on this. In her room, room 115 • The aircon wasn’t working. • Her room was very dirty & unkept. The vinyl on the floor was peeling off. See images below. • I have also included images of the mattress in the room vs what is on their website. WOW! The staff at the hotel took her to see other ‘nicer’ rooms but didn’t have enough of them available to cater for all our guests. We had NO option but to move our guests to another hotel. I have assisted this group with MANY overseas bookings before and I have NEVER had to move hotels before. To confirm the booking, we had to make the full payment of over EUR8000 upfront. They are now only willing to pay us back just over EUR1000, even after I cancelled the rest of the stay 24 hours in advance of the next check in. A formal letter of complaint was sent to Group Reservations. I received a VERY generic response in return with the notification of a measly EUR1000 refund to be expected. I did not accept this. The person I have been dealing with is now on leave, I cannot get hold of any senior management at Melia Group Reservations and there has been no further progress made to resolving my complaint. It is now Mid-August & this happened at the end of July. I am BEYOND frustrated and shocked.

This hotel offers a simple room with tv and a good-sized bathroom. It’s very novel in the fact that you check yourself in online and are sent a code to enter your room. It was super cheap at £20 a night. The only things that let it down are: lack of AC meant the room was over 35 degrees - we had to open the window which led to really loud noises from the road. It meant that our nights weren’t very relaxing. Otherwise, we would stay here again. There is a nice supermarket and cafe round the corner so it is a good base.

Ottima posizione, pulizia elevata e grande gentilezza del personale. Parcheggio grande e coperto, incluso con la camera. Ben servito con i mezzi pubblici sia per andare in centro che per andare in fiera.
