We had excellent Stay in this hotel. We Really enjoyed everything because of kind personell. Waiter called Dogus was excellent, he was always kind to us, giving best service and also he helped us to get the taxi! Thanks to him we experienced Very good time in this hotel We would also like to mention other waiter Furkan and Muhammet, Thank you everyone for everything, you are the best !

Stayed here for 1 night B&B with my partner and we were really impressed! I couldn't find many reviews when I was booking so I thought I would write one. It's a lovely little hotel, we had a sea view room which was clean and comfortable. We arrived at 1pm and there were still sunbeds available on the beach and by the pool. It's a nice sandy beach and the waiter came round for our drink orders. Sandwich from the pool bar very good and reasonable prices. There was a singer in the evening which we didn't expect. Breakfast was fine, not much hot selection but nice breads and fruit. Overall a nice relaxing stay and we will definitely be back! If you don't have dinner included, recommend the Jashan Indian, 2 mins drive up the road.

La stanza è grande e ha hardware moderno. Avevano uova strapazzate a colazione, il che era fantastico. Il letto è in realtà un lettino. Per fortuna dormo da solo. Inoltre, nel bagno non ci sono scaffali per riporre articoli da toeletta, detergenti per il viso e prodotti da bagno personali. Accanto c'è un'università. Se vai a Girne o Lekfosha, puoi raggiungere a piedi la stazione degli autobus in circa 8 minuti. Lo stesso vale per l'aeroporto di Ercan, e potrete dire all'autista che il dormitorio Sabanci è molto vicino all'hotel, a pochi minuti a piedi. Nel complesso, penso che la zona circostante sia abbastanza comoda. Puoi mangiare, bere, comprare carte telefoniche e ci sono piccoli minimarket per tutto.

I was surprisingly pleased with my stay. I was on the first floor and the room was large and modern and restaurant Delicious was delicious. The pool area was great. No crazy loud people. It was full but quiet and nice. The reception person “Helen” spoke American English and was amazing in her customer service skills. She smiled and was happy to help me right away. She did not push me aside or say I am busy I cannot help you. She was smiling and happy to be there to help. Her English was great. I was also happy to see that they were constantly cleaning. I felt safe and welcomed. Thank you Courtyard…..💐

This is a good resort. The negative reviews understandably complain about the powercuts but it's not that bad. I only experienced one in the five days I was there and it lasted for about 2 hours, but the pools/bars are lit up so everyone just goes to chill there until the power is back on. Also, I had family members staying at a resort 5 times the price further away and they experienced the same thing (powercut). For the resort itself: main positive are the 18 different swimming pools! Great having a such a good choice of different places to chill out and swim (including 1 adults only one). The food isn't incredible but priced OK and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms (with balconies) are really good too - perfect air-con and very good sized fridge/freezer. I was worried with the recent one-star reviews upon coming to this place but I have to let people know that, at least for an adult/couples, it's a decent resort with most of the stuff you'd want for a holiday resort that isn't near a major city. If you want to relax by the pool and get some much needed chill time - it's great.

Bellissimo hotel all'avanguardia, estremamente moderno e vasto, con strutture straordinarie!! il servizio era più che atroce al punto da essere esasperante, abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti nell'area della piscina per servire le bevande, stessa situazione nel Crows Bar accanto al ristorante, ci è voluto che il nostro amico spingesse molto educatamente il direttore del bar a chiedere al suo personale di 10 persone per servirci, nessun indizio su come mantenere gli ospiti felici, nessun servizio con un sorriso e le relazioni con gli ospiti si comportavano come le mogli stepford, quasi robotiche. abbiamo subito un furto nella stanza di uno dei nostri amici e lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception e al responsabile di servizio, nessuna azione intrapresa ci ha più o meno detto che eravamo responsabili e non avremmo chiamato la polizia per poter denunciare l'incidente, no empatia o preoccupazione data a tutti. Il giorno della partenza Non c'era acqua disponibile in hotel per lavarsi, fare la doccia e tirare lo sciacquone, nessuna spiegazione o scusa. Il check-out è stato un altro ostacolo da saltare, calcolo sbagliato del minibar e ho provato a caricare la camera, che era stato pagato prima del nostro arrivo. Se non fosse stato per il fatto che siamo un grande gruppo di amici, con senso dell'umorismo e una natura indulgente quando si tratta di maleducazione, sarebbe stato un disastro totale.

L'hotel originale non aveva una piscina di lavoro. Il personale era fantastico e ogni singolo aiutante. La stanza era al 6° piano e molto spaziosa. Tutto era senza spot. La vista del porto a distanza dal balcone. La TV ha Netflix. Il minibar era ragionevolmente prezzi, ma non abbiamo bisogno di niente, perché l'acqua in bottiglia è lasciata per voi ogni giorno. I letti erano molto comodi. Avevamo un doppio grande e un singolo. Il cone d'aria era potente. Il colazione era estremamente buono. Ci sono tè turco, Nescafe e succo da bere. Ci è una piscina all'interno, sauna, palestra. Di nuovo, molto pulito. Asciugamani disponibili per la piscina. In camera avevano pantaloni e vestito. E'il personale che fa questo posto.

I was dubious coming to the hotel due to some of the reviews, however, I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing and the cleanliness in and around the hotel amazing. I would have given 5 stars, however a few things maybe the hotel can review for others 1 - either soundproof the rooms (which isn't easy) or maybe supply earplugs. 2 nights we've been woken by inconsiderate guests speaking extremely loudly at 3am! 2 - food needs to be hotter. Luke warm soup etc really isn't nice 3 - the dogs.. as lovely as they are, none have been neutered and guess nature takes its toll. I did advise reception as there will be 6/8 more pups in 9 weeks or so. Hopefully they can get her to the vets in time A day can be spent 5 minutes walk in Varooşa, amazing but sombre to see the after effect from the war.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

Arrivato al nostro appartamento prenotato al 11.30pm, dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio per trovare nessuna chiave nella casella chiave per entrare, giro e trovato questi appartamenti al 11.50pm, proprio mentre si chiusero. Andreas era sorprendente e ci trovava una stanza. L'appartamento è stato pulito e tempestivo e ha un valore eccellente.
