We stayed one week as I am Colombia and my husband is not and was a little shy to stay at my mothers house around the corner. Picked because of the reviews and location. Room was comfortable, although even if you have your dnd they will come in and turnoff the ac. Fridge never refilled. You have to ask for water at reception but beware if the restaurant is closed they will have none. I’ve travelled extensively and both my husband and I work in hotels. This is the first hotel to ever call you every day at 8:55 am to tell you breakfast is about to end, and if you would like your order brought up. I mean someone else might like that, but we hated it!!! I understand the guy thought he was doing a favor and yes maybe 2 days out of the 7 but Jesus! Don’t do that. Shower comfortable however they don’t have conditioner and you must call down for a blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and we were in the largest suite on the top floor. However the ac is placed in a location where when turned on it blows directly at the bed! It’s impossible to sleep like that as you will need it on blast to cool the room since they have turned it off for you and it’s so directly on you that you will get sick. Now I had three things that have gone missing from my room. One of which was a pink purse. Luckily it was a Nine West purse and not one of my very expensive Gucci purses. This I called the reception on the same day as check out to first ask them if I had left it behind, not only were they very defensive about it but also offensive. The receptionist ( gentleman) said oh you sure you didn’t drop it as i seen you leave with so much stuff. And he also said why would you just bring it up now. Mind you I made this call about one hour after checking out. I said to him because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my bag. The purse was placed next to my sneakers which were the exact same color. Now you see I would just think that it got tangled up with the sheets, but one thing occurred which made me think something was not right. On one day, I took the end off the door since the waiter brought up our food. We stayed late in bed watching tv and sleeping. Someone opened our door with no knock. I quickly rushed to see who it was and it was the hotel manager. She said ohhh I’m sorry I didn’t know someone was staying in this room I’m so sorry. Now I work in hotels and know two things. The hotel manger always knows when a guest is in their highest paying room, and hotel managers always knock. Also this was through the middle of our stay. They hotel managers office is directly across from our room. They knew. My bag was also opened and a blue adidas body suit was stolen as well as a pair of white stretchy jeans. I only noticed this maybe two or three days ago when I recalled o had packed them and wanted to wear them. My husband and I were going to return to this hotel due to the convenience, however I never received a call back with a resolution as they said they would.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante nel Fairfield da Marriott Medellin Sabaneta. La posizione dell'hotel è a piedi di distanza dal Mall Shopping Mayorca. Passeggiando attraverso il Mall Shopping Mayorca si arriva al metro. Il metro è un buon metodo di trasporto per viaggiare a Medellín. La camera è spaziosa, comoda e sicura. La camera ha anche una bella vista della città. L'hotel offre anche un colazione a buffet gratuito. È aperto dalle 6 alle 10. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Grazie speciali a Jefferson. Era molto accogliente, molto attento e utile. L'hotel è perfettamente situato e dispone di personale amichevole. Si consiglia il Fairfield di Marriott Medellin Sabaneta se si cerca un hotel per soggiornare.

Excelente lugar para descansar, desayuno delicioso, y personal muy amable. Tiene un buen espacio para parqueo, cerca al centro comercial Mayorca. son muy amables, los recepcionistas, camareras, los de cocina y el portes.

I describe this experience as the lowest you can live in a hotel. The service in front of the desk is very bad, it is attended by a very young woman and a very young man, with a low tolerance for frustration, with little knowledge of hotel processes, with poor responses for customers, and they give themselves the right of mistreating visitors, they are rude to respond. I finally changed hotels, but unfortunately a friend booked at this same hotel and his experience was disastrous, the hotel sent him a service to pick him up at the airport and when they arrived at the hotel the taxi had to charge $125,000 Colombian pesos and he ended up paying $280,000 pesos, when he made the claim, this woman in front of the desk was really aggressive and rude to him, the only solution was that when he left they would supposedly take him to the airport for free, gentlemen, my friend had already paid for it and more money than what I was supposed to pay. I do not recommend this hotel, except the service provided by the people who work there.

L'attenzione è molto buona, la camera piacevole, con una campagna di risparmio di risorse naturali spettacolare, con un insinuazione di proteggere l'ambiente e essere responsabili con lui dalla nostra camera, riciclando, Risparmiando responsabilmente le risorse che abbiamo nella stanza come l'acqua, ciò che consumiamo e come aiutare l'ambiente. Le strutture sono molto comode, il letto e le cucine molto comode. la colazione molto ricco. Egli è molto convinto del buon servizio e dell'economia di esso
