OOlsenAfter we checked in and go to the room, we opened the door and were scared to find another guest in our room! The guy lay in our bed and smoked.
We immidiately complained at front desk, and they offered us another room or accept the room after a new cleaning. They excused the event, but the problem is there is no security at the hotel. All doors are opened until the room is rented out, so everyone can walk into the room.
When you get your key card the room is safe during your stay and the cleaning lady is very nice
We rented the Featured room which have a round bed and nice layout, though the wet area wc/shower is together with no separation.
All other facilities good

UUtente ospiteWe accidentally found this place and came immediately from Shangri-la coz my friend got very bad altitude sickness and we must leave after second nights. We don’t know where to go coz only two nights left to return home. So we just ok, let’s go to see Miao village in Wenshan, so we fly here. But what’s a lucky to find this place. The room is perfect the staffs are so nice and helpful Even They couldn’t speak English. We use Google translate to communicate and that’s make things easier. What we get is just more than we paid. Very nice city with corn fields around, nice people. Definitely stay here if we go there again.

BBrownThis is been my third trip to Puzhehei and certainly the best as far as the hotel is concerned. Its location is just excellent. It sits right on the boardwalk and you can relax and enjoy the folks walking by and the water, lotus plant, flowers. Artists on the sidewalk in a couple of fisherman right at your door stop. I could just sit there all day and enjoy watching the people walk by and the beautiful scenery. The two ladies that helped me there were both superlative and very friendly. On arrival I had to park my car in the parking lot about two or three miles from downtown. The lady from the Hotel came and got me on her electric bike and the two of us plus my suitcase and two backpacks made it safely back to the hotel . It was a great experience. I will definitely be back again next year and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Puzhehei can get pretty busy during the tourist season so I booked my rooms to start the day after the fall holiday. I arrived on September 3rd and stayed for four days.

UUtente ospiteLady boss is very nice and helpful. The room decor is beautiful and warm and inviting . There is a heated toilet bowl. The breakfast is also very nice , natural ingredients. Lady boss is very passionate about the place and can provide good recommendations on sightseeing itinerary .

Location
Right near the lovers bridge, about 30 mins from qinglongshan and 45 from romantic square etc. near lots of restaurants and marts. I really liked the location because I was able to roam about and see a lot. Didi from the train station took about half an hour pretty standard given it is a scenic area away from the main town. The buses there are a bit random so be careful if you are travelling to specific times (or just get a didi)

Lovely. Spacious shower, sit down toilet, towels. It was missing toilet paper and body wash, but I had my own so that was ok and I'm sure if you asked, the owner would supply some

Well presented. Bed stiff like most beds I have encountered in china, but at least you can spread out. All the amenities you could need TV, air con, hangers, kettle, combs, toothbrushes, and loads of plug sockets aha. WiFi didn't work great for me, but I spent most the day out so that was fine. there was a little bit of noise given the proximity to the town but i think you would experience that at any of the hotels in the surrounding area, so not a problem

Friendly lady. Came right on time for check-in and helped carry my bags upstairs. Gave me plums and a map of the area and was very smiley whenever i saw her

VVu Hong PhongIl proprietario dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. Alla porta del villaggio, mi aiuterai a entrare nell'hotel. Cuidare gli ospiti in entusiasmo. Si sieda e beve il torto e mangia il torto. La stanza è affittato a un prezzo ragionevole, e la casa speciale è una torta di torta. Il proprietario dell'hotel è molto buono. È un regalo che abbiamo comprato. La camera da letto è molto pulita. UUtente ospite帶着爸媽一起到普者黑玩的，一家四口住的兩個大床房，老闆是一對夫婦70多歲了～人很好，有專用免費停車場地，就是需要走一段路。民宿離擺渡車要走一段距離，但路上很漂亮！晚上住宿很安靜，睡得老好了，醒來出門呼吸新鮮空氣～推薦推薦！
