整體感覺不錯，但細節衹能説差強人意。 優點： 1.硬件設施：開業時間短，所以硬件設施齊備乾淨幾乎嶄新。 2.房間佈局：與大家可以搜到的攻略和點評沒有差別。樓上休息區，樓下活動區，分佈合理，採光不錯，通透的同時動線清晰。尤其要點名表揚的兩個細節，一是房間裏觸手可得的紙抽分佈，這點很多酒店注意不到，但絕對提升入住客人的幸福指數。二是房間內的綠植，綠植選擇與擺放畫龍點睛，讓人眼前一亮，有回家的感覺。 3.地理位置：基本上就在園區中心，坐落在商業街中心，門口就是網紅店FULI，老夢麪包，荒野植物園等，同時離草坪幾十米路程。 缺點： 服務：其實入住瀾山公寓前，我最期待的是酒店的服務，但老實講可能因為人多，屬實的有些差強人意。首先是入住當天可能因為人多，前台沒有表述清楚公湯是每天都有，而不是衹能第一天，差點失去正常的權益；其次是第二天客房服務打掃非常簡單，床沒有鋪，房間裏垃圾桶容量有限，自己用垃圾袋又裝了一些垃圾，不想讓夏天的垃圾過夜，就詢問了送客房用品的工作人員可否幫忙拿下樓，工作人員説讓我們自己帶下去，第二天又因為垃圾問題專門説了兩次才幫忙清理屋裡的垃圾桶；再者就是床圍欄問題，因為帶小寶寶，提前溝通了請安裝三面圍欄，結果衹安裝了兩面還安裝反了一面，我們沒有麻煩別人也自己解決了。另一個小事是覺得零食豌豆脆好吃，問了前台能否補充一份，其實也無所謂給不給，但前台説沒問題給您補充一份零食，結果送來的是飲料，需求與供給不符。 以上其實都是無傷大雅的小問題，但是酒店服務往往加分項或者特色點也是這些。酒店競爭很激烈，希望新酒店能好之又好。這樣大家才願意再來一次。 最後要點名表揚從車庫入大堂來往穿梭的高個子禮賓男孩，待人接物樸實熱情周到，因為我們帶孩子東西瑣碎，需要用行李車搬運，為了不給他人添麻煩，我們表示不需要幫助，自己來，但他始終前後幫忙，周到熱情。沒問他的名字，但入住和離店正好都是他當值。我想説這才是一個好酒店的門面。入住酒店見到的第一個人，離開酒店接觸的最後一個人。給人家的温馨感覺！
