Hotel reformado con habitaciones muy correctas así como el baño. Vistas espectaculares desde la terraza de la habitación. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. El personal amable. Pasa muy cerca el tren que sube a Zermatt por lo que esto sí puede ser algo incómodo.

Situazione fantastica vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e una grande stanza moderna che è molto spaziosa e confortevole. Letto, sedia e tavolo, grande bagno moderno con grande bagno e riscaldamento sotterraneo, carichi di spazio di magazzinaggio per vestiti e casse, e un grande balcone che guarda le montagne. Non si possono sentire treni con porte al balcone chiuse così un grande sonno notturno. Il buffet non era aperto durante il nostro soggiorno, ma ci sono molte opzioni a Tasch e Zermatt e due bellissimi piccoli supermercati locali lungo la strada che si trovano tutti i principali oggetti.

We chose to stay in Tasch as we were travelling back to home in France from the UK and had a car full of suitcases. If we want to visit the Matterhorn again with less luggage then we would definitely stay in Zermatt. Saying that, we chose well with this hotel, being right next to the train station was perfect for our visit with 2 dogs. The staff were very helpful on arrival and provided advice on what to do and where to go. Unfortunately the spa area has been decommissioned but we didn't see this mentioned on the website which is a shame as we needed this after a day walking the Matterhorn. We booked the Alpine Style Deluxe room with balcony which was a good size, modern and the balcony was south facing so it was lovely to sit and soak up some rays. There was plenty of storage space and the bed was comfortable with decent quality pillows and duvet. The only comments are, it would be good to have a fridge in the room to keep water and dog food, the showerhead in our room needs securing as it kept falling off with pressure of water and there was a fine line between warm and scorching water in the shower. We were happy with our room and stay.

It was a pleasant stay overall with a nice view, quiet room, and clean facility, except for the broken shower head. We informed them immediately, but the hotel told us that it would be fixed on the next day.

Il check-in è stato senza saldatura, anche se era solo un iPad. Avevamo bisogno di pagare una tassa turistica tramite un collegamento online prima dell'arrivo, ma siamo stati molto attenti, dato il numero di truffe online oggi - forse sarebbe meglio farlo in anticipo? La stanza era incredibile, pulita, abbastanza grande, con balcone, comoda letto. Uno dei membri del personale (un uomo) ci ha permesso di mettere il nostro bagaglio in camera prima, anche se potevamo solo codificare la nostra carta dopo le 3:00. Ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare a Du Pont, perché non avevamo un numero svizzero, grazie mille! L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale, ma ci sono autobus gratuiti che possono abbreviare il viaggio. Siamo stati in Svizzera per 2 settimane e questo hotel è certamente il miglior alloggio che abbiamo avuto - anche a un prezzo molto buono!

Perfect south facing location overlooking the town of Zermatt with unparalleled views of the Matterhorn. In the winter you have sunshine on the balconies up to 4 pm. For views and sunshine this definitely the best area of Zermatt. It’s only a few meters away from the official Zermatt viewpoint, which should tell you all you need to know. The service has been great and all the staff are super attentive all the way. Breakfast with local delicacies is great as well as the sauna and steam bath facilities. The taxi pick up service to the hotel from the train station makes for a very smooth arrival. The same applies when you are leaving. Zermatt is car free so you have to walk a few mins into town to go to a restaurant or visit shops but we actually enjoyed those little walks. In the winter you can ski in but you have to know exactly where to leave the piste. Once you know it it’s easy. All of the premises feel well put together and solid, good materials. We can really recommend this place!

Trip.com non ha indicato le tariffe per la linea per persona sul loro sito web. Quando sono arrivato, mi è sorpreso che un 4CHF per persona per notte abbia trasformato un pagamento CHF 78, che è una grande discrepanza. Tuttavia, mi ci sono voluta circa due ore e ho risolto questo con la ricezione dei servizi alpini, ma non c'è nessuna ricezione principale in questo lobby, ma i prestatori di servizi sono stati eccellenti. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita e è stata un piacevole soggiorno grazie al grande servizio e conforto della stanza.

Siamo tornati con molta soddisfazione in questo stupendo hotel a Zermatt e siamo stati benissimo. Personale estremamente gentile,ottimo servizio shuttle x la stazione,camere bellissime e spaziose dotate di ogni comfort e splendida vista sul Matterhorn. Colazione abbondante e cena deliziosa nel ristorante dell hotel molto caratteristico in legno e ambiente raffinato. Il punto forte è la nuovissima spa...splendida!!Eravamo stati all hotel 4 anni fa ed era già molto bello con tanto di spa e piscina ma da poco la spa è stata completamente costruita nuova...fantastica con tanto di jacuzzi su terrazza, piscina coperta con acqua a sfioro e vasca idromassaggio, accogliente angolo bbi e reparto sauna e hammam splendido il tutto compreso nel prezzo della camera. Non vediamo l ora di tornare a trovarvi!!!

La stanza è molto grande e ha una piazza.Ha colazione 🍳 buon gusto 🤤 Molto comodo e molto grande, la camera da letto 🛀 Anche se la posizione della stanza è vista fino al picco di Matthew, il panorama della neve è sbagliato 👍🏻 Ci sono supermercati vicino, camminare 🚶 Solo 3-5 minuti Centro di piede con la stazione ferroviaria 🚄, solo cinque minuti Igiene ambientale, vale la pena scegliere 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay.
