During a recent business trip near Zurich, we chose to stay at the Tailormade Hotel SIHLPARK in Schindellegi. The location of the hotel is ideal—easy to access and conveniently situated for business travelers. One of the deciding factors in selecting this hotel was the inclusion of complimentary parking and breakfast, which added significant value to our stay. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Each room was spacious, providing a comfortable area to relax and work, which is essential for a business trip. The ambiance of the room was warm and inviting, making it a cozy retreat after a long day of meetings. Modern amenities such as a television and Wi-Fi were available in the room. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling us to stay connected and continue working from the hotel without any hassle. Overall, the Tailormade Hotel SIHLPARK ticks all the boxes for a business traveler looking for convenience, comfort, and value near Zurich. The combination of accessible location, excellent amenities, and thoughtful inclusions like free parking and breakfast make it an appealing choice for anyone visiting the area on business.

This review is for the restaurant only. After sitting down for lunch I ordered my drink. After handing over the menu the waiter came and went for the other for 10 minutes  4 or less guests without further noticing me or telling me about the delay. As I stood up to leave (I cannot stand restaurants ignoring me) he brought the drink. After I told him I was just about to leave (I would have stayed) he ridiculed me ”ah you waited for 2 hours... Then we have to hurry” and went on pouring the drink in great anger. After this commotion I lost my appetite and left for good. This isn't some cheap dive but an elegant,(and expensive place). The staff should be reminded who pays their salaries and not alienate their guests with such rude behavior).

Die Lage direkt am See ist genial: Schwimmen im Zürichsee, Pedalo_Miete, riesige Wiese, toller Spielplatz, Beizli... Ideal für Familien. Die Jugi (schöne umgebaute ehemalige Seidenfabrik) ist etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Stabile, bequeme Doppelstockbetten. Bei offenem Fenster hört man den Zug. Die WCs und Duschen auf der Etage sind auch sauber und wie die ganze Jugi modern renoviert. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und fein. Brot (keine Brötchen/Gipfeli), Konfi, Butter, etc. und auch Käse, Aufschnitt, Ei, Müesli und so weiter. Natürlich auch Saft und guten Kaffee gibt es. Ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle stehen für Gäste zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder!

Stavo qui per quattro notti in affari. Ho scelto la camera di base con una doccia e un bagno condiviso. Non era un problema per me, perché avevo il mio bagno nella mia stanza. Questa era una piccola stanza molto preziosa, che mi adattava alle esigenze. Mi sono ammalata da una mosca che non mi aspettavo in questa parte del mondo. La posizione è molto rurale. Ci sono tre aree di cibo molto grandi, una delle quali è fuori. Ho visto molte strutture per persone di tutte le età che lo rende grande per le famiglie. La connessione WiFi era brillante, quindi sono riuscito a raccogliere e-mail la sera senza problemi. Il personale è fantastico. Il tipo in ricevimento parlava molto bene inglese e poteva aiutare con tutte le mie domande. Mi è stato offerto un cambio di camera se non mi piaceva il bagno condiviso, ma non era un problema per me. Ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti, ma ci sono attualmente lavori stradali al fondo della strada che ho usato per arrivare all'hotel, che una volta era completamente bloccato ad una fine. Tuttavia, ho scoperto che se si gira a sinistra quando esce dall'hotel si può tornare sulla strada principale in quel modo. Seguitelo a quello che sembra un traccia sporca che passa attraverso la fattoria di qualcuno. So che era ok fare questo come ho visto altre auto che lo facevano. Prendilo un po' stretto, quindi prendilo lentamente. Il cibo nel ristorante era meraviglioso. Al colazione ho notato una selezione di articoli gratis di lattosio. Raramente vedo questo in hotel così cinque stelle per avere questo disponibile per coloro che ne hanno bisogno. Mi sono davvero divertito e mi sono recato felicemente.

Questo è un controllo personale in hotel. I codici sono arrivati per posta elettronica e non ho avuto problemi di entrare in hotel o nella mia stanza. La stanza era pulita e l'acqua era calda. Letto e asciugamani erano buoni. Il mio consiglio sarebbe non avere una vista sul lago perché i treni sono molto rumorosi da quella parte dell'hotel. Penso che si possa ordinare colazione dalla vicina paniera, ma come ho una famiglia che vive a casa, non l'ho fatto. Poiché prendiamo i prezzi svizzeri, questo è un buon valore.

Un hotel molto bello, moderno. La ricezione era molto gentile e veloce. La stanza era molto grande e dotata di tutto ciò che si desidera (più un po' di più). La cella umida era grande e meglio attrezzata. Tutto era molto pulito. L'aria condizionata era molto ben regolata e poco udibile. Ci erano letti molto buoni, piacevoli. Il buffet per colazione era eccellente, c'era davvero tutto. Il WiFi è gratuito, veloce e funziona bene. Il parcheggio nella hall di controllo era gratuito. Possiamo consigliare l'hotel, siamo molto lieti di tornare. Non trovo niente di negativo.

Mit einer Freundin wollte ich dem Weihnachtsrummel entfliehen und habe hier eine ruhige Oase gefunden. Das Essen war fabelhaft und kunstvoll arrangiert, auch mit fleischloser Variante. Im Hallenbad kann man gut einige Zeit schwimmen. Religiös wird man zu nichts gedrängt und kann sich also auch sehr wohl fühlen, ohne an religiösen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen. Die Zimmer sind modern und schlicht gestaltet. Es ist kein kuscheliges Kleinhotel, sondern ein Seminarhotel mit entsprechenden Räumlichkeiten und der entsprechenden Atmosphäre. Mit dem ÖV ist es nicht ganz einfach: je nach Strecke hat man eine längere Wartezeit in Sattel-Ägeri. Es lohnt sich, diese am Bahnhof im Warteraum, der auf einer Seite offen ist, zu verbringen oder im Holzhäuschen auf dem Bahnhofplatz. Die Busstation nach Oberägeri befindet sich jedoch an der Hauptstrasse.

Siamo stati per la seconda volta all'Hotel Sorell Speer. Questa volta non solo come coppia, ma con mia madre. Ho prenotato le due camere molto a priori, direttamente attraverso l'hotel (catena). Il mio desiderio: due camere accanto o vis à vis. Quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno trattato come se non fossimo mai stati in questo o in un altro sorello. Un “benvenuto indietro” ci avrebbe fatto piacere. Allora le camere erano sullo stesso piano, ma non accanto. Questo ci ha deluso. Specialmente perché era il nostro unico desiderio. Le camere sono buone. Bello pulito. Parchetto. Nessun caffè in camera, doccia in bagno, mobili ricordano gli anni '80. Tutto bene, ma non per il prezzo. Colazione: classico. Non c'è niente di eccezionale. Ci sono ancora solo due succi e non come negli altri Sorell una selezione di cinque+. Perché il tè è servito nel piccolo Espresso Tassli non ci ha lasciato. Bello personale. Quando si check-out tutto molto 0815. Non ”fino a presto” ”buona viaggio”,... comunque è diventato un'acqua per il viaggio. Globalemente, non ci siamo sentiti molto benvenuti, il nostro desiderio non è stato tenuto in considerazione e nemmeno corretto quando ho detto questo al check-in, la colazione ok. Prezzo prestazione non era corretto per noi personalmente il fine settimana.
