This is always a home from home. From the moment of arrival till the departure, everything is amazing. The rooms are quality, the ability to get fresh air is always great. The view from the hotel is priceless, and the amenities are superb. But the thing that sets this apart is the staff. Always happy to accommodate any request, from beers in the foyer taking in the view, to teh amazing food served at dinner. I cannot praise this enough - travelling over 2/3 of the year for work, my visit to this place is always the highlight. So thank you all at the Belvoir - you always make my stay amazing

Situazione tranquilla meravigliosa direttamente sul lago, piccola zona di benessere con uscite direttamente a nuotare nel lago. Colazione dal più fine, buffet e a la carte per qualsiasi pasto d'uovo. Non dimenticare l'eccellente espresso e cappuccino. Le camere con vista sul mare e terrazza di parcheggio di prima qualità, nonché servizio e cortesia dei dipendenti sono state eccellenti. Solo per godersi tutto.

Sono stata in questo hotel per una notte durante un viaggio di lavoro. L'hotel e' molto bello, si trova di fronte alla stazione e quindi posizione ottima per chi viaggia. La camera molto bella e ampia. Curata nei dettagli, confortevole e letto molto comodo. Nonostante avessi la camera con vista sulla ferrovia, non si sente nulla. Il silenzio e' assoluto. Unico lato un po' negativo e' la colazione. Poca scelta soprattutto per il dolce. Ci sono solo conetti vuoti e pane e molte marmellate. Manca la scelta senza lattosio. Per il resto e' stata una notte piacevole. Consiglio.

Uno scenario fiabesco in una Zurigo pre natalizia. Hotel non proprio centrale ma a 2 passi dalla stazione che in 15 minuti ti porta alla stazione ferroviaria principale di Zurigo. Collocato nella zona in di Zurigo offre davvero servizi eccellenti, pulizia, cordialità e buon cibo su uno scenario spettacolare che e’ quello del lago. Come dice il nome stesso, tutto molto romantico! E’ presente anche il centro benessere. Al check out ci hanno omaggiati di un vasettino di miele!

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn und mit dem Bus (gegenüber) ist mal relativ schnell in der City. Parkplätze sind an der linken sowie der rechten Seite des Hotels (aus meiner Sicht) ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lobby ist relativ klein gehalten, teilt sich aber auch die Räumlichkeiten mit dem Restaurant ”Boom”, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen werden kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse erstaunlich schnell. Zwar gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber wenn man die Zimmer mit Aussicht zur Straße / Tankstelle nimmt, ist es im Hochsommer nicht zu heiß. Auch sollte man nicht das oberste Stockwerk nehmen. Zimmer am Ende des Ganges sind ruhiger. Im (schnell reagierenden) TV finden sich genug Kanäle für jeden Geschmack. Es gibt in den Zimmern einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich mit einigen Steckdosen und Platz für Notebook und ein paar Unterlagen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und kann weiterführende Informationen geben. Auch kann man Tickets für den ÖPNV erwerben. Frühstück ist ab ca. 5:30 Uhr (unter der Woche) möglich. Ich empfand das Zimmer als relativ ruhig. Selbst von der Straße bekam man am späteren Abend kaum noch etwas mit, so daß ich wunderbar mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her ist das Hotel -gerade im Raum Zürich- sehr günstig.

Con il soggiorno in una camera da letto 6-bed come un'esperienza normale, il migliore di questo posto a mio parere è fuori dalla stanza e in particolare i ”grandi corridoi” sono molto spaziosi per camminare intorno e la ”grande sale”, le scale con un sacco di spazio di lavoro (grande tavola e sedie intorno). E sì, anche un bel ”bella riempimento” era il suo colazione a buffet con una varietà di articoli (in realtà cibo disponibile tutto il giorno con pranzo e cena, ma che dovrete pagare per diversamente dal colazione incluso con il soggiorno). Se arriva qui dalla stazione centrale di Zurigo (HB), il treno è prima a Hardbrucke (solo una stazione da HB) seguito dal bus a Jugendherberge (circa un 15-minute e partendo alla stazione appena prima della sua ultima fermata di Morgental). E se si va dal centro di qui alla zona con le ”chiese principali” della città (Fraumunster, Grossmunster & St. Peter's), c'è un tram a pochi passi ”diretti da” all'ingresso frontale (e probabilmente ad un intervallo frequente).

L'hotel situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, molto conveniente. La stanza è pulita e temperata con una bella vista sul lago. Il letto è comodo. Rimarrò qui se torno.

Siamo finiti qui inaspettatamente qualche settimana fa dopo una sfortunata circostanza in un'altra Zurigo Sorrell. Fortunatamente eravamo in buone mani e la camera era estremamente grande e comprendeva un balcone. Seefeld non è in centro, eppure è a pochi isolati di distanza. I tram 2 e 4 o cinque minuti a piedi vi portano a Stadelhofen. Il personale era adorabile e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anticipando che probabilmente avremmo potuto fare il check-in un po' presto mentre pulivano la stanza. Il caffè è in camera e la colazione fornita aveva molte offerte. I camerieri erano gentili e felici. Avevamo la camera 507 che consiglio perché è all'ultimo piano. Ha l'aria condizionata che è bella a Zurigo quando fa caldo. Il letto era comodo e i cuscini sono favolosi. Mi sarebbe piaciuto il balsamo per capelli. Ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e un'ottima posizione. Se leggi la mia altra recensione dell'hotel Sorrell vedrai come sono finito a Seefeld. Ignorare la risposta del direttore. È in malafede e non ci ha trovato una stanza. Avevamo prenotato la prima notte settimane prima. Quello che è successo è che abbiamo effettuato una seconda prenotazione (tutto tramite un agente di viaggio) ed è stata una confusione riguardo alle dimensioni della camera). Interessante la risposta che incolpa l'ospite (di nuovo!) ma fortunatamente questo Sorrell non sembra essere collegato se non nel nome, quindi forse è un franchise. In effetti, il manager che abbiamo incontrato al Sorrell St Peter ci ha consigliato di non soggiornare a Seefeld al Sorrell. Eravamo contenti di non aver prestato attenzione.

We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.
