Abbiamo raramente avuto una casa vacanza che era così ben attrezzata. Inoltre, c'è una grande posizione nella valle di Engelberg. In breve siete nella zona di cammino, sul lago Lucerne o in Lucerne. Abbiamo ricevuto caldamente il benvenuto dagli ospiti e ci sono sentiti confortevoli.

Iniziamo dalle cose positive: stanza pulita e spaziosa per 4 persone, receptionist molto simpatico (un toccasana dopo 15 gg in Germania) e che parla italiano. Ma… …camera senza aria condizionata (ci siamo morti di caldo ad agosto), un solo ventilatore a disposizione per una stanza troppo grande, albergo che affaccia su una strada ad alto scorrimento (quindi molto rumoroso se si tengono le finestre aperte), bagno troppo piccolo, assenza di frigo / mimi-bar. Consigliato solo se si è di passaggio

Ho passato una notte presso la struttura Schlüssel Hotel. Località, luogo, atmosfera, cordialità, servizio, qualità dei pasti e l'ottica cura del cliente con svariate piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Ci siamo sentito coccolati e a casa dal primo minuto. Consigliatissimo.

This was a last minute booking for us and the price and location were really good before a day trip into Lucerne. Liked the location immediately, even in drizzling rain.We had a big balcony room overlooking the garden and lake.Very nice to arrive at after coming from Lake Maggiore and a long drive. The decor is fairly modern and it doesn't have charm as such but it was a quiet room with enough space. Buffet breakfast next morning was a bit of a highlight, especially since it was free and included! We never did get used to Swiss food prices during our trip. Easy to find and an easy drive into Lucerne next day.

Posto incantevole quanto a posizione e la SPA più bella che ho mai visto, con panorama mozzafiato dalla piscina sui 4 cantoni svizzeri. Hotel bello, moderno, lussuoso e curato. Quanto alle osservazioni da fare, per i prezzi molto alti praticati, sarebbe da migliorare il servizio reception piuttosto caotico, l'uso degli ascensori con i badge eccessivamente vincolante e cosa principale (ma è un tema strutturale) che le camere non consentono l'apertura delle finestre, il che è paradossale vista l'aria eccellente di montagna, rendendo le camere opprimenti di notte (salvo uso di aria condizionata anche di notte, con tutti i problemi del caso). Ristorante internazionale di buona qualità, con prezzi eccessivi in alcune proposte. Vale la pena maggiormente quello del ramo storico dell'hotel, più arioso, panoramico e lussuoso e con una cucina più europea.

Il più grande hotel che ho vissuto in Svizzera, in mezzo a belle montagne, è probabilmente il miglior hotel che abbia vissuto. Tutto è pulito e perfetto nella stanza e lungo l'hotel, con viste incredibili. Ho soggiornato con mia figlia 8-year-old e tutto è ok. Il personale è grande. L'unico punto da migliorare è il colazione. Il servizio (sulla tavola, senza buffet) è lento, il cibo non è di qualità uguale all'hotel e il personale (2 signore) non è sufficiente per servire tutti i cittadini sulla tavola.

What a wonderful weekend we had at the Seehotel. We travelled with our adult daughter so bkd 2 rooms. We had a lake view room with 2 beds pushed together. Our daughter had a single room across the hall. Both very nice & were provided with everything needed & /or asked for. We asked for extra pillows as the ones on offer are very thin. A kettle was quickly organised & wine glasses & cups for tea. The view was spectacular. What a treat to wake up to the lake view every morning. Divine! The facilities were great. Breakfast was adequate. If you came down a bit late though, it looked depleted. Staff on the whole were helpful altho’ a few things got lost in translation. But it all worked out. My only gripe was the layout of the bedrooms with the toilet & shower only walled off by glass doors & not all the way to the ceiling. Really weird design!! All in all though, fantastic place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Ho passato una notte presso la struttura Schlüssel Hotel. Località, luogo, atmosfera, cordialità, servizio, qualità dei pasti e l'ottica cura del cliente con svariate piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Ci siamo sentito coccolati e a casa dal primo minuto. Consigliatissimo.

EEduardo EIl più grande hotel che ho vissuto in Svizzera, in mezzo a belle montagne, è probabilmente il miglior hotel che abbia vissuto. Tutto è pulito e perfetto nella stanza e lungo l'hotel, con viste incredibili. Ho soggiornato con mia figlia 8-year-old e tutto è ok. Il personale è grande. L'unico punto da migliorare è il colazione. Il servizio (sulla tavola, senza buffet) è lento, il cibo non è di qualità uguale all'hotel e il personale (2 signore) non è sufficiente per servire tutti i cittadini sulla tavola.

The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian.
There was no kettle or fridge.
We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through.
Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that.

Ma… …camera senza aria condizionata (ci siamo morti di caldo ad agosto), un solo ventilatore a disposizione per una stanza troppo grande, albergo che affaccia su una strada ad alto scorrimento (quindi molto rumoroso se si tengono le finestre aperte), bagno troppo piccolo, assenza di frigo / mimi-bar. Consigliato solo se si è di passaggio

This was a last minute booking for us and the price and location were really good before a day trip into Lucerne. Liked the location immediately, even in drizzling rain.We had a big balcony room overlooking the garden and lake.Very nice to arrive at after coming from Lake Maggiore and a long drive. The decor is fairly modern and it doesn't have charm as such but it was a quiet room with enough space. Buffet breakfast next morning was a bit of a highlight, especially since it was free and included! We never did get used to Swiss food prices during our trip. Easy to find and an easy drive into Lucerne next day.
