We book for the Tiny House Gondel and it was an amazing and unique experience. The location is perfect on the shore of the lake and very calm. The Cabine was clean and well featured as well as the bathroom place. The fondue served on the terrasse taste really good and the breakfast served on the terrasse with the sunrise was perfect. Special Mention to Li which offered a really good service, she was helpful kind and friendly. Thank u !

I have spent a total of 7 weeks at this hotel for work reasons. Nice rooms, nice breakfast buffet, friendly restaurant staff and beautiful view. However, there is no physical reception... meaning you need to call their remote help center for any sort of assistance or administration. And therein lies the problem: - Noone feels responsible. From the 8+ times I called, I had a different person on the line every time for the same problem. There is not an assigned contact person for specific needs. Every time I called, I had to explain the situation again. - Unfriendly staff. While some of the staff were friendly, there were some who were not understanding and not willing to help with problems, that were previously solvable. Specifically a German lady who was very inpatient and unfriendly, at some point even outright snappy. - No internal communication. Things agreed on by phone call or per email aren't held up. Every time it required a phone call to solve issues with payment and receipts, even though it was the same procedure every week. There seems to be no concept of leadership or communication within the system. As for my company, we frequently book this hotel every year, resulting in hundreds of nights spent at Neu - Schönstatt. However we have now decided that the administrational stress and inflexibility of the Hotel goes beyond what one can expect and will no longer be booking here. If you are looking for nothing but a place to stay with no specific requests, this is a nice place to stay. But if you tend to require assistance of any sort, stay away.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel per guidare a sci nelle Flumerberg. La posizione è anche buona per le famiglie. In 3min. Si usa con l'auto al Gondel e in 20min. In Tannenheim dove si può andare al Gondel. Il personale è familiare e molto amichevole. Il buffet colazione piccolo ma bello e si trova qualcosa per tutti. Anche per cena eravamo 3x là. Era eccellente! Tutto molto fresco e preparato e preparato con molto amore. Prezzo- prestazione assolutamente appropriato! La camera è utile e pulita. Per noi e per i nostri due bambini 5+7 era ancora appropriato della dimensione, perché siamo stati fuori per tutto il giorno, ma per la prossima volta preferiremmo qualcosa di più - ma questo è un dettaglio. Grazie a quest'hotel per le belle vacanze che abbiamo potuto trascorrere con voi. Torniamo ;-)

Devo essere onesto era un po’ scettico quando la mia compagnia mi ha prenotato qui, è al piano di sopra del garage, vicino ad un autostrada e nessun personale sul posto. Mi è stato piacevolmente sorpreso, la camera unica era enorme, il suono dimostrato dall’autostrada. Il garage era davvero utile per un snack o un drink, il colazione continentale era abbondante. E 'a passeggiata dai pub e ristoranti a Lachen e la stazione ferroviaria. Rimarrò qui se nella zona.

Wir haben 2 Nächte ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Seeblick aus dem 3. Stock gebucht. Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstück war sehr fein mit vielen Käse Brot sowie Konfi Sorten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Aktuell die Herbstkarte. Preis/ Leistung mit diesem Ausblick stimmt - für das Hotel sowie Restaurant. Auch die Mittagskarte war fein. Grosse klassische Glacekarte. Auch hier sehr freundliches geduldiges Personal. Die Umgebung ist - trotz Wochenende - sehr ruhig. Wir hatten keine Probleme wie andere Gäste berichten, dass es am Abend/Morgen laut wäre?! Auch wir haben beim offenen Fenster geschlafen - da kein Klimaanlage - aber der Lautpegel war normal und schon vor 22 Uhr war es ruhig in der Umgebung. Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen am See sowie schöner Ambiente zu Essen.
