Good facilities and pool, however serious food hygiene problems in the restaurant. Flies everywhere, annoying when you sit at a table on surfaces, under the table you cannot relax. At the food buffet I witnessed flies sitting on food - I counted at least 10. I complained to a member of staff and they pointed to these pathetic fans that were the file deterrents! This is a serious food hygiene problem that needs urgent intervention.

La vista è grande intorno all'hotel.
Il controllo in macchina non ha funzionato molto bene, ha trascorso più tempo di quanto fosse normale.
Non ci sono molti ristoranti intorno.

The Staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to store our baggage until the room was ready. Thier outdoor cafe overlooks Lake Lucerne and they offer English menus. the staff are first rate. Then you get your room,,, Amazing. Very spacious and the view from your patio is non-stop beauty. The location is easy access to the train station, many restaurants. there are a lot of excursions on the lake available. Did I mention the view from your balcony?

The Seeblick Hohenhotel forced myself my group of 40 teenagers to sleep overnight in UNLOCKED rooms because they were so worried about not getting their keys back for an early checkout that they forced our entire group to turn in keys by 9 PM. I turned my key in and let them know my feedback and was told it was my tour directors fault for not providing some collateral beforehand and 'making new keys is expensive'. The doors do not lock without a key, not even from the inside. Hohenhotel, those details should have been worked out beforehand. That is not our tour directors fault that you panicked at the minute, and the solution to that issue is not forcing 40 foreign teenagers to sleep in unlocked hotel rooms with their persons, belongings and passports. I don't care how expensive your fancy keys are. Or maybe just invest in some keycard readers and join the rest of the 21st century so you don't have to deal with that cost anymore. Imagine sleeping at a hotel where you can't lock your own door. Absolutely unacceptable.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery.
The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian.
There was no kettle or fridge.
We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through.
Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that.

Quasi non l'abbiamo trovato, l'indicazione va attraverso la zona pedonale. Ci sono sufficienti parcheggi privati. La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale. Grande camera, letti piacevoli, buon servizio. Highlight: Il corridoio è dotato di un'auto Nespresso che si può usare a vostro piacere. In generale, una vacanza molto rilassante, ci piacerebbe restare in qualsiasi momento.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel non può essere raggiunto con la macchina. Devi parcheggiare il parco nel garage e prendere la macchina via cavo all'hotel.
La vista è grande intorno all'hotel.
Il controllo in macchina non ha funzionato molto bene, ha trascorso più tempo di quanto fosse normale.
Non ci sono molti ristoranti intorno.
La stanza non è molto grande.

UUtente ospiteGood facilities and pool, however serious food hygiene problems in the restaurant. Flies everywhere, annoying when you sit at a table on surfaces, under the table you cannot relax. At the food buffet I witnessed flies sitting on food - I counted at least 10. I complained to a member of staff and they pointed to these pathetic fans that were the file deterrents! This is a serious food hygiene problem that needs urgent intervention.
