Benvenuto molto caldo. L'hotel corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Bella, pulita e bagno. Un letto grande e confortevole e la richiesta di piatto ergonomico extra era anche lì. Per il mio cane c’era un letto per cane, una bolla d’acqua, un trattamento di benvenuto, e c’era anche un’etichetta di porta che c’era un cane nella stanza. Molto conveniente se vuoi lasciare il cane nella stanza per un po’. Il buffet del colazione offre una vasta selezione di uova sgranate e bacon, tagli frigoriferi, salmone e formaggi diversi, salate di frutta fresche e succo d’arancia fresco sgusciato, per citare solo un paio di cose, perché c’era molto di più. Vorrei citare in particolare il personale eccezionalmente attento al colazione che, dopo avergli detto il numero della mia stanza, mi ha presentato una varietà di opzioni di latte e yogurt senza lattosio e a base di piante - una preferenza che potrei scegliere anche prima Arrivo. In generale, un soggiorno eccezionale e altamente raccomandato!

Che hotel magnifico e personale amichevole. Ci hanno davvero fatto un passo in più per renderci molto benvenuti e a casa. La stanza era pulita, bello e che una splendida vista, non volevamo chiudere le tende. I dettagli aggiuntivi hanno fatto davvero una differenza, la macchina del caffè nella stanza, la luce che è scappata durante la notte se ti sei salito dal letto, ecc. La colazione era buona e la cena anche. Torneremo.

We had one night here en route to the south, but would like to come back and explore the area further. We thought that the room rate and breakfast were excellent value, particularly for Switzerland. The hotel has been well maintained to a good 4 star level (it's a 5 star review, but for a 4 star hotel). Nice, old fashioned decor (1890s Belle Epoque meets 1980s), lovely people at reception, a grand room for the restaurant (not used) and for breakfast) and very comfortable beds. We will return!

La posizione dell'hotel, con vista e panoramica sono semplicemente meraviglioso in inverno. Corti per tutte le attività. L'hotel è accogliente e leggero, non troppo grande e ha una certa personalità. La gentilezza del personale di servizio nei ristoranti è fantastica. Grazie. La qualità dei cibi è anche fantastica. Il fatto che si serve in modo incontestabile con l'inglese alla reception ci ha sorpreso. Il Spa è fantastico e versatile, la piscina è un po 'più piccola per il numero di ospiti in tempo di schiavitù dopo la sci. Ma una raccomandazione assoluta e sempre piacevole di nuovo.

Abbiamo avuto un totale di 16 persone per 2 notti. Tutti erano entusiasti dell'hotel e ci siamo sentiti molto bene. In particolare, la cena era eccellente. Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto che i 4 bambini sono stati particolarmente interessati. E' molto positivo ricordare che nel cibo 4 persone con allergie specifiche sono state attentate e con una certa naturalità sono state servite alternative che erano anche eccellenti. Un enorme ”grazie bello” per l'impegno, l'arte da cucina e anche per il super servizio. Ci rimettiamo in questo hotel e possiamo solo consigliarlo.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable por las vistas al lago, sin embargo, está al lado de la iglesia por lo que cada media hora se oye una campana. La habitación que me tocó no estaba mal, el lavabo está junto a la ventana, pero el váter y la ducha tras una puerta corredera. Este último espacio no es muy amplio, aunque lo suficiente para maniobrar. Tienes jabón tanto en ducha como en lavabo. No obstante, había otras habitaciones con muebles muy antiguos y baño inadecuado. Las cenas correctas y los desayunos también.
