Receptionist was really nice and the rooms were very good also. We slept well and the breakfast was delicious. For the price, i can tell you, it's really worth it If you want to visit the city or even just for one night. Highly recommend !

Personale cortese e cordiale, mi ha aiutato a sistemare la prenotazione già prima della partenza. Ottimo rispetto delle distanze e delle precauzioni covid, nonostante in Svizzera la pandemia sia considerata finita (difficile da accettare per il mio livello psicologico dopo 2 anni). Bar in reception chiuso ovviamente per via della pandemia. Tutto molto bene.

One of the best places I’ve stayed so far. Literary 2 minutes’ walk from the train station. The facility itself is very clean, modern looking and have freshening bright white interior. The room that we stayed was spacious and clean, had spotless clean sheets/linens, and more than adequate catering (coffee capsules of Nespresso and cream&sugar). The floor cleaners was so polite and hospitable. In addition, the 8th of June 2023 morning front-office staff Ada Ammann was outstandingly polite, hospitable, cheerful and eager to help us. We were sleepless and tired because of the flight and she helped us to check-in before the announced hour. She also provided us w/ the info to get train tickets, FX conversion points and even breakfast options. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel to all who wishes to visit Zurich area.

Un bel hotel e una camera. Ho paura delle difficoltà di sistemazione, ma alla fine ho chiamato il ”domofon” all'ingresso dell'hotel, lì ha spiegato come ottenere la chiave. Nella zona comune c'è una macchina da caffè, tè e mele :) letto confortevole. Andare alla stazione per 7 minuti.

L'hotel è buono in tutti gli aspetti. Anche se è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, l'effetto di isolamento sono buono, non è buono, e la colazione è deliziosa. Our first time in Winterhur, so we did not know what to expect. The hotel is very well located - coming out of the front you are surrounded by shops and restaurants, and the train station is about 5-10minutes away. The rooms were nice - bed comfortable, and they have a pillow menu as well. The bathrooms are big, with toiletries from RITUALS. They leave little wafer sticks on your bed daily. There's a Nespresso coffee maker as well as a kettle for tea. Breakfast buffet is quite good as well, with mostly, if not all, food items of organic origin. The worst thing about this place is that it's a little hard to locate if you're driving there, as it's located in a pedestrian only area. But that's about it! There's a parking garage that the hotel uses but it's located BEFORE the hotel so after you've unloaded all your luggage, you have to circle back to the parking garage which is just a few steps before the hotel.

Un hôtel simple, joli, rénové avec goût mais le plus impressionnant est l’accueil. Un monsieur à la réception d’un gentil, serviable, poli et fait tout pour que votre arrivée soit réussie. J’avais oublié mon chargeur de téléphone portable mais sans autre il en a cherché un, testé s’il fonctionnait et me le prête jusqu’au lendemain. Certains établissements plus luxueux n’ont pas cette façon d’être sympathique et intentionnés pour ses clients. Chapeau et merci. 🙏
