Above and beyond, Review of Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Whitecourt Our whole community evacuated our little town. We are on our 5th day. Microtel Hotel in Whitecourt lead by the very approachable and kind General Manager, Jamie Vidad and the rest of the team( Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Especially To Maxene, she is exceptional.had help me scan . The team has been continually and tirelessly assist us , making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and this one is one of the bests hotels we have stayed in. Very clean property. All staff are very helpful and welcoming. It doesn’t feel like we are away from home. In addition, Ive seen Jaime in the hotel most of the time, working so many hours. To the hotel breakfast attendant, Thank you. have patiently assist us in the laundry area as well, even she is busy at the breakfast room.Thank you po ate️ . To the housekeeping department.Thank you so much. The team has been very crazy busy but still carries smile to their faces.It is a good relief for us knowing that they truly care. Thank you. Owners are very blessed to have them❤️

Abbiamo soggiornato a Ramada Whitecourt nel febbraio per un torneo di hockey. Nelle fasi di pianificazione del personale del desk front was great. Hanno potuto rispondere a tutte le mie domande e l'hotel in generale ha offerto tutti i servizi che cercavamo (cioè il colazione incluso in tariffa, uno spazio comune per i bambini a giocare e a mangiare i pasti della squadra). Tuttavia, quando arrivarono all'hotel, il nostro team fu posto in una vecchia parte dell'hotel che non si poteva vedere chiaramente mai essere usato o mantenuto. Windows fu chiuso con le registri di alberi, le pareti erano rotte, il telaio era bagnato, le luci erano bruciate. Abbiamo avvicinato il desk e abbiamo trasferito la nostra squadra in una parte diversa dell'hotel, che ci sembrava migliore, ma purtroppo non era. Abbiamo avuto problemi nelle nuove camere da molle visibili, frigoriferi che non funzionavano, un frigo non era stato pulito e era pieno di cibo vecchio (il frigo non era stato montato in ...). L'intero hotel ha molto visibili danni acqua nel tetto. Il bagno caldo era decente e ci piaceva che fosse incluso nel prezzo. Lo spazio comune che avevamo per i bambini era grande, perché era una stanza chiusa dove potevano correre e avere cibo di squadra. Le questioni che abbiamo avuto con lo spazio non c'erano finestre da aprire, e la AC non funzionava così è diventato molto caldo. La nostra più grande preoccupazione era con tutti i danni acqua e mold visibile - non può essere buono per gli ospiti che si trovano all'hotel. In generale, le signore del desk front were very friendly and helpful. But we would not book at this hotel again. The pictures posted online by the hotel are not up to date and do not show the current condition.

Everything they did was perfect right down to the free breakfast and cleaning of the rooms during my multiple days there definitely recommend very very happy with my stay
