Bel hotel ma un po' vecchio penso che questo hotel sia giusto in sempre dovresti prenotare

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per quattro notti mentre esploriamo la Nuova Scozia. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato il servizio era impeccabile. Il personale è amichevole, interessato, efficiente. (Grazie Kumar e la squadra.) Non c'era nulla di troppo, da fare la lavanderia a farsi un esperto di telefono cellulare. (Grazie, Bhandu!) La nostra stanza era immacolata e molto comoda, e la manteneva in questo modo da parte di esperti di custodia. E' stato un piacere rimanere qui.

Il tetto della casa delle nostre famiglie è scoppiato durante l'uragano.Dopo che la nostra casa era ritenuta inviabile e combatteva per trovare un alloggio, siamo andati al conforto. Due sorprendenti donne, Kate e santi sono andate di sopra e di là davanti a noi! Hanno fatto dei panini per noi, hanno lasciato dei snack per noi e molti trattamenti per i nostri figli. Fino a quando non andai nel lobby, ci sentivamo completamente senza speranza.In un periodo di crisi, queste persone andarono di sopra e di là per aiutare la nostra famiglia.

We recently stayed at The Tidal Bore Inn in Truro Nova Scotia, and am sorry that I feel the need to write this review, but we had a terrible experience there. It will be long. When we checked in, Lisa at the office was great. Very nice person, and we chatted for quite a while. We initially thought it was a nice location, overlooking grass and a bit away from traffic. However, the room itself was not in good shape at all. The beds in the room were terrible. The mattresses were very old, uncomfortable and squeaked terribly every time we moved.....very loud. The toilet needed flushing two to three times every time used, the blow dryer did not work, ( yes we tried the reset button numerous times...simply did not work ) there is no in room coffee, ( which you would expect at this price ) but even worse was the fact that a work crew was staying at the motel, and were out in the parking lot right next to our room between midnight and about 2 in the morning making so much noise talking loudly and going up and down the outside stairs, it was impossible to sleep. Then at 5:30am, they were out there again leaving for work, and the same level of noise. Was awful, we barely slept all night. We wanted to complain to the office when we checked out, as there is no one in the office all night, but the office did not open til 10:00am and we left at 9:00. So I called later as we were travelling, and I got a gentleman on the phone, perhaps Lisas husband, and told him what happened. He argued with me about pretty much everything, then said they had other complaints about the work crew prior, and that they tried to get them out but could not, and they will never have them stay again. He kept saying there was nothing he could do about my complaints. Firstly, they could have told us about the work crew when we checked in, especially as they had other complaints, so we could have chosen not to stay there. But they did not. Well, we paid $154.00 plus tax for that night, which for what we experienced was appalling. He did not offer at all to discount even a portion of what we paid, nor did he apologize to me. We travel quite a bit, and after this experience, I would not ever recommend for anyone to stay at this motel.

Il giovane del desk era gentile. Il colazione era incluso.Ha spazzato uova, salsa, succo, alcuni frutti, yogurt, cereali, waffles maker, tostapane, bevande calde. Mi piace come ci mettono a disposizione dei portali riciclabili per riportarli in camera nostra. La stanza era pulita (eccetto per i bug squashti morti sul muro e sulla porta), e in generale, era un piacevole soggiorno.
