旅遊旺季，能在山區的小鎮上覓到一間房間很滿足了。這是一家家庭旅館，到的時候是下午1：30左右，沒人開門，按門鈴也沒人應答，打門口留着的電話也沒有應接，有點着急。大太陽底下乾等了半個多小時，看到有人進屋，一問才知道是男主人。這樣完成入住有點意外。
入住的衹是走廊盡頭的最後一間小屋，空調不太工作且聲音爆響，不過晚上山裡衹有14攝氏度，所以空調沒用上，也沒啥可抱怨的。

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for a business trip to the Kootenay. Very comfortable bed and I love the large pillows. clean and my room has a Kitchenette (That’s definitely a plus) The restaurant next door is amazing as well. The Black Rooster Grill and Pub. you can’t miss it, there is a 7 ft rooster statue outside the entrance! overall I had a great stay. I was too busy to use the hot tub or go down the waterslide. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip.

Quando ci siamo accolti, Simi ha spiegato molto gentile e utile sulle attrazioni e i siti speciali, insieme a mappe e brochure. Abbiamo soggiornato in un letto regina che aveva una cucina completa (che ci piaceva molto) luglio 5-9, poi durante la notte in un letto re con frigo e microonde luglio 13-14. Amiamo entrambi i tipi di camere, ma la posizione della camera re era più tranquilla. La mattina scorsa, inavvertitamente lasciammo asciugare le tovaglie di tè (una delle tovaglie è sentimentale) non mi sono fatto prendere una buona tovagliola in vacanza; ho chiamato, parlato con Simi e chiesto le tovagliole. Simi ha controllato con la persona che si puliva e si', abbiamo lasciato le tolette nella nostra stanza all'hotel, si è andato oltre e oltre i suoi doveri, ha preso il tempo di andare all'ufficio postale, ha messo le tolette e mi ha mandato il C.O.D., che sono stato così grato. Grazie Simi per la tua gentilezza. Ci rimarremmo certamente. Le camere sono buone e i prezzi sono buoni. Sì, non è un 5*, ma il personale è 5* più, soprattutto Simi. Grazie ancora, Cheryl Magus
