La stanza non deve dire, va bene, tutto è nuovo, molto più economico di un hotel costoso. Non solo la signora è bella, è anche carina, è felice di aiutare le persone, ti fa sentire come se avessi un parente all'estero. La carriera della signora è molto grande, non importa di diversi soldi negozi, è una donna molto aperta.Quindi le strutture abitative qui, l'ambiente circostante, sono tutti i più economici. Raccomanderò ai miei amici di vivere e spero che tu lo sperimenti.

Checked in around 4 and it was fast and easy check in didnt have any issues.. got the room its smelled nice and clean went out to check the pool it was nice and clean.. it was a wonderful stay no problems.. BREAKFAST IS A MUST LOVED IT! Property looked great. Keep up the hard work employess :)

Vanessa is one of the best friendliest front desk staff always happy,smiling, shes a very good asset of the company,but don't get me wrong every one of them are very good worker,housekeeping as well,they're all very friendly,anything you ask for you'll get it right away, this is the reason I'm always staying here,whenever i shows up they're all happy as well of my presence,they're an extension of my family,especially Vanessa

We had no idea where we were going in Vancouver when we got there, but found a reasonably priced Best Western in Pitt Meadows, which turned out to be a great location - and not hard to find or get around. Reina greeted us as we checked in, and we were thrilled with the quiet room, comfortable bed, pet friendly atmosphere and areas around for dogs to do their business. Easy in and out! Super quiet room, and loved the windows that opened at the top and when you closed them, made the room sound proof. We stayed 2 nights, but could have stayed more. Only thing we didn't like was the traffic along the main highway. Thank you to the fabulous housekeeping crew - met 2 lovely ladies! And to the front desk staff.

Abbiamo avuto una solida esperienza in hotel, avendo goduto della giornata di fitness 24 ore, un servizio costantemente amichevole, e una grande stanza contenente servizi come un mini frigo e una microonde. I dettagli più interessanti, come i sanatori per mano e i pulizie per i servizi sanitari nelle stanze e la fornitura di bottiglia d'acqua gratuita, sono stati inaspettati e apprezzati.

Per il prezzo, è molto sufficiente. Molti aspetti della stanza si sono sentiti obsoleti, ma era tutto completamente funzionale e pulito senza problemi. Personalmente, preferisco questo modo, perché si ottiene i risparmi e la funzione che è davvero importante. Il personale era tutto bello e mi piaceva poter accedere al 2AM con il personale disponibile per aiutarmi.

Booked a room at this hotel on a third party website (Hotwire) where the details aren’t disclosed until after the booking. My concern and frustration with this hotel is with regard to their deposit policy. The lady I spoke to at this hotel refused to honour my prepaid reservation because I don’t have a credit card. She showed zero empathy and had the audacity to suggest I check in alongside an individual that has a bank issued credit card. She further stated that “every hotel in Surrey has this policy” - which is false considering I have stayed at numerous neighboring hotels on a sporadic nature over the past few years where a debit card was sufficient. I asked the lady “why” in which she didn’t elaborate on a response. She further told me it’s only her job “to enforce the policy, not create it”. Wow! Quite frankly this is discrimination and a very shameful business practice, especially considering this policy makes no sense whatsoever. If someone is willing to tender a deposit via debit card, it makes no difference whether it’s a credit or debit account. To say that your software can’t process a refund for the deposit is outright nonsense. All things considered, nonsensical policies and dismissive, vile customer service.

Siamo tornati in questo hotel perchè ci eravamo trovati molto bene, ed il giudizio è rimasto lo stesso, sempre molto positivo. Personale molto gentile ed attento, struttura piacevole con camere moderne, spaziose e con ottime dotazioni (anche la Nespresso in camera), letti molto comodi ed ottima qualità del sonno, bagno spazioso con doccia ampia e buoni prodotti di cortesia, consiglio le camere club perchè sono ai piani più alti, dal 18mo al 21mo, ed hanno compresa la colazione (internazionale e ben fornita,volendo anche da asporto) e tra le 18 e le 21 di ogni giorno, compreso anche uno spuntino/aperitivo. Parcheggio interno coperto, 15 dollari al giorno, sinceramente quando si paga certe cifre ritengo sarebbe più corretto fosse gia compreso nel prezzo, ad ogni modo non incide sul mio giudizio che resta più che positivo
