Eccellente
During a recent evacuation due to the Fort Nelson Wildfires, we stayed at The Best Western in Fort St John. I cannot say enough good things about the compassion and care shown by the staff! They made me, during a very stressful time, feel welcome and at home! I will never forgot their kindness!

JJessica SchallL'hotel disponeva di un sacco di parcheggio, anche se l'accesso all'hotel è confuso per la prima volta perché non si può girare in lotti da entrambe le direzioni. La stanza era pulita e il letto era molto comodo. Le ombre di nero erano grandi per dormire. Il cibo al ristorante era buono, ma un po' troppo costoso.E il colazione gratuita era molto buono.

UUtente ospiteA causa della famiglia che vive a Dawson, ho soggiornato in quasi tutti gli hotel di DC. Ho trovato questo il più amichevole e pulito. Ho avuto alcune cattive esperienze di soggiorno in hotel DC e per una volta mi sono allontanato per sentirmi non in mezzo a nessuno. I ricevitori erano estremamente amichevoli e benvenuti. Elevatore era veloce. La stanza era spaziosa e tranquilla. Il grattare e andare a colazione era buono! Molto pensativo di avere la loro versione di un uovo mc muffin incluso. La mia unica denuncia sarebbe che non hanno offerto alcun tipo di prodotto lattiero-caseario per il caffè di mattina. Caffee Mate non lo fa! Grazie per il soggiorno

UUtente ospiteLa nostra famiglia ha affittato 6 camere con 15 persone insieme e tutti noi siamo venuti e andiamo a momenti diversi, e è stato un bel po' di lotta per ottenere più di una chiave per camera, finalmente li abbiamo. Uno dei condizionatori non funzionava e qualcuno è venuto a sistemarlo, ma non funzionava.La mia unica vera denuncia è il pavimento intorno alla piscina e le scale non sono molto pulite. Non sono sicuro anche se non hanno tovaglie alla piscina per colpa o qualcosa del genere, la ragione era incerta quando ho chiesto e non volevano darci nessuno all'inizio, hanno finito per darci 7 tovaglie a mano per le 9 persone che nuotano così portare i tuoi tovaglioli Abbiamo soggiornato qui molte volte prima e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con i guanti o i problemi chiave prima, quindi forse era solo una volta.Le camere erano pulite e tranquille.

Internet and wifi is absolutely brutal they should spend money on a package that’s actually decent . Can’t watch my fire stick whatsoever and barely can do work related things on my computer it’s so slow and barely works no matter what time of day it is.

We probably wouldn’t stay here again. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. The room was large, but very shabby. The bedding, toilet, and sinks were clean, but very worn. The sheets were so thin, You could see the mattress cover through them, and there was a hole on one side of the bed. The carpet looks ancient and not very clean. There was a large, staple or some thing sticking up out of the carpet in front of the fridge that We couldn’t remove and just had to be sure to walk around. There were lots of dings and stains throughout the room . The mattress on the bed is very worn and uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just that room on the second floor or if the whole hotel is in need of repairs. We didn’t take the breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

TTinTinChouStayed during our 9 day drive from home to Alaska - this was the 7th hotel we stayed in this week so I have LOT to compare this hotel to. If you stay here you won't get bugs, the bed is comfortable, you can walk to restaurants. It's not a horrible place, but if you can book elsewhere that has better ratings in Tripadvisor, do it. I did cancel my reservation on my return trip to home and booked with the Number 1 rated hotel on trip advisor. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Place is clean. The two staff we dealt with were friendly. We were there on a hot day and the air conditioner worked well. There is a refrigerator which worked well. It was not a mini fridge, it was a small fridge with a freezer. Cons: ROOM: There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell that some hotels have when you walk in the room. The smoke detector was sitting on the freshly dusted shelf with the battery sitting next to it, so it obviously was not working and the cleaning staff MUST have been aware it was there. The bathroom door would not stay closed, the latch on the handle did not line up with the hole for it. It was not pleasant to hear my husband in there using the toilet. (I placed a washcloth in the door to keep it closed.) The tub drained so slowly I was standing in 3 inchies of water during my shower. I just felt ”grimey” staying in this room, did not feel confident in this room. HALLWAY: Ice machine on my floor was broken. It did have an out of order sign on it which appeared like the paper had been there a while. You know, the paper gets kind of wrinkly and old looking after a while. There were many dents and scratches in the walls. BREAKFAST : I have had 6 other hotel breakfasts this week and they are never ”5 star” food, but usually tastes good and are edible (you know what I am talking about - are the scrambled eggs real eggs? But they taste good.) This was VERY cheap. Offered round, flat, cooked eggs - bad texture and did not taste good at all. The seemed like they were pre-cooked, frozen and heated up type eggs of poor quality. The hash brown potatoes were frozen, cheap, but did taste OK. There was cereal, pancakes and bread for toast. No fruit offered. Unfortunately, the owner does NOT put any money or effort into maintain the building and rooms. This owner has a great building with a little but of fixing, could be a very comfortable place to stay.
