La stanza era un appartamento di una camera da letto, con vista sull'acqua, e il personale di lenzuola molto utile amato che potevamo portare il nostro cane. Località fantastica distanza a piedi tutto a piedi nella città trova un magazzino fantastico chiamato spiaggia chik amava il miglior hotel della comunità a Osoyoos.

Very disappointing. Booked this hotel as we were meeting up with an old school friend. Who was passing through on her way to Vancouver Washington. USA. We chose this hotel because of the bar and restaurant facilities so we could chat over old times in the bar and then have dinner and breakfast together before she went on her way. However when we arrived we found out that the bar was closed and so was the restaurant. Which was very inconvenient. Then of course there is the room. We some how ended up with a suite. No towels in the bathroom … a shelf in the bathroom would be beneficial and not have them in the hall. Then when having a drink on the balcony we found it was filthy dirt and cobwebs everywhere and the door and surround was not even painted. In general the whole building needs some TLC. Considering the room rates at this place it definitely is not worth it.

I had a great time. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. It was easy to access the pool and hot tub. And oh, the pool temperature was perfection. There were always clean towels to use for the pool, and with 2 large hot tubs, it was easy to soak your muscles after a busy day of touring wineries or walking around town. The lakeside views were amazing. The food in the restaurant was served hot, the presentation was spectacular, and it was served by friendly, attentive staff. We were there just before the end of Halloween and enjoyed witnessing the days staff spent decorating the lobby and outdoor areas with Halloween decorations.

Great location and very walkable. Front desk staff was very kind and cordial, which was refreshing. Rooms facing the parking lot had lovely views of the hills which was nice to view from the front porch/patio. Hotel had a decent sized pet relief area that was grassy and clean. Breakfast was meh, usual dry and stale offers, and some of the rooms had a slight smoke smell (likely leftover from years ago). Hotel was extremely overpriced for a Best Western Plus, but we were tired so had no choice as it was the only gig in town. Over priced as in $355/night.

Tutto questo è stato detto al personale dell'hotel più volte e non è stato fatto nulla. La signora ci ha assicurato di nuovo che andrebbe alla direzione, ma chiaramente non l'ha fatto. Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti qui dal 2014 e ho anche affittato il patio al tetto per proporle nel 2017. L'abbiamo amato fino a quando non è stato assolutamente terribile. Quando abbiamo controllato la nostra stanza non era pulito. C'era un pancake in cucina, un pasto di denti sulla porta del bagno e i piani erano così pieghesi i nostri piedi erano neri quando abbiamo portato due carico di bagagli. Inviarono il secondo giorno di custodia che rifiutarono di entrare perché facevamo la cucina e vivevamo nella stanza, e anche se comprendevamo che non fosse confortevole per loro stare in una stanza sporca per tre giorni. Il custode non è mai tornato e non ha mai pulito la nostra stanza. Era una brutale esperienza. Se fosse la nostra prima, non saremmo mai tornati e dopo questo soggiorno non so se saremo mai tornati. Tutto ciò che ci serve è la cortesia di fare le cose giuste e ciò non è mai successo, e la piscina degli adulti è stata chiusa tutto il tempo che eravamo al resort. Anche se questo potrebbe essere fuori dal vostro controllo, è un grande attrazione perchè venire a questo resort che non poteva essere utilizzato.Non vale la pena che abbiamo pagato per rimanere in una villa.

While the motel is located fairly close to the lake, I couldn't actually SEE the lake, as the name suggests. After booking on *******, my friends and I weren't having a lot of luck getting a hold of the motel, as they never seem to answer the phone, return phone messages, or respond to our email questions. When we arrived, no wonder. Rarely is the office door unlocked with anyone manning the front desk. My friend was able to check in when he arrived there ahead of us, but was asked to pay in advance for the duration of our stay. Normally, you settle up at check-out. Our rooms were admittedly very clean inside, however there is little to no maid-service until after you check out by simply depositing your key into an outside drop box. It would be nice to have the bedding changed for us daily, fresh towels, and replenished supplies like toilet paper. Part of the reason you stay at a motel on vacation is to be pampered, not to do the work yourself. A sign told us if we wanted fresh towels to drop the used ones into a laundry basket, leave the basket outside our room, and new towels would be exchanged for them. Inside a dirty laundry basket? Eww! We were expected to take our own cans and recyclables downstairs to a sorting area outside the office. Our room had a coffee maker, but no coffee or filters. My friend's room had a malfunctioning toilet. Overall, there seems to be a trend nowadays where the price of accommodations has skyrocketed to all-time highs, while the level of service has plummeted...so you're paying more, and getting less. Not sure why the demand is still high and this should be acceptable.

I booked this motel based on the positive reviews, but was sorely disappointed. First, the positives: motel is right on the lake, location is wonderful; the room itself has obviously been refreshed-bathroom is clean, kitchen well stocked. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner is old and LOUD. It was located in the living area and did not cool down the bedroom AT ALL. We kept the window open in an effort to get some cool air in the bedroom, but ended up being kept awake by the loud partying in the room beside and below us. The windows are absolutely covered in cobwebs, old and new. The common areas are tired and dirty; we stayed two nights and crumpled cans and boxes in the stairwell and hallway were never picked up. To top it off, the motel charges you if you don't take out your own garbage from the room and put it in the bins by the front office upon check-out. I could maybe accept this if the motel put any effort into cleaning up the premises, but demanding guests clean up their own room when they can't do the bare minimum is unacceptable. I have worked and stayed in basic motels before, but this was definitely the worst experience. For $250/night, you can do better.
