Semplicemente, mi sono chiamato a far sapere che stavo arrivando tardi, e hanno trovato la mia prenotazione e hanno fatto una nota. Quando siamo arrivati, il processo è stato molto streamlineato e siamo stati rimasti nella nostra stanza con il nostro cane in pochi minuti. Mio marito aveva un bel sandwich al ristorante, e ho notato che eravamo vicino all’ascensore e che potevamo sentire i suoni leggermente, ma non ci sconvolse quando dormevamo. Le pareti sono ben isolate perché il nostro cane non ha sentito abbastanza suoni per rendere la barba più facile per noi di viaggiare con lui. Bella camera da bagno e magazzinaggio per vestiti. Belle tole e forniture in bagno. Bella tubo da bagno brillante di dimensioni. Sedie confortevoli per rilassarsi. Grandi posti.

La cucina completa - utensili, potti e pannolini, piatti e arredamento d'argento erano nuovi e immacolati! Frigo sembrava nuovo e era senza spot dentro e fuori! Molti di biancheria e letti di spesso lusso erano freschi e grigi. Hallways & elevatori erano senza spot. Anche piaceva che non pulissero le stanze ogni giorno, a meno che non fosse richiesto.

Stayed at this property on Saturday, June 18, 2022. The front desk was very pleasant at check in. The room was clean and we thought that we would have a great stay! When I looked at the temperature in the room, it was 78 degrees so I tried to turn on the A/C to no avail. I tried calling the front desk and /or housekeeping. They did not answer so I kept trying and finally got an answer. I was told that someone would come shortly to fix it. After an hour, there was still not anyone. Went down to the front desk and personally asked for it to be fixed. I was told that someone would be there shortly. This was at 5:30 PM. We waited until 10 PM and still nobody came. We had no A/C all night! A window could be open about 3 inches so we did get some air but it was not cool. In the morning at check out, I told the front desk and they told me that I booked through an agent so they couldn't do anything about it! What? This was a moronic reply! For the amount of money that I was charged, I would expect that it should have been fixed post haste and not been ignored. I am not in the least bit pleased. What ever happened to customer service?

I am staying here on a business trip for 2 weeks. As the building is new, it is comfortable everywhere in the hotel. The bed is also very comfortable, which is quite satisfactory even compare to a 5 star hotel. However, the wait time at the restaurant is long due to the lack of staff throughout the hotel. Also, there were many employees who were not familiar with the new IHG policy, so I had to explain it three times. After pointing out the problem, I can definitely feel the improved service from the next day, so I think I will use this hotel again next time.

Dalle calde accoglienze alla colazione a buffet e a tutto ciò che c'è tra noi, siamo stati più felici e impressionati dalla nostra visita di una notte. Una doccia in rotolamento con bar di sicurezza e un sedile da bagno sono stati molto apprezzati. La stanza stessa era anche vicino al lobby, facendo meno camminare. La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa. Le luci luminose nella camera da bagno erano facili da applicare. Adoro l'unità di carica sul tavolo a letto con i piatti e gli utensili USB. Mi piace anche che i bicchieri sono tazze di carta con plastica tenuta al minimo.

Stai in questo hotel per 4-nights nel giugno 2022. La suite era pulita e spaziosa. La cucina aveva tutto quello che volevi (utensili, tazze, panini, frigo di dimensioni piene, 2 bruciatori, lavastoviglie, sapone da pranzo e asciugamani di carta), tranne per un caldo. Il condizionamento dell'aria è controllato a distanza e funziona bene. Il letto era comodo, le foglie erano morbide e ci sono ciechi di nero che erano grandi. La mia sola denuncia sarebbe la pressione del doccia. Al quinto piano, la pressione dell'acqua era quasi inesistente, che era davvero deludente. La palestra era piccola, ma aveva pesi liberi e poche macchine cardio. Parcheggio era gratuito e senza problemi. L'hotel è situato proprio fuori l'autostrada QEW (sorpresa, nessuna inquinamento acustico) arrivare al centro di Toronto facilmente.

UUtente ospiteQuando ho prenotato questo hotel, ho letto quelle dopo giugno 2023. E non ci ha deluso. Questo hotel è fantastico. Non riuscivo a trovare nulla di negativo. Da quando siamo arrivati, il personale era così amichevole, utile ed efficiente. Le camere sono tutte suite con frigorifero, tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie, tutti i piatti, sapone per piatti e lavastoviglie, ecc. Così pulito, sembrava che fossimo stati i primi a stare in quella stanza! La sala da pranzo è grande, aveva tutto quello che potresti voler per colazione. Anche un muffin glutine libero blueberry che era delizioso. Ho usato la piscina, l'unico in essa all'epoca, e ancora una volta, una bella zona. Non andammo fuori, ma sembra una zona molto bello con un patio, tavoli, ecc. Il treno Bronte Go è a 3 minuti di distanza. Così bello. Prendemmo il treno Go per un gioco di hockey a Toronto, così questo hotel ha reso una posizione perfetta, proprio accanto al 403. Tutti i dipendenti erano così amichevoli, e in generale, saremmo tornati.

UUtente ospiteLa cucina completa - utensili, potti e pannolini, piatti e arredamento d'argento erano nuovi e immacolati! Frigo sembrava nuovo e era senza spot dentro e fuori! Molti di biancheria e letti di spesso lusso erano freschi e grigi. Hallways & elevatori erano senza spot. Anche piaceva che non pulissero le stanze ogni giorno, a meno che non fosse richiesto.

UUtente ospiteI am staying here on a business trip for 2 weeks. As the building is new, it is comfortable everywhere in the hotel. The bed is also very comfortable, which is quite satisfactory even compare to a 5 star hotel. However, the wait time at the restaurant is long due to the lack of staff throughout the hotel. Also, there were many employees who were not familiar with the new IHG policy, so I had to explain it three times. After pointing out the problem, I can definitely feel the improved service from the next day, so I think I will use this hotel again next time.

UUtente ospiteSemplicemente, mi sono chiamato a far sapere che stavo arrivando tardi, e hanno trovato la mia prenotazione e hanno fatto una nota. Quando siamo arrivati, il processo è stato molto streamlineato e siamo stati rimasti nella nostra stanza con il nostro cane in pochi minuti. Mio marito aveva un bel sandwich al ristorante, e ho notato che eravamo vicino all’ascensore e che potevamo sentire i suoni leggermente, ma non ci sconvolse quando dormevamo. Le pareti sono ben isolate perché il nostro cane non ha sentito abbastanza suoni per rendere la barba più facile per noi di viaggiare con lui. Bella camera da bagno e magazzinaggio per vestiti. Belle tole e forniture in bagno. Bella tubo da bagno brillante di dimensioni. Sedie confortevoli per rilassarsi. Grandi posti.

UUtente ospiteStayed at this property on Saturday, June 18, 2022. The front desk was very pleasant at check in. The room was clean and we thought that we would have a great stay! When I looked at the temperature in the room, it was 78 degrees so I tried to turn on the A/C to no avail. I tried calling the front desk and /or housekeeping. They did not answer so I kept trying and finally got an answer. I was told that someone would come shortly to fix it. After an hour, there was still not anyone. Went down to the front desk and personally asked for it to be fixed. I was told that someone would be there shortly. This was at 5:30 PM. We waited until 10 PM and still nobody came. We had no A/C all night! A window could be open about 3 inches so we did get some air but it was not cool. In the morning at check out, I told the front desk and they told me that I booked through an agent so they couldn't do anything about it! What? This was a moronic reply! For the amount of money that I was charged, I would expect that it should have been fixed post haste and not been ignored. I am not in the least bit pleased. What ever happened to customer service?

Cercava un buon hotel su un bilancio vicino a Toronto e questo sicuramente si adatta al conto. - Posizione: 5 minuti da una stazione ferroviaria che è 2 fermate al centro di Toronto - Camera: Camera grande, ragionevolmente moderna - Valore per denaro: VERamente ragionevolmente prezzo rispetto agli hotel nel centro di Toronto, La stanza era bella, ma la finestra era interna nell'atrio centrale, un po' strano.

UUtente ospiteDalle calde accoglienze alla colazione a buffet e a tutto ciò che c'è tra noi, siamo stati più felici e impressionati dalla nostra visita di una notte. Una doccia in rotolamento con bar di sicurezza e un sedile da bagno sono stati molto apprezzati. La stanza stessa era anche vicino al lobby, facendo meno camminare. La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa. Le luci luminose nella camera da bagno erano facili da applicare. Adoro l'unità di carica sul tavolo a letto con i piatti e gli utensili USB. Mi piace anche che i bicchieri sono tazze di carta con plastica tenuta al minimo.
