This Inn was the worst place we have ever stayed in - from the booking process and not ever receiving an email confirmation to the hassel of their payment requirements. They are not in any way, shape, or form, handicap accessible. My husband is on oxygen and they tried to have us in a room on the 3rd floor - there is no elevator. The friends we were traveling with were then booked into the 3rd floor room; one of them is 82 years old. As she was bringing in her suitcase, she fell outside the front door in plain view of the desk clerk. While he did not move a muscle to help her, a woman who had just checked her aunt into a room, helped her up and carried her bag up the 3 flights of stairs. In the meantime, my husband and I went down a flight of stairs to our ”deluxe room” which came with a 2-3 person hot tub - in the room right next to the bed. This was probably why the room smelled of mold and mildew. The sliding glass door opened up to the pool area. When I opened the drapes, there was a couple basking in the sun right outisde our door. This hotel was built in 1972 - it appears there have been zero updates since then. And last, in all our travels, the final bill is paid upon check-out. Not here. They charge everything upfront upon check-in and good luck if there is an issue. The only reason we stayed here is we needed to extend our 2 rooms for a second night and to be near the airport. Our original booked hotel could not accommodate the second night and this is what was available. I think I would have preferred sleeping in the airport or the car over this place, especially since it was more than twice the price of the original hotel we had booked.

Siamo rimasti qui l'ultima notte del nostro viaggio in Nova Scotia perché volevamo stare vicino all'aeroporto. Il controllo in corso era una sorta di informale, dovevamo andare al bar e trovare una persona, e poi pagarla direttamente su un lettore di carte portatili. La prenotazione è stata fatta via e-mail. Era un po' caldo, perché solo una delle camere aveva un'unità a/c, e non l'abbiamo notato di notte. FYI, è sopra la finestra e la distanza è all'interno del desk! Ci siamo rimasti nella Thomas Suite, che ha due camere.È sul piano superiore. Credo che le altre camere siano più piccole. C'è una zona comune sul secondo piano dove sono il caffè e la microonde. Aveva un paio di giochi da tavolo, un posto in fiamme, un divano e un balcone. Nel frigorifero c’era acqua fredda in decanter di vetro, e tutto il vetro era anche freddo in frigorifero, c’era yogurt e succo nel frigorifero comune, e il nostro colazione era di muffin, frutta e bar granola. Era rumoroso fino alla chiusura del ristorante, ma dopo era piuttosto tranquillo. Uno sconto era arrivato lì. E' su una strada occupata (arriviamo all'ora di fretta), e c'è solo un modo per entrare e uscire. Il parcheggio è un po' piccolo, ma ci sono stati alcuni spazi quando ci siamo arrivati. Inoltre, quando siamo usciti dall'autostrada, il nostro GPS ci ha insegnato a girare a sinistra al segnale di arresto, che era vicino all'impossibile. Ho rinunciato e ho girato a destra, e c'è un giro intorno a un blocco in cui si può fare un giro U.

🚗 交通：最最最無語的，酒店接送機場的接送車是免費的。但是司機送我們到了機場以後嘰裏呱啦說了一堆聽不懂的話然後向我們要了十刀的錢（車上衹有我們一行三個人），我們懵懵的就給了，後面請客服幫忙向酒店核實了接送車確實是免費的，收錢是司機個人行為。提醒大家酒店相關的服務都可以綁定房間，衹收現金的非常有問題，別像我一樣差點被糊弄了。攜程yyds 🧹衛生：房間衛生還不錯，就是疫情的時候哈法的garden inn的洗浴用品還是那種大瓶粘在牆上的，我在渥太華卡爾加裏住的garden inn都不是。 🍃環境：我真是大無語，住在一樓，窗外一個大大的射燈對着房間的窗戶射，拉上窗帘還是亮的。房間裏居然沒有電吹風，問了朋友的房間是有的，衹能找前台拿，前台還反覆問我確定房間裏沒有嗎😅。 設施：大堂比隔壁holiday inn好。holiday inn的大堂非常非常快捷酒店風。酒店的空調又吵又不製冷。 總的來說這家garden inn和其他garden inn比不好。

Conveniently located close to the airport. They have a free shuttle that runs through the night. Excellent place to stay for middle-of-the-night or early morning flights.

Can leave your car there for free for 10 days if you book 1 night .shuttle brought us right to our car when we arrived back from our trip

È un buon e confortevole hotel. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. È possibile mangiare in hotel ma il cibo è preconfezionato, quindi anche la colazione non è dì buona qualità. Va benissimo se si è in transito visto che si arriva velocemente dall’aeroporto via un ponte al chiuso. È però distante dalla città, dove la su può raggiungere con mezzo pubblico.

I recently stayed at Sandman Signature hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated

We like to stay at Courtyard Dartmouth now for our visits to Hfx/Dartmouth. It's right smack in the heart of the Crossing with everything you'd need for food and shopping and entertainment easily at walking distance, but we still drive lot to lot. Easy, free parking. Next door to the Keg for a great steak. Room is quiet and clean. Even in a massive windstorm, it was quiet and peaceful inside. Beds are good. Shower is good. No complaints. One issue: DO NOT get the breakfast. We made that mistake. It's lacklustre and 3x the price for the value. With handily the worst service I've received in a ”restaurant”. We did it the first time. And our next stay (other end of the trip), we went to McDonalds in the same lot for cheaper and better. We use this as our ”airport” hotel. It's 15 mins to the airport in our rental car. There is NOT a shuttle. But it's close and better than the airport hotels actually at the airport.
