We are two seniors ( one with significant mobility issues) and could have used more support with our luggage. There were three gentleman on the front desk and were not busy with guests at the time of our arrival or departure. Instead busy chit chatting among themselves. One evening we tried to contact the front desk, room services etc. and each number reported the mailbox as full. Concerning if there was an emergency. We did manage to contact front desk when we used our own cell phones and called the number for booking reservations. The tv also did not work on our last 2 days. The staff however were prompt and tried to repair the tv but were unable to do so .

I stayed with friends at the Harris House, that is part of The Great George. Let me start by saying that just based on staying at the Harris House, I am very confused how this is a 5 star hotel. It is just a run down house, that they added temporary A/C units to. I would rate the rooms/overall house condition 1 to 2 stars. They really should renovate the entire place. The toilet was already broken when we checked in. It took them over 2.5 days to finally put a temporary fix on the toilet. So for 2.5 days, every time we flushed the toilet, we had to reach into the bowl to manually close the valve and that toilet tank was disgusting to look at and reach into. The wifi barely works in the 3 upstairs bedrooms (constantly disconnects), and the kitchen really only comes with plates and cups, and not really anything to cook with. When we ran out of toilet paper, it took more than 4 hours for somebody to show up with toilet paper. Imagine if we actually ran out while on the toilet!!! Oh and the only phone in the house could never connect to the front desk. It normally wouldn't be a problem except for that I am traveling internationally and only purchased an esim...so every time I needed something, I needed to walk to the main hotel building. Even after informing multiple people about the broken phone, it was never fixed during my 3 night stay. After complaining many times about the various issues, Management came up with solutions that we weren't happy about. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are significantly cheaper accommodations in Charlottetown with better breakfast and better service. Also, if you have trouble with stairs, DO NOT book this house. The stairs are super small and I could see people injuring themselves on them.

Mio marito e io siamo sposati di recente a Rodd Charlottetown, e noi abbiamo amato la nostra esperienza! Il personale era incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare che il giorno andasse bene e che tutte le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Ho scelto questo hotel in catena da Hong Kong a Toronto e da Toronto a Charlottetown. Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Non guidare a 20 minuti di distanza. Il prezzo in questa città è alto circa 1300 ore di solito venerdì - domenica 1700. L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono. Errore di guidare 20 minuti dal centro della città. L'aria esterna è buona. Il cameriere della reception è molto professionale e molto entusiasta. La colazione è generalmente in vita dodici giorni. In generale, è buona. La prossima volta resteremo e consigliamo ai parenti e amici 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Molto meglio di quanto immaginassi, il valore aspettato è molto basso, ma il servizio è buono, il bagno è ancora nuovo decorato

Noi ci piaceva che non fossero consentiti bambini, ma il tipo di cliente è un giovane adulto che agisce peggio dei bambini, tutti ubriaco e alto, che si battevano sulla porta della stanza e parlavano alto. Pensiamo che questo hotel sia fatto per le persone che vogliono festeggiare e crollare. Non c'è TV, frigorifero, microonde nella stanza. Solo un letto e un bagno. Era pulito.

My family and I left Toronto on August 28 2023 and arrived in PEI on the 29th having pre-booked a cottage in Tracadie for 2 weeks. The only thing I will say about the cottage is that it was inhabitable. We decided to drive to Charlottetown, find a hotel for one night and return to Toronto. Having stayed at a number of Quality Inns driving to and from Florida, for many years finding a Quality Inn for one night in downtown Charlottetown was a breath of fresh air and what a find! The kindness, warmth and compassion shown to us by Tanya Bevin General Manager and the young lady at reception touched our hearts. Tanya was able to secure two suites for us for one night, one at the Sutherland House and the other at Holland Grove House two separate buildings outside the main hotel. A read on the history of the ‘Inn on the Hill’ and the two buildings is a must. The Inn is within walking distance of virtually everything. The two suites were unbelievably clean with a four poster king size bed, armchairs, desks, A/C, TV, fireplace, bay windows, wood floors and a kitchenette equipped with a full fridge, microwave, table and chairs.The bathroom had a shower etc. and outside the bathroom was a tub with a privacy screen. We had more towels than we would ever use. All the comforts of home, plus. Exactly what we needed for a good night’s rest after a horrific start to our PEI holiday. Tanya, excellent job in selecting, training and mentoring all members of your team. This is what sincere and warm hospitality ought to be. You, Francie, Jenn, Cathy, Sanjeedah, cleaning staff and Mayra in the dining room have shown us just that. Your team has commitment, superior people skills, attention to detail, teamwork, enthusiasm and a great attitude. You and your entire team bring your A-game every day and night and always with a smile. Thank you. . Needless to say, we decided to stay for another week. There is so much to do and see that a week is not long enough. From the quaint villages, red sand and cliffs, lighthouses, beaches, seafood restaurants and bars, some with live music, The Farmer’s Market on Sundays, numerous historical buildings, shopping on Victoria Row, the waterfront, the Anne of Green Gables shop, farms, fishermen bringing in their day’s catch at the North Shore, hiking trails, places of worship and so on. Let’s not forget the gentleness of the Islanders. As Charlottetown has been the birthplace of Confederation since 1864 every street walked, every building and every corner passed envelops you with history. Living in downtown Toronto, I was in awe. So many adventures and more history is waiting for us. We are already planning a return trip to PEI next year.

I nuovi proprietari si trovavano davanti e in centro da un check-in all'altro.Mia figlia e io rimasemo per due notti. Ci siamo distaccati dai ristoranti, dal parco Victoria, il centro di performance di Firenze Simmons dove abbiamo avuto biglietti per la produzione di Anne e Gilbert la musica. Qualcosa per tutti...Non mangio latte o pane non-sordoide e le opzioni gratuite per latte erano molte. Il pane soudoide sarebbe bello aggiungere al menu ma non mi ha fermato a godermi bacon, salsicce, hash Browns, cereali (con opzioni non-sordoide latte). Molte pasticcerie per coloro che trovano il must. Non può raccomandare questo posto abbastanza.
