Il posto è molto bello e tranquillo in una zona che mi assomiglia a case di fine settimana vicino al fiume Richelie. L'hotel è in condizioni molto buone e pulito. Il meglio è che il personale è molto gentile. La cucina è di gran lunga, con piatti ben montati tipo gourmet e inoltre offrono una tavola cuoco con opzione da 4 a 6 piatti e ciascuno serve con una tazza con un matrimonio molto attento.

My friend and I stayed here for the F1 weekend and had a terrible experience. To start, the hotel does not provide concierge towel service or a safety deposit box (this detail is important for later). When calling to request fresh towels, I was told to pick up my towels at the front desk. The hotel also does not provide bath robes or slippers (maybe it's because it is a 3 star hotel?). The cleanliness of the carpeting in our room was questionable and we never received cleaning services on any of the days we stayed. Next, on our second day of our stay, the key scanner on our door stopped working. The scanner was low on battery and required a device to charge the scanner in order for the door to unlock. Every time we needed to access our rooms, we had to request the concierge to escort us and manually charge the scanner and use a master key to unlock our door. Not only was this inefficient for staff, but this was also an extreme waste of our time as guests at Imperia. At no point did concierge escalate this to management to attempt to resolve the technical issue or compensate for this inconvenience. Because the hotel was fully booked, the only resolution that was offered was to room hop for each night of our stay, which would be even more inconvenient. So we decided to stay in our rooms. Finally, and the most egregious issue of all was that our belongings had been stolen from our room. Money and a luxury bag that had not left the room from the beginning of our stay went missing. I am hesitant to point fingers at the hotel staff, however given the security issues we experienced with our malfunctioning door and the concierge staff having access to a master key, I cannot rule out the idea that it was the hotel staff that may have unlawfully accessed and taken our belongings. When we approached the concierge about this issue, they were not able to provide us with any security footage or a date/time log of how many times our room was accessed. We ended up filing a police report and the hotel has since wiped their hands clean on this issue. To this day, management has been dodging our calls and have not followed up with us. The same moment we brought this issue up to concierge, another guest lined up behind us was raising his concerns about his headphones that went missing from his room. Given that the weekend of our stay was a hectic and full house for the hotel, I am unsure as to whether this is an inside job or an opportunistic individual knowing that many guests were not going to be in their rooms for most of the day. This experience has made me feel extremely unsafe, paranoid and violated.I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend anyone stay at Imperia or any of their other sister establishments.

Siamo rimasti al Auberge Objectif Sante per qualche notte la scorsa settimana, in una parte molto francese del Canada e gestita da una coppia cinese dove il marito parla molto poco francese. Ho trovato che usare Google Translate sul telefono è un mezzo efficace di comunicazione. La signora sembra parlare passabile inglese e francese. Quando ci siamo iscritti, ci sono stati chiesti di pagare prima di essere inviati in camera nostra. La stanza stessa era molto piccola, ma noi ci aspettavamo. Era tutto a posto per due notti, ma la mancanza di tavoli laterali era un po’ negativa. Il letto stesso era il tipo di piegatura che poteva essere piegata contro il muro. Era molto comodo. Chiesero se volevamo il servizio di custodia a mezzanotte e dicevamo che non ne avremmo bisogno; nonostante la piccola, la stanza era abbastanza pulita, ma un piccolo pezzo di sapone nel bagno non era abbastanza. Le offerte di colazione sono a costo aggiuntivo e io consiglio di prendere questo. Le colazioni erano molto buone e ci hanno messo in piedi per il resto del giorno. Chamly è la città vicina che si stila come una suburbana di Montreal. Ci siamo mangiati la prima sera e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla vibrazione e dalla vita notturna. Purtroppo ci sono pochi posti per stare nelle vicinanze e la Cambly è troppo lontano da camminare da The Auberge Objectif Sante. Abbiamo anche fatto un viaggio di giorno a Montreal e abbiamo scoperto che siamo stati ben posizionati per guidare alla stazione di metropolitana a Longeuil. Un consiglio è parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico a Hotel Sandeman. La stazione di metropolitana è immediatamente vicino. Quindi consiglio l'Hotel Auberge Objectif Sante? Se stai cercando un hotel completo, allora sicuramente no. Se stai cercando un motel modesto che è ben tenuto, pulito e non ti importa di guidare ovunque, allora va bene. Per il prezzo non vi erano problemi reali.

Nonostante un po'di situazione in una stanza, l'hotel ha immediatamente dato una stanza migliore.In generale, buono, molto soddisfatto!Grazie a Trip.com e a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel!

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è un buon hotel. Quello che non mi piaceva è l'insonorizzazione della stanza, si sentono bene le persone che parlano nel corridoio, così il rumore della finestra. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa e non funzionava all'ultimo 1/4 della notte (2 volte mi alzo a causa del calore) Il colazione è davvero medio. Non potevamo nuotare nella piscina perché ci erano clienti che nuotano con i loro vestiti, nessuno li avvisò, io ho chiesto di farlo.
