Our original plan was 1 night which turned into a 2nd and perhaps a 3rd which we were unsure of. The hotel expected to be busy on the 3rd night so rather us lose our room as we were undecided, they held it for us until we decided. The front desk staff were very professional and a joy to deal with. Our last day was not the regular housekeeping day but I asked for fresh sheets and they accommodated us there as well. The hotel is a quick trip into old Quebec and very easy to get to. Thanks N Hotel!

This was our first visit to Quebec City and we wanted to stay somewhere close to Old Quebec. I liked that this hotel is right off the highway and less than 10 minute drive into Old Quebec and Centre Ville Quebec City. We requested a room with 2 double beds and liked that there were 2 flat screen TVs in the room. They gave us a room on the 3rd Floor next to the elevator with view of the parking lot, but we did not hear any noise inside the room. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel elevator is slower than most but what is different than other hotels is that you need to hold the floor button down until it reaches your floor, if you take your finger off, the elevator stops. There is only one ice machine, on the first floor, but was not in working order. We notified the front desk and they were aware and fortunately she able to give me some ice. Since we had to check out little early we decided not get the room with breakfast option. Also, we didn't have time to use the Spa services. This is a nice small hotel which doesn't have all the amenities that larger hotels have but this hotel offers free parking and free WiFi .

Il Grande Hotel First Family Check-in è stato un bambino di 2 anni e ha avuto un momento privato nella piscina con i suoi fiori e camminando intorno a guardare le piante interne e sentire gli uccelli. Siamo stati preparati con le nostre cose personali (da cibo, abbigliamento da tavola e cose personali) perché abbiamo un bambino e così nostro figlio si sentiva comodo (casa e siamo ancora in guardia) e godeva il suo primo hotel esperto.. La giornata di check-in meno ricco e felice di altri ospiti sono rispettabili. Nota: Non c'è pulizia quotidiana nella stanza ma manteniamo la nostra stanza organizzata e pulita per nostro figlio.. ma la zona condivisa la pulizia che è più importante.. Il nostro Figlio vuole tornare “Ancora”

Da la stazione ferroviaria centrale di Peking chiamato Uber circa 20 coltelli normali; ho dormito due notti, la stanza è pulita e tranquilla; la colazione è per me semplice e sufficiente per usare la salata di verdura; il servizio della reception è buono. L'hotel canadese è generalmente rimasto 3 giorni senza pulire l'igiene e risparmiare un po'di spese. Non c'è modo di farlo, il prezzo dell'hotel canadese è più alto, ma è più pulito.

Controllo regolare e veloce in - out. Il deposito incidentale danni/perdite è stato completamente rimborsato. La stanza era molto pulita e neutra. Il letto era comodo e pulito. Il desk front era multilingue e può comunicare in inglese, così come risponderanno alle vostre domande e spiegare la vostra prenotazione. La colazione è disponibile. Hanno il miglior prezzo in città. Ci sono camere di sicurezza intorno al parcheggio/ricevimento per la sicurezza. Ha un sacco di parcheggio e ben illuminato a notte. Internet Wifi forte e veloce, frigorifero, asciugacapelli e TV via cavo. Molto flusso d'acqua calda e temperatura coerente.

Nous avons passés une très bon séjour. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Le motel est est très propre, les serviettes sont changés tous les jours. Il y’a une machine à café, un frigo et une table pour manger dans la chambre. Il y a la climatisation pour l’été. Très bonne localisation, proche de Québec (avec les transports en commun), proche des chutes et du parc Jacques Cartier. Vous avez des commerces à côté (supermarchés, Tim Horton, Mcdo). Parfait pour passer quelques jours ou juste une nuit.

La posizione è molto conveniente. Ci sono autobus per andare a Old Quebec Town. Il personale è utile e amichevole e anche aiutato a cambiare soldi per noi di prendere l'autobus come un costo di viaggio $3.75. Il capitano del bus non rimborserà il saldo, quindi mi ha risparmiato un sacco di soldi perché non ho avuto alcun cambiamento facile. La colazione è buona ma nessuna variazione nella varietà per il soggiorno di 2 notti. La camera è grande ma un po' di buio. Mi piace soprattutto il design del bagno. La doccia e il bagno sono separati dal bacino della vanità

Molto molto piacevole hotel. Il ristorante del primo piano è molto buono. La colazione è molto deliziosa. È vicino a piedi strada
