Very quiet rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service. Highly recommend - less pricey than many other options that aren't as nice. pool and spa area were great, access to outdoor seating (a bit cool so didn't use) and also didn't use the decent looking gym. Only one elevator working - not terrible but other reviews made weeks prior also complained of this - not sure why they can't fix. Restaurant had highs and lows. Salmon special and the steak were good - pricey enough but not terrible. Kids options very limited and very negative experience with them not being able to provide a kids pasta option - charged full price of $23 for plain pasta for children - then topped it off with a $9 bowl of ice cream. SErvers generally nice though - not a great atmosphere as restaurant is actually part of the lobby...but convenient given a major downfall of this hotel is its location - NOTHING is close - almost industrial/residential area. no stores or restaurants at all. So we stayed in and ate at hotel...mixed reviews as i indicated. But for the hotel - if you can get a competitive price, the hotel itself will not disappoing.

I have stayed here 3 times for business and have found it to be perfect. Easy to access coming from Toronto airport and working in Whitby. It is always clean and the staff are lovely. The hot breakfast is perfect to start the day. The rooms are spacious enough to work and relax. Highly recommend.

We booked a one night stay through *******, as we were passing through the city. When we arrived at the hotel they were not able to accomodate the type of room we needed, not even close. We didn't have a choice as it was late so we stayed anyway. They offered us a 30% dicount and said that I needed to inititate the discount from my end and they would approve it when ******* called them, when ******* called them they hung up. When I called them to confront them about this they insisted that they didn't hang up but rather approved the discount. Which was not the case. Beds were comfy, pillows were terrible, pool was great, breakfast was your regular hotel breakfast nothing special.

We have stayed twice a month for 3 to 5 days at a time every month from April to August. Absolutely love the hotel. We did a previous review and issues were resolved. No resort fees so far. Beds are so comfortable and pillows firm unlike the ones that disappear when you lay your head on them. The ****** is what will keep us from going back. Very tight machines. Small wins but nothing worth mentioning and certainly not amounts that I even remember. Bring snacks as there isn’t a place to get reasonably priced snacks. A chocolate bar in the Vending machine costs 2.75.

Siamo rimasti qui per evitare di rimanere nel centro di Toronto e ottenere un po 'di valore migliore per i soldi. Ero a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione GoTrain per un giro di 10 dollari (1h) alla stazione Union. Questa è una opzione fattibile per evitare di guidare nel centro di Toronto. Ci sono diversi ristoranti in cammino e un breve viaggio anche. Check-in è stato fantastico e veloce con un bel dipendente che erano fantastici. Infatti, abbiamo lasciato la nostra macchina laggiu' per il giorno prima di check-in quella notte, e non hanno avuto problemi. Noi diremmo certamente che i dipendenti con cui interagiamo erano di prima classe. Avevamo una bella stanza sul secondo piano e era pulita e confortevole. Evidentemente è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Ci siamo addormentati di notte. Anche la sala da pranzo è stata pulita, mantenuta e una buona selezione di cibo che si vede normalmente in un Holiday Inn Express. Questa sarà una scelta la prossima volta che saremo in campo.

Stayed for 6 nights in April 2023 ,completely satisfied with my overall stay, the free coffee in the morning is very delicious , staff are super helpful , very comfortable bed. Kelseys which is just a steps away makes delicious steaks , also locations is not very far from Downtown Whitby.

Abbiamo celebrato l'anniversario del nuovo anno in questa zona. L'hotel era bello. La strada era pulita e luminosa. La stanza era pulita e aveva un'area di soggiorno separata. Il personale era amichevole. Ci ritroveremo per il nostro prossimo viaggio.

È un Comfort Inn. Sono stato un GM per 28 anni - 22 con Innvest Hotels che gestiscono uno che sembrava molto simile a questo. Il controllo in GSR era un po' intimidente. Forse un giorno cattivo. Sta succedendo. Due cose durante il mio soggiorno sono saltate fuori. Uno è stato l'assenza di un segno di politica di custodia in front desk. So che Choice richiede solo che la custodia sia offerta ogni tre giorni, a meno che gli ospiti non richiedano più. Interpreto l'assenza di avvertimento come un modo per uscire dalle richieste. Eppure, ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere quella sera e fu consigliato dei tre giorni, a meno che non fosse stato chiesto. Cosa ho fatto. Allora ci sono rimozione dei produttori di caffè. Seriamente..... solo perché la marca non li richiede a causa di Covid? Ho un frigo, una microonde, porte da patio.... un asciugacapelli sono tutti alti contatti. Ma no. Non c'è caffè. Covid. Le telecamere sono uno dei peggiori collettori di germi. Ma non sono incassate. Immagino un analista finanziario sulla Bay St che cita i risparmi! Vale la pena irritare gli ospiti a 200 dollari a notte in un Comfort. Siamo soddisfatti gli standard minimi di marchio. Sei anni fa ho iniziato a gestire un nuovo hotel per i proprietari che si prendono cura di. Sì all'inizio della pandemia abbiamo chiuso la nostra piscina. Stava fermando le stanze di pulizia fino a 3 giorni dopo il check out. Non ci è voluto molto per ottenere il PPE e imparare che non moriremo dal lavanderia degli ospiti. Entro 5 mesi abbiamo rimesso ogni servizio che ci era stato permesso. Gli ospiti decidono sul servizio in camera. Siamo felici di pulire soggiorni e controllare le uscite. Non abbiamo mai rimosso alcuna attrezzatura in camera. Le norme di marchio sono minime. Li superiamo. Lasciate che vada, gente. Le tariffe dell'hotel sono fuori controllo ora. Dacci ai tuoi ospiti il loro denaro.

Per prenotare l'esame presso il Durham College, si ferma in anticipo un giorno in questo hotel più vicino. Prenota una suite, che si sente molto economico, e paccherà colazione (anche se molto generale) solo 750 yuan.La stanza è buona, le strutture sono complete, l'ambiente e il servizio dell'hotel sono buoni.Ci sono centinaia di metri da Durham e sono molto convenienti. Il parcheggio è anche molto amichevole. Ho ancora continuato a parcheggiare lì dopo aver lasciato la stanza quel giorno, e dopo aver completato l'esame alle quattro del pomeriggio, e ho contattato con la reception in anticipo.

Great staff (especially Joey & Megan), lots of seating for breakfast, very quiet even though it's right beside the highway. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Lots of restaurants that are easy to get to nearby. Only complaint is the sink in the bathroom - very high and quite a distance from the edge of the counter to the sink. Will be back to this one as it's a 1/2 way point for us visiting. We had a bad experience from another hotel in this chain, and I was ready to give up on it, but thanks to this place, we will continue to stay with the chain.
