Il personale era amichevole ed efficiente. La posizione è eccellente, a piedi di un minuto dalla spiaggia (che purtroppo, come il resto del Brunei, ha un sacco di gomma su di esso). L'appartamento, anche se vecchio, era senza spot e molto ben attrezzato con non solo le piastre, cutter, occhiali, ecc. ma anche le tinture, i tappi e le pannole, ecc. Ho prenotato un appartamento di 2 camere da letto per una famiglia di cinque. Ci sono stati pagati altri 3 asciugamani, BND 3 ciascuno se ricordo correttamente. Questa è l'unica esperienza negativa che ho avuto. Portate le vostre asciugamani se ci sono più di due di voi! Sia consapevole che c'è una buona piscina, ma purtroppo è chiusa al momento a causa di Covid-19

Un bel posto pulito per soggiornare, facile e conveniente per me di raggiungere ovunque.

Grande camera con vista bella sull'autostrada e sulla città. In qualità di visitatore straniero, sono limitata a una sala di quarantena e affidabile a cibo consegnato alla porta e assistenza attraverso la ricezione e il servizio in camera. Purtroppo, questo è stato un grande disappunto. Dopo tre giorni non ho mai avuto un pasto caldo consegnato che non era caldo o freddo e le richieste di cose semplici come una borsa di caffè vanno ignorate. Servizio di sicurezza amichevole sul piano di quarantena e ricezione hanno preso atto delle richieste, ma può essere altri dipartimenti che lasciano il lato. E 'un peccato. Sembra un facile risolvere il problema per migliorare il servizio in camera, ma il personale non sembra preoccuparsi.

The rooms are big and clean but everything else is terrible. It started when I booked the hotel for a business trip. There are not a lot of hotels in KB, so the choice is limited. The hotel confirmed my booking then a week later cancelled saying they did not have the capacity. It took the company I was consulting for to call and secure a room for me. To reach the offices of our client, we need to utilize hotel transport. We booked each day in advance but the hotel managed to screw up the booking each time making us late three days in a row. When I misplaced the plastic key to my room, they charged me $11 to replace it (the only hotel in the world to do that and I have been to hundreds of them). On the way out of your room, the door does not close and lock automatically. You have to run your key to retract the bolt lock and pull it shut (when you are leaving). The bathroom has a 4 inch step down into it meaning you are in danger of stubbing or even breaking a toe if you get up at night to go to the toilet. The food is severely limited, poor quality, and only good for a carb load. Finally, the wifi is only good for about 10minute at a time then cuts out for 5-10 minutes. This is the worst hotel I have visited in a long, long time ,and I have been in some pretty bad hotels.
