My recent stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Amwaj Islands in Manama, Bahrain, was a truly rejuvenating experience that exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, every aspect of my stay contributed to making it a memorable getaway. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and efficient Front Desk staff Mr. Moez, and concierge staff Mr. Adnan who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their hospitality continued throughout my stay, with every member of the team eager to assist and make me feel welcome. The room at Ramada Hotel & Suites was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously clean. The comfortable bed and soft linens provided a restful night's sleep, while the modern amenities such as the well-equipped kitchenette and high-speed internet ensured convenience and connectivity. The hotel's location on Amwaj Islands offered breathtaking views of the surrounding waters and a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. It was conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture and beauty of Bahrain. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The quality of food was exceptional, and the dining experience was enhanced by attentive service and a pleasant ambiance. I would like to mention Disha, our host for the breakfast is really professional and she took care of our breakfast from the moment we arrive. Excellent service from Disha. My stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Amwaj Islands was memorable due to its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, scenic location, and excellent dining options. We were at the Art hotel for a brunch and pool day, rather than to stay. We were excited to visit the hotel which gets great reviews, and it’s often hard to separate the reviews for staying at a hotel, with those for simply dining or using the facilities. Our expectations were high, we were left very disappointed. Here’s why; - first, before the bad, let’s quickly cover the good…the buffet brunch in Choices looks good and probably half of the brunch on offer is above average for the food typically available at these mass events. The fish, sushi, cooked meats and dim sum were all good. The food is better than most brunches - Now the bad…first, one of the reasons for attending a brunch at these big family resort hotels is the benefit of the access that comes with the brunch-pool, beach and critically kids club. We checked these facilities were included when we booked the day before the brunch, however when we arrived with our 5-year-old and asked where we’d find the kids club, we were informed that the rules had changed (in 24 hours?) and it was no longer included. For us this is a big problem, our son can’t sit a watch people eat for 3 hours, and loves a kids club. Ultimately, we were given access, however this involved several “approval” phone calls, and rather than guests prioritized to have a great time, we were left feeling like we were taking advantage, cheating them, and somehow doing something wrong. If it’s not included, tell us when we book, we won’t book, no problem. Don’t make your guests feel like this - Many things in the restaurant area diminish the dining experience…the room overall is pretty devoid of atmosphere, but the main issue is an unpleasant lingering smell in various areas…having been there through brunch we concluded it was the cleaning materials and stinky mop being brought out throughout the brunch sitting (unless there’s a good reason why do this when there’s a restaurant full of people?!) - The security levels in the hotel make you constantly feel like you’re being watched. We’re clear what’s included with our day, so, why have every individual member of the family independently sign in to the outdoor pool area? No other premium hotel does this. Why search every bag going out to the pool? Again, no other premium hotel does this. Through all the security, beyond the kids club experience, again we were made to feel unwelcome, and like an inconvenience for the staff. No one at the hotel outside of the restaurant made any obvious effort to help us have a great experience - The changing rooms in the pool area are run down, and inappropriate for the customer. 4 showers but only room for two people to change? The cleaner insistent on being there mopping the floor around us while we tried to change, and leaving the door open - really poor - Despite the over-attention on security, there’s a lack of attention on safety…while there are staff drying already dry floors in the change rooms the surroundings of the pool were extremel

In primo luogo, voglio ringraziare il personale dell'hotel, sono le migliori persone, il miglior servizio, un'ottima atteggiamento, soprattutto voglio ringraziare i miei amici Eranda (Supervisor) e Indiga per la loro ospitalità e amicizia, e un ringraziamento speciale per il buon servizio in camera, grazie ai chef per delizioso cibo, grazie alle belle ragazze - ospiti, desidero solo queste persone il meglio della vita. L'hotel era perfetto e il personale era super amichevole e la camera era pulita. Il prezzo dell'hotel era grande. Le 2 cose che non mi piacevano sono: 1. La mia camera era con un balcone. Ma non c'erano sedie al balcone, quindi il balcone era inutile. 2.I ordinava un caffè da Starbucks e quando arrivava il conducente non gli permettevano di portarlo nella mia stanza. Ho chiamato la ricezione e gli ho detto che l'ordine è già pagato, se il conducente non è autorizzato a venire in piedi, si prega di inviare il caffè con qualsiasi personale dell'hotel. Hanno risposto (non è nemmeno consentito mandare il caffè con il personale dell'hotel e si deve venire da soli per prendere il caffè) !!! È strano!! All'esame ho detto al manager dell'hotel di quello che è successo e mi ha detto che non è consentito dal ministero del turismo. Non è vero perché ho soggiornato in molti hotel a Bahrein e tutti hanno consentito la consegna dei cibi alle camere.

It was a finest evening family iftar at a very unique traditional and modern Iftar and Gabga buffet setup at one of the newest Resort in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Located at blue water island of Amwaj. Very easy quick access from Bahrain's new international Airport. Food was awesome and served in outstanding manners. Highly recommended for people from all segments of life.

Beautiful clean and very welcoming hotel. Amazingly fried to staff and gorgeous surroundings. The meeting room is spacious and the facility was attended for by a dedicated staff, Tahir, who made us feel very special and was very responsive and helpful. Housekeeping team was always meticulous and the room was kept clean, well stocked and fresh. The chefs and the restaurant staff were accommodating to different dietary requirements and always flexible to adjust
