I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Brussels South when returning from Austria on a coach trip. From the outside none of us were impressed, the building looks very austere, but on the inside it has been done up to a very high standard. The member of staff on during the evening was rather rude, but the morning staff were excellent. The room was clean but had some wear and tear showing. The TV had BBC1 and BBC2 listed as available channels but didn't work when I was there, but did have some random English language channels if you absolutely needed them. The room had plenty of charging points, with 1 USB charger under the TV. The bathroom seemed very new, but the shower head was at a fixed angle which meant a lot of spray went straight onto the bathroom floor. Even arriving latish at night the shower had very good water pressure and heated up quickly. The bed was comfortable, but was two singles pushed together so I did find I graviated to the dip between them. The pillows were fine, not the best but also not the worst. Breakfast here was a little choatic, but not as bad as in another Best Western I stayed in. This hotel had a number of coach trips in, and each was given their own time for breakfast - unfortunately some of the later coaches arrived at the first sitting, so the staff did have to rush around to ensure the food was kept fully stocked, but did so with a very friendly manner - especially considering the way some of the travellers spoke to them. Location wise this hotel is about 2 hours from the ferry at Dunkirk, there aren't really any amenities nearby, but there are two service stations close by if you wanted some food in the evening. I'd certainly consider staying at this hotel in the future, more likely on a weekday when there are no coach trips.

This was my first time that I have ever stayed in an Ibis Budget hotel anywhere, and I have to say that on seeing the reception area and my room for the 1st time my heart sank a bit. The room looks exactly how I would imagine a student bedroom to look like, very basic and functional, absolutely no cosiness or warmth. Also, the walls are rough cast plaster and in need of repainting, so overall a bit depressing on 1st sight. However, I soon got used to the room, was only in it to sleep and the bed and pillows are the equal to a 5 star hotel. The shower is in a moulded plastic cubicle, but excellent. There were painters there during my stay, so presuming the hotel is getting redone now. Blackout blinds on the windows and totally silent at night. Buffet Breakfast has everything you need, not cooked, but I didn't mind that at all. Lots of different staff over the course of my 5 night stay, but all consistently excellent with their customer service. Ibis must recruit the best and then train them well. I was travelling solo , definitely not a hotel for a romantic getaway. The 'No drugs' sign in the bedroom alarmed me a bit at first, I thought , 'What kindof establishment is this?!' For the price I paid, I couldn't fault it. Super clean. Hard to find any faults considering the price, Well done to Ibis and all the staff.

Although the hotel is at the end of the Erasmus metro line, the hotel is only 2 minutes away on foot to the metro station, and it would take only 20 minutes to arrive at the Brussels Central station. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area surrounded by trees. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was very polite. The room given was room number 209. It was clean, a decent size for 1 person, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very clean, and it included the necessary toiletries. Room service was provided everyday. Breakfast was included, and it was a buffet. It included cold cuts, sweet pastries, hot dishes, cereal and coffee.. All in all it was a lovely stay, I would really recommend it and I would certainly revisit this hotel during my next trip to Brussels :-) Thank you for your lovely hospitality.

Hôtel très basique. Bonne literie mais c'est le seul point positif. La chambre empestait l'odeur de tabac ! Du coup, nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte assez longtemps pour tenter de l'estomper un peu. Salle de bain archaïque, pas très propre avec un lavabo fêlé. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée. Pour une nuit, ça passe mais c'est tout !

Come il gruppo di noleggio ➕, non c'è segno fuori, non c'è spazio per la grande ricetta dell'hotel generale a 0 piano.Vicino alla linea della metropolitana.C'è tre camere da letto per ogni piano, e c'è cinque camere da letto che vivo.C'è una porta nel bagno, ci sono le password necessarie per entrare. C'è un odore forte nel bagno, non mi piace.La stanza deve anche avere la password, sembra che la porta della stanza non sia molto fiduciosa e un po'di sicurezza.C'è una semplice cucina, nessuna vasca da riscaldamento, il bagno è buono.L'effetto sonoro è generale.I prodotti dell'hotel sono generali. In un contesto di prezzo generale elevato a Bruxelles, l'hotel è una scelta forte.

Ho fatto un soggiorno di 5 notti all'hotel Phenix situato sulla strada di Ninove. Rapporto qualità-prezzo,l'hotel è giusto: accoglienza calda,camera molto piccola ma piacevolmente decorata,piccola colazione sposata. La casa di camera è una casa di lavoro quotidiana con un cambiamento di effetti e di biancheria da bagno incluso. Tuttavia, le camere (non climatizzate) sono un vero forno soprattutto se sono esposte al sole letto!!! Quando si cerca di lasciare le finestre aperte per cercare di aereo,si soffrono del rumore della circolazione sulla strada di Ninove. Troppo caldo, troppo rumore!!! Horribile!! Purtroppo, la posizione dell'hotel è pratica grazie agli autobus 128 e 127 che si dirigeno al centro di Bruxelles in 15 minuti. Ci ritornerò volentieri a condizione che le camere siano climatizzate !!!
