Excellent service, specially from the front desk! Clean! Had a greta sleep. I missed my flight and hotel was just want I need at the time. I recommend this hotel to anyone who need to be close to the airport

I was a bit concerned when I read the tripadvisor comments before staying at this hotel. Having now completed my visit, I am left wondering if the other reviewers have been to the same hotel. My stay was faultless from start to finish. I got to the hotel from the airport by train. It is two stops from the airport to Diegem station and from there it is a 7-8min easy walk to the hotel. Check-in is unusual because you can do it yourself or you can go to the check in staff. It was easy to do it myself. My room was large, spotless and had almost everything I needed. The only thing I missed was an ironing board, but when I was telling this to a colleague he pointed out that there is an ironing room on every floor of the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were both good quality. Having experienced this hotel, I would happily stay here again.

So, if you have any allergies best avoid this hotel, they have no care for anyone with allergies. I am a celiac, on my first day we got there we were all informed the restaurant was on a small menu due to staff issues, so there was nothing at all for me on this small menu (I have come to expect this) what I didnt expect was to be totally ignored at breakfast. I took a sign that explained my allergies in the local dialect, I took 3 different cards to avoid any issues. I gave the sign to the receptionist who took me to the breakfast buffet and said there was nothing for me. Come the 2nd day, I did the same as the receptionist was different, he took the sign to the chef who informed him there was nothing they could make me. So at €120 a night for bed and breakfast, I couldn't have any breakfast, 3 nights I stayed and I didnt have a single item of food from the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager who obviously ignored me as she didn't want the hassle. When I got home I emailed the company who own ibis (it was a pain to find an email in the first place) they said it wasn't correct and would email the hotel to investigate the issue. After 2 days I get an email back from the manager of the hotel, the email said there was actually something I could eat bar the ham and cheese her receptionist stated. She also explained there was no cross contamination even though I was watching her staff contaminate all the food she claimed I could have. I emailed back and obviously she couldn't be bothered to reply. I tried to email the initial company who now ignored me and refuse to solve this issue. I have never experienced anything like this before, I had nothing to eat for breakfast and as we were on the spa f1 trip when we all got to the track again there was nothing for me so I ended up loosing alot of weight due to this. At €120 a night its ridiculous to think there was no breakfast for me, its even worse to think the hotel refused to dp anything about it. They have a sign above the buffet that had all the allergies on it but clearly this is just a facade as if you ask the staff they have no clue and just stand there going well you can't have any food, it's a shame. Please bare in mine this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate and there are no other restaurants or takeaways nearby so if you can't eat at the hotel you have to travel to Brussels to get something. So the hotel its self. As stated the staff are all useless and have no care whatsoever The room was small, cold, dirty and unsuitable. There was no safe, the tv didn't work, the window wouldn't close properly, the room was always cold but they provided massive duvets to counter this. One night at 4am there was some kid in the hall having a shouting match with himself, this wouldn't have been the hotel's issue, but I was the first room on the ground floor next to reception, so when this guy was shouting and waking up the whole hotel, he was 5meter away from the receptionist who didn't do any

As a regular visitor to Campanile in Vilvoorde I can only say that the food was magnificent. I stay in Campanile every couple of months for business and when Elvira is cooking in the kitchen the food is always amazing The hotel rooms could do with a a refurb and new mattress but the staff are always welcoming and make the stay enjoyable. Speacial mention to Danson and Lorena

Inizieremo con i due positivi. Uno, il personale era assolutamente carino, così incredibilmente utile, andando sopra e oltre per aiutarci. Perfetto inglese e solo gentile persone. Due - è chirky. Come ex prigione alcune delle caratteristiche sono interessanti, anche se le corse scure e tatuaggi non hanno fatto nulla per questo, mi temo. Quindi, la realtà di questo soggiorno. Inconfortabile. Avevamo due letti singoli spinti insieme e erano come un castello di lusso. Una notte sono caduto dal bordo perché la mattina molto povera non si è fermata sulla base. Era come un grande infiammabile. Non ci sono strutture nelle camere per tè/caffe'. L'hotel non fa altro cibo che colazione. Questo hotel ospita molti pazienti chirurgici che devono aderire a una dieta liquida. Non così facile quando non ci sono cibo in hotel e nessuna caldaia in camera. I pazienti non sono sempre in grado di camminare a qualsiasi distanza per entrare in città per comprare qualcosa. La stanza era un cappello che ho chiamato “superficiale pulito” non era pulito alle norme che mi aspettavo. They have no till at the bar so It’s exact money only with no change given or use a card (which if you’re pounds sterling will add a charge From bank) At €120 per notte, was it worth that? No, certainly it was not. Per quel alloggio mi aspettavo di pagare €95 per notte. Ancora una volta devo finire con quanto favoloso il personale era tutto. In un hotel migliore il nostro viaggio sarebbe stato perfetto Personale avrebbe effettivamente riscaldato un bicchiere di zuppa anche per me, che non avevano bisogno di fare.

La reception era ok, ma l'autista della navetta è un gentiluomo eccellente, la posizione dell'hotel era buona

Favoloso camera, molto tranquilla. Bella materassi, cuscini. Bagno e doccia separati. Sia consapevole che il bus navetta è limitato in ore vedere la foto di seguito. Delizioso colazione grande gamma. Prenota in camera o paga 24 euro in più.

Su un soggiorno di una notte, viaggiando sul treno di lusso con i conducenti Paul & Paul con vacanze leggere in un 16 giorni di Circolo Artico e la terra della vacanza del sole di mezzanotte, questa è la nostra ultima notte ho soggiornato in questo hotel prima in ottobre 2022 su una precedente Festa con Leger, è un fantastico hotel, camere spaziose, letti confortevoli, TV, asciugacapelli, te' e caffè in camera, bagno con doccia separata, eccellente custodia, tutto quello che avete bisogno per il vostro soggiorno, Il ristorante ha un bel pasto, il colazione è stato stile buffet con molta scelta, il personale è stato amichevole e utile, gli ascensori di vetro sono sorprendenti e la zona di seggio in reception è moderna, mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno.

Molto pulita e molto carina gente. Buona colazione al mattino. Famiglie come se non è nel centro di una grande città, quindi è tranquillo. Se si vuole visitare Bruxelles avete molte opzioni - autobus, treni, taxi, ecc.

Hotel della classica qualità della catena Holiday Inn. Molto grande, camere spaziose, ottimo wifi e tv con i tre canali Rai. Buffet di colazione con ampia scelta. Buono anche il ristorante. Da notare la possibilità di ridurre l'impatto ambientale rinunciando al rifacimento della camera (voucher da 5€ di ringraziamento) Ottimo servizio di shuttle sia dall'aeroporto che verso le principali destinazioni di lavoro nei dintorni. Unica pecca, nei di torni non c'è praticamente altro che hotel ed uffici, ma con il bus 272 si può facilmente andare in centro.
